Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here
Walter Kovacs replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
LDD users can order the parts via DesignbyMe. Excluding those parts which are only available in Universe mode, of course. For ordering through Bricklink? I haven't found an easy way yet, but that doesn't mean one doesn't exist. I usually search for the hardest to find part, and then fill up the order with as many of the easier parts as I think I can afford. If I find that there are several hard to find parts, then I'll split the easier pieces among several orders to help make up minimums. The more orders, though, means more shipping and handling costs, which sucks. Hopefully someone else knows of a better way. -

Like KDM, I plan all of my MOCs in MLCad before ever putting together any bricks. But unlike a lot of MOCers, I don't have an unlimited budget. So I scavenge from my system sets for as many pieces as I can, then fill in the gaps with BL orders. As my spare parts collection grows, I need to scavenge fewer and fewer parts. I do have one exception, though. I never scacvenge parts from any of my UCS sets. I don't even acknowledge those pieces as part of my collection. Scavenging isn't as bad for me, though. The only system sets I keep together are the Clone Wars era (this includes Ep II and III vehicles) and Exo-Force sets. I'd quickly run out of room if I tried to keep all of my sets assembled and displayed. -

Round 1 Johann Peterschmut vs Frankfurt Flashburn Health - 5 Health - 5 Expelliarmus - 0 Low - 0 Crucio - 0 Stupefy - 0 Mid - 0 Mid - 0 Low - 1 Mid - 0 Protego - 0 Expelliarmus - 1 Heatlh - 4 Health - 4 After Waking up in a surly mood, Johann entered the Great Hall for breakfast, looking for the first opportunity to pick a fight. He saw his opportunity when Frankfurt Flashburn, a dueler he had yet to defeat, walked by the Slytherin table. Sticking a foot out, the Hufflepuff Magus tripped and fell face first into his scrambled eggs. Hopping up, Frankfurt fired a hex at the Slytherin's legs, but Johann had the advantage, and he wasn't about to give it up. He fired off a disarming charm, then tried a Cruciatus curse, only to see all too familiar red sparks fly. Wiping egg from his face, Frankfurt fired a charm towards Johann's mid-section, causing another shower of red sparks. He was caught by surprise by a hex to the legs, so quickly he disarmed his foe and was delighted to see the wand hit Johann in the eye, causing a small scratch. DS for Round 2, when you are ready. And to ceroknight, I feel bad. I usually don't do that well. Although you know what that means, two duel winning streak. Never thought I'd get to say that. -

If there even was anything in it to begin with. Surely the staff wouldn't let a patient run around with a briefcase without checking it's contents first. -
Is it okay to do reviews without instructions?

Like me. I have all 8 Throwbot/Slizers from the first wave. I don't have any from the following wave, however. If you need a few photos, just PM me. -
Welcome to Eurobricks, Elke. Any particular theme that you enjoy?

This is really amazing work, Rook. The detail, the shape, everything is phenominal. I was going to complain about the amount of white on the backside, but then I saw the pictures further down and noticed quite a bit of white that ties it in. But then your work is always a high caliber. Wait, is Kim getting soft on us?

Are you still spoiling for a fight, ceroknight? I'm more than willing to break you in. Or lose to you. After all, I must lose to every player, it's my destiny! -
Well I for one would love to have all three of the new MINIs. I have to keep my MINI collection complete, don't I? The vulture droid is very well done in that scale, although it's not really that much smaller, now is it?

Nurse Pepper, I want to lodge a formal complaint. Whatever meds you gave me last night were way too strong. It's almost noon and I'm just now waking up. Despite my over-long nap, I have been informed of this morning's proceedings. I put my trust in Jesus, so I shall follow his advice. Proxy Salvatore Samuels/Dragonator I firmly believe this is the correct action. -

Yeah, I knew what you were insinuating. I just wanted to make sure you knew that the invisible ink note and the burned note were two separate things, before you went making assumptions off of it. Sounded like you were starting to add 2 and 2 and getting 5. -

See, there's a concise, well written spoken argument for voting for Shadows. I still think I'll abstain, though. You certainly don't need my vote at this point. And no, I don't know of any Sinisters we could vote against. I don't think anyone here does, except for the Sinisters. And they haven't been very forthcoming. -

Frankie, what ARE you talking about? The note that I found the invisible message on was taken off the body of a dead communist this morning. It is completely different from the burnt note we found just a bit ago. Patrick certainly didn't write the note found this morning. The burnt note, however, has an unknown author. -

Maybe I'm just missing something here. Why is an Independent such a huge threat again? Especially one that has no known night actions, and has given his vote away to us? I just don't see the reasoning here. I'm going to abstain from this vote. By the way, what is a Stash? -
This looks really impressive, Jamie75. I was also surprised that only two axles are able to hold the weight of the head. Though it does look like the head is SNOTed plates covered in tiles, and not brick-built. That should make it a bit lighter. I think I remember when you first came out with the instructions. They were all done on MLCad, right? And uploaded to Brickshelf? Or am I thinking of someone elses work. I think I downloaded them all, and found that it was incomplete at the time.

Red Scare Mystery - Chapter Six

I'd like to look through the medicine cabinet(s). I'd also like to tap on the back of the cabinet, to see if there is a hidden compartment behind it. I would like to lift the lid to the toilet's tank, if there is one, and look for anything stashed inside. I'll look behind the bowl and tank as well. If the shower curtain is drawn, I'd like to open it up, just to make sure I can see the entire tub. Does the tub stand on feet, or does it rest on the floor. If on feet, I'll have a good look underneath. I'll test all the faucets and the shower briefly, Just to make sure they work. Flush the toilet, too. -

I'm curious to know what you think getting rid of all the staff will accomplish, other than making the Sinister's life a little easier. And why would you announce so brazenly that you can investigate? Isn't that just inviting the Sinisters to target you? Or is it that you don't have a reason to fear them? -

Hence the reason I threw in a High attack and a Crucio. Five Silencios and I'd have won anyway.
