  1. It's sort of impossible for Auburn to be 550 miles away...
  2. I hope that includes mine.
  3. You don't understand, EmperorBoneyWhatsit was right, you're just imagining it. And if you're suddenly seeing Boners everywhere, I'm not sure what to say.
  4. Umm, no? Since there are no brakes and you're zooming towards a giant pit? Anyway fellas, here's the way I see it: Willoughby can't be an island, right? It's land-locked, and the little voice in my head tells me it's somewhere south of Auburn, in a valley surrounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountains. So basically, if we walk about three hundred ninety miles, we'll make it to LA. And in even less time we're bound to make it to some other city, where we can rent a car (in the meantime we can highjack Lorraine's truck and bring along gas). Now, I'm not sure if you were told this before, but Willoughby used to be big in the logging industry, so I reckon that there has to be some good path outta here.
  5. *Leaps and lands, unharmed, on the ground* I REALLY don't wanna be on that train right now...
  6. Perhaps when we're OUT of the tunnel?
  7. They're back in the Town Hall safe...
  8. Don't sell yourself short: you don't have a long list of characters; many vets didn't have a chance to sign up.
  9. So, this whole "karate chop/land on spike" thing WORKS, Alex? In an epic showdown, Pete manages to tie Eleanor up in her own pants, take Jeb in his arms and throw him in front of the train, using his the farmer's fat body to slow the train to a stop. He then uses his superhuman powers to fly the train to LA, grabbing a Johnson Rod on the way. As he clutches the Rod, he saves millions by switching to Geico! Hardy har har, your gun was confiscated!
  10. Today, she is a good day to die, no? *flings himself back on the roof (cutting Jethro between the cheeks with his axe at the same time) and hangs on for dear life, poised to jump off if necessary1* 1 - survives train ride and makes it to LA, living the rest of his life with unimaginable wealth and happiness
  11. Dude, stop acting like your buff. I bet you couldn't beat Miz Chamberlain in fight. And Max, are you feeling okay? Darth, this is all in the spirit of fun.
  12. Ditto! May you get many Boner Parts!
  13. Go roll a "dork" or something, HinckleParte Hernan.
  14. This is coming along very nicely. Perhaps at some point I will follow through with the steps and build a frigate. It's unfortunate that I just haven't had the time to participate. Work is so time consuming... But I would like to say that the progress I have seen so far is just outstanding. Keep up the good work, fellas!
  15. This is my favorite Fabuland set. It definitely deserves the fabulous review you gave it.
  16. You think? I'm about to be killed, I'm sure of it!
  17. Alright, now I know I'm dead. I must have REALLY ticked you off...
  18. No, this is how it will end: townies die because the were on the roof, for some reason, and the paying customer lives happily ever after.
  19. I'd love to apply for a position, Dragonator.
  20. Hold your tongue or you may lose it, Jack.
  21. THIS is why I wanted to stay inside! Now we'll just be "Smith, & Co."! You've just lost me a WHOLOTTA money!
  22. Ah, this promises to be good. I suspect you know a bit about how I play: I'm annoying, I'm a bit clueless, and I often die early. Okay, I'll be serious and try to think up some qualities... I'm an active participant: this has been evident in many other mafia/mysteries (except for a point when I was hospitalized). I'll contribute as often as possible, and I'll try to contribute only what is important and plot-advancing (though the fun things find their way in, too). One of the most important facts is that I enjoy these games - I find that to be perhaps the most vital attribute of a player. If you're not having fun, you're not going to post, and what you do say isn't very informative. I really don't understand why people that don't LIKE the rules/gameplay sing-up in the first place (this appeared during MOTEE). Another thing, MOTEE was the first mystery game I participated in (unless you count Ditalini) and I've pretty much got the system nailed, even if I've never used the action functions that were available on the train. Whatever happens, good luck hosting, and I'll be watching.
  23. You WHAT?! Those that post often are only a few of your many, many readers. You completely deserved that award.
  24. Yup! *flings Grease off the train* You're holding on with the Je's, Mulder.
