  1. Why not? The worst that can happen is Diana becomes a Death Eater. Oh wait, that would be bad. Bah, I've never been known as a coward. Practitioner Walter Kovacs accepts your challenge.
  2. Should we start from the bottom and work our way up? Or do you want to start at the top and work down? Or should we split up? Personally, I'd prefer to start at the bottom and work up, but I'll go with whatever everyone else wants. What is across the street from Town Hall?
  3. Happy Birthday, CM. And anyone else whose birthday it is.
  4. 2006, 2007 and 2008 were all great years. But I'm going to have to go with 2006 as best. It's the only year where I have every set realeased. And that B-Wing is one of my favorites.
  5. So last night when I left work, I still was "missing" and wasn't allowed to post in the chapter. I got home after a bad commute (poor weather), ate dinner and checked on the game, only to find 60 new posts, including my triumphant return. So if it looked like I was avoiding making a comment, I wasn't. I was merely trying to get caught up.
  6. I'm happy that I proved myself wrong. I was beginning to think I might never win. Good duel Pedro, and thanks for adjudicating CM.
  7. You know Congressman Bob, for a politician you are a terrible liar. I happen to know the meaning of "classified." If any of you want more information about what happened, just ask Congressman Loose-Lips over there. Although that note on the water makes me really wonder if what was said is God's honest truth. For now that's all any of you need to know. I would like to go to the Town Hall. I am pretty familiar with the offices, and can point out hiding places others might overlook.
  8. Why do I get the feeling that Sudden Death is looming? DS sent.
  9. I believe the dog's name is King.
  10. DS sent. I've got a bad feeling about how this duel will turn out. Just my pessimism coming through yet again.
  11. Fantastic list KimT. And Shadows. Were there no instructions available for the Droid Developer Kit or the Darkside Developer Kit? Those are the only ones I noticed. Looks like you have a formatting error here.
  12. This has been a lot of fun so far, Bob. Though starting on Thanksgiving weekend was a tiny bit inconvenient for those of us living in the states.
  13. Sorry that I haven't gotten back to all of you sooner. It's been a hectic past 24 hours 3 hours at the Kovacs' homestead. Considering Sean's self-proclaimed neutrality, he likely doesn't care about who wins. So why would he bother to help us? And if he isn't helping us, he is just hurting us. So: Unvote: Walter Kovacs/Walter Kovacs Vote Sean/Sok117 No offense taken, Abe. It's a fair question, though one I'm afraid I don't have a complete answer to. When I first made my accusation, someone claiming to be a protector contacted me and pledged his action to keep me safe. Since the mafia's have not taken a potshot at me (that I know of), I can only assume they did indeed try and failed, and have since decided not to waste their actions on me, preferring softer, "sure things" instead. Remember that there have been a lot of Night actions that haven't made the newspapers the following morning. I can't recall seeing myself appear in any of the papers more than once, though my memory could just be faulty. I can also only assume that they are relying on the fact that my night action is very hit or miss, and is most often a miss. Trying to find two or three scum with night actions among twenty or thirty town members is not as easy as it sounds. Oh, and I'm neither going to confirm nor deny that my protector is still alive and kicking. Let the scum figure that out on their own.
  14. STAP from T18 to V17 STAP from S19 to U17 Geonosian from W21 to V21 Unload Battle Droid from Droid Transport to W21 Elite Assassin Droid from O18 to N17 T-2
  15. Thank you for the breakfast, Dieter. It hit the spot. I think all of us are just about ready, Mr. Congressman.
  16. Seeing how the voting is going today, I'd hate to appear that I WANT Flint voted off. So I change my vote: unvote: Flint Wick/Professor Flitwick vote: Walter Kovacs/Walter Kovacs
  17. It is a shame that our fair town has fallen under the red curse that is plaguing the world. I am sure that working together we will discover these communists and show them what American justice is all about. I'd like to look at the menu, just to make sure borscht or chicken kiev aren't on there.
  18. Round 3 Diana Fabray Okay Turkoglu Health - 4 Health - 4 Mid - 0 Mid - 1 High - 0 Expelliarmus - 0 Crucio - 1 High - 0 Expelliarmus - 0 Stupefy - 0 Low - 0 Low - 1 Health - 2 Health - 3 Two of the most experienced duelers currently at Hogwarts continue their fierce duel. Both combatants fire a simple hex to the midsection. Diana is stunned when Okay's connects. Was this some kind of new magic she had never encountered? Realizing the trouble she was in, she tries a hex to Okay's head, only to see her wand fly across the room. Quickly recovering, she sends the Hufflepuff writhing on the floor in the grips of a Cruciatus curse. She quickly disarms her foe, trying to focus all her strength for her final attack. But again she is shocked when her charm towards Okay's legs is countered by his own low charm. Hanging her head in defeat, she slinks from the Great Hall. Winner: Okay Turkoglu! Update your profiles. How prophetic!
  19. It's not as rash as you might think. The Senator said we had to vote, not that we had to convict. Benjamin can always change his vote later, and if for some reason he is unable to return to the conversation, he is protected from the somewhat psycho, gun-toting Senator. I was going to do the same thing in fact. vote: Flint Wick/professor flitwick Do I believe he's scum? No, absolutely not. And I encourage everyone else NOT to vote for him. I will change my vote once the conversation gets going a little bit more.
  20. Round 2 Diana Fabray Okay Turkoglu Health - 5 Health - 4 Protego - 0 Low - 0 High - 0 Stupefy - 1 Protego - 0 High - 0 Expelliarmus - 0 Mid - 0 Crucio - 0 Expelliarmus - 0 Health - 4 Health - 4 Hufflepuff and Slytherin once again take their positions as the crowd around them watches breathlessly. Okay tries to start quickly, only to be met with a shield charm. But Diana never expects the follow up attack, and again catches the brunt of a Stupefy hex. Trying to regain her senses, Ms Fabray quickly puts up another shield, trying to clear the cobwebs from her head. She disarms her opponent trying to slow the onslaught by Okay. But whne she attempts her Cruciatus curse, she finds her wand missing from her hand. Offense will have to wait for the next round. Okay has finally managed to even the duel up. DS for Round 3, please.
  21. It's Slytherin versus Hufflepuff! Diana Fabray Okay Turkoglu Health - 6 Health - 5 Mid - 0 Expelliarmus - 0 Protego - 0 Mid - 0 Low - 0 Stupefy - 1 Crucio - 1 Low - 0 Expelliarmus - 0 High - 0 Health - 5 Health - 4 The Great Hall falls silent as the two long standing rivals face off. The crowd waited excitedly, knowing that these were the two best duelers in Hogwarts. Okay started quickly, feinting to his left, then flicking his opponent's wand away. Diana recovered quickly though, raising a shield before a devastating attack could get through. But Okay was ready, and caught the Slytherin square with the red sparks of a Stupefy, stunning her. Thinking he had the advantage, the Hufflepuff tried to take out his adversaries legs, only to caught in an unforgivable curse. Diana deftly flicked the wand from Okay's hand, preventing any counter-attack. Good first round. Send in Round 2 when you're ready.
  22. Glad to hear she (Isla is a girl's name, right?) is doing well. How do you like fatherhood? I know it was a bit of an adjustment, but I enjoyed the transition immensely. I'd love to take you on, after you are done with Fox. I might even stand a chance.
  23. While I'm happy to have rid our town of one more scum, trading three innocents for one scum is not a good ratio. Especially when one wasn't even taken out by scum. I hope everyone got the message. It's time to start sharing freely during the day, people. I think you should re-read what the Senator said. Everyone must vote. It is not necessary to come to a consensus. If we are unsure, we can always spread the vote out to ensure no one reaches the minimum votes necessary for conviction. Honestly, I don't know if that is a good idea or not. Yes, we could be sending an innocent to an awful fate, but we also need to take some chances to find the scum. If the Noodles clan is the only one left (and it looks more and more like that is true), then our only recousrse is to catch them through the voting. As to last night's activity. There was a lot of talk about Flint Wick's loyalties yesterday. Although I personally had few doubts about him (though I did have a few), many of you voiced concerns about him, both publicly and privately. So I watched him. He used no night actions last night. It is absolutely clear to me that Flint is neither a killer nor the Noodles boss, as it appears that the boss was out recruiting again last night.
