[MOC] Mr. Bean´s Mini

This is a great model. The colour is perfect and the lock on the door is hilarious and just like the one on the real Mr. Bean car. -

Very thank you for the LDD file. This is very helpfull! I have downloaded LDD from the Lego site and some parts of the model can’t be loaded and are not shown in the model. Which update do I have to install for newer parts?- 40 replies

[MOC] Reform Muli T10X

What a really cool and nice detailed model. The fun thing of this model is, is that you can build your own "attachments" to it, like a tipper or hay collector. I really want to have the building instructions of this model, but unfortunately your don't have time to make them. Is it possible to make more detailed pictures of the model during the building process (step by step) so we can rebuild the model? This takes less time than making building instructions.- 40 replies

Efferman's Custom Parts
JanGroen replied to efferman's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Ok I see. I have tried the CV joints and they fit. One big disadvantage of these CV joints is the very small steering angle. I had hoped that this was not an issue with your front axles, but it still is. -
Efferman's Custom Parts

Hello efferman, Today I received my mini front drive axle and mini portal axle. Is there something I do wrong, or is there an 1 stud error in the design? The turning point of the hubs and CV joints is 1 stud away from each other. -

Please don’t remove your designs from Shapeways, untill there is an alternative. -

Painting is no problem . Is there an attachment possiblility for the new 1x11 pneumatic pistons on the crane sections? -
Efferman's Custom Parts

Hello Efferman, is it possible to make a design for 2 or 3 crane arm sections (which can slide in each other) and who can be extended by the new 1x11 pneumatic cilinder? Something like the black parts on the pictures: -
What kind of "grabber" does the B-model have? It does not look like it can be opened / closed by the pneumatc cilinder. I think you can pneumatically turn the bucket.
-
I noticed that to when I saw the videos / pictures from the London Toy Fair / Nuremburg Spielwarenmesse. I still hope that it can extend more than that.
-
By the way: wen you add an old red 9V micro motor to the crane, you can turn the grabber / hooi / pallet fors / etc. Like in real life!
-
Couple of options: - low batteries; - building fault with clamped air hose (look at the grill that is also a building fault); - maybe the valves are not opened all the way; - maybe the pump needs some time to build up pressure.
-
I am talking about the extension of 1 section, not the amount of extendible sections. Am I wright when we have seen 2 different cabins (London Toy Fair and Spielwarenmesse at Nuremburg)? Look at the grill of the Mercedes.
-
A great set! Nice to see so many new elements. Although I have so my points: - Why does the crane looks "to high" behind the cabin? When it is flat (not folded down) it is only a little bit higher than the cabin. - The pneumatic hoses are a little bit long. In the past Lego used flex-system outher cables to guide the hoses just linke in real life. No crane has hydraulic hoses from base to the end. - The cabin looks not that realistic. I prefer a MAN cabin. - Extension of the crane arm looks still a little bit small. In real life the last section of the crane arm extends almost over the full lengt.

For those of you who have seen a tiny picture of the 42043: can you tell me what kind of crane the truck has? Is it a normal knuckle boom crane or is it a "Epsilon" (from Palfinger) model?
