Breaking isn't enough...melt it... X-D Good to see I'm not alone! I won't be buying even beautiful classic castles from lego if they appear in bley... God Bless, Nathan

I keep saying this quickly looking for a hidden meaning... Is anything intended? X-D God Bless, Nathan

Hey all, Found this amazing MOC on lugnet. Enjoy! God Bless, Nathan Edit by Phred: BS Folder

Welcome! That's a great MOC you have there! God Bless, Nathan
-
I remember seeing on Lugnet ages ago a shed someone built out of lego (to store lego in X-D ). Look at Lugnet.sculpture and you'll find a lot of life-sized figures similar to what you would see at Legoland... God Bless, Nathan

Looking very good, but I am never partial to attaching masts to the front of a lower mast (not that I have a better solution X-D ). God Bless, Nathan

I must admit I like the harbour better than the ship. Especially the small skull logo, and scenery work. Good work! God Bless, Nathan

Are you referring to the yellow lighthouse? Or the auxiliary building? Or both? God Bless, Nathan
-
I'm referring to drastic differences of scale/style. Varied designs are natural and good (you wouldn't want all Blacksmith shop derivatives) but I do like it to look like it all fits. E.g. some of my own villages: Turners Cross, Main Street, and Medieval Marketplace Town Square. God Bless, Nathan

Very impressive looking. A truly great MOC in the works there... God Bless, Nathan

Just to say, after looking at this again, I think it is all yours Phes! God Bless, Nathan

!!!! I wouldn't be able to afford anything close to that. It's more a case of saving what I can in other areas (not going out to eat etc...) and when I get a decent amount built up waiting for an accompanying bargain... God Bless, Nathan

Except in a real village, various local craftsman, and local knowledge would contribute to a degree of uniformity X-D. What I actually dislike is the drastic change in scales (e.g. a house with the same footprint as a castle) and various clashing styles of architectures which to me would indicate two different factions in a lego world... God Bless, Nathan

Hey and welcome! Those fire engines may come in handy in the event of a prolonged siege... X-D God Bless, Nathan

Yes thanks, they make me want all that pure grey... God Bless, Nathan

Well it looks like it is just a race to the finish dice game, but how do you come by your information? God Bless, Nathan

They're too dear for me so I don't pay much attention... God Bless, Nathan

It is a nostalgia buy, but since I didn't have one originally (nor was I aware of its existence) it isn't as strong as for some sets... I am wondering if it originated from a Lego Club magazine (the dimensions look like it could have). I would also really like that black knight badge if it is the one I'm thinking of (but I can't get a good look). I'll keep an eye on the auction though... How about yourself? God Bless, Nathan EDIT: The hook dice from the orient expedition sets would suit this so well...

I love the title of this auction: "Lego 5 Gouverner Men With Hats & Pads Lego Pirates". It is so accurate and yet not... God Bless, Nathan

Pirates Of The Caribbean - The Curse Of The Black Pearl

Theories abound... though at one point brown and grey chests were available in similar quantities... God Bless, Nathan -
Well you're probably thinking of "boarding and..." the auction; while I would intend merely to lay siege to it... though I see it is in my half of the world ;-) God Bless, Nathan

Pirates Of The Caribbean - The Curse Of The Black Pearl

Interesting MOC. BTW: I really like th first movie, but Dead Man's Chest was pathetic (in my humble opinion ;-) X-D ) God Bless, Nathan -
Yes, Link please! God Bless, Nathan

Reminds me of the Black Monarch's Castle so much. A nicely detailed, nicely cluttered MOC. A very good introduction to EB. One less colour would help, but that will come with time to accumulate bricks. Thaks so much for sharing! God Bless, Nathan

They are both very nice, I particularly like the single leg as a boot... God Bless, Nathan
