  1. I would love to see LEGO's take on Aladdin, especially after what they did for PoP. I would also like to see is The Little Mermaid; that would give us plenty of pieces to add to Atlantis Tarzan and Lion King would also be good themes to see; we need more animals!!! And I would love to see the grand ballroom in Beauty and the Beast. Maybe a Princess line to add to our slowly expanding line of LEGO females (I assume this is the theme that would be most valid for 2 reason: 1) Princess is Disney's biggest franchise; 2) LEGO could open markets into a wider female demographic (especially in the ages 5-12). It would be very popular amongst guys too I expect. ~t7_c
  2. I am speechless. Incredible minifigs as always! You are definitely one of the customizers that I most admire. One question about the helmet one d'Sare Crowe: Is it a LEGO piece? If so, which set does it come in? If not, then what is it? ~t7_c
  3. Actually, compared to many of the other "predictions" in this thread, your prediction seems the most valid. If the Forbidden Forest set is indeed set in Deathly Hallows, then the three characters you chose are the most significant in that particular scene. Plus, it would be a cheaper way to introduce Narcissa Malfoy and a cheaper way to obtain Voldemort.
  4. If I could mass produce and sell these for $5 a pop; I'll get filthy rich so quickly; and then save up so I can use the money to defend myself against Stan Lee and the lawyers at Marvel and Disney.
  5. The torso is my own design; it's just a modified version of my previous Hermione minifig.
  6. Pretty good for your first time. You should use a fleshie head for Gimli instead of the yellow.
  7. What's wrong with Sculpey? I've been using Sculpey for years. All you need to do is handle it with a bit more care. Plus, after you layer it with paint and clear coat, and Sculpey Glaze, it'll become durable enough to play with. It's the best material for beginners; since Apoxie Sculpt hardens too fast for beginners to work with. Also, putting it in hot water does not work; which is why I didn't put it in the tutorial. What's the point of reading a tutorial if you don't plan on following it??
  8. Hello everyone! This is my first post of 2011. Here's the fifth installment for my Marvel Cinematic Universe Collectible Minifigure Series! This is a small post compared the previous Marvel ones. There are two new minifigs in this installment; plus upgrades to previously made minifigs. Everything else was either made by me or modified LEGO pieces. Alright, let us begin; the fifth part in my Marvel Cinematic Universe Collectible Minifigure Series! Movies from this installment include: X-Men (2000), X2 (2003), X-Men: The Last Stand (2006). 46 - Toad (Ray Park) 47 - Pyro (Aaron Stanford) UPDATES 34 - Nightcrawler (Alan Cumming) For Nightcrawler, I made many extensive upgrades. I re-designed the entire set of decals. Also, I used the 'ears' idea on the LEGO elf to give Nightcrawler some elf ears. I also created the tail in Sculpey. 41 - Juggernaut (Vinnie Jones) Nothing special on this one, just some decal modifications. Plus a color change from light reddish brown to dark brown. I plan to make that armor in Sculpey when I have time. Hope everyone enjoyed this new post! Comments appreciated! 9. I guess what they're looking for is brick built creations, as opposed to custom minifigs.
  10. Wow, so lucky. I wished someone asked me to submit some of my HP minifig creations.,.
  11. It's always been a dream of mine to create a LEGO zoo; but I've always wanted to wait until LEGO created more animals. I never thought to make a "Fantasy" section in the zoo. I'm still praying for Lions and Tigers!
  12. This is incredible! I like how you used the round pieces for the doors and windows on the first floor. Great furniture pieces also!
  13. Great job! Great use of the minifig face, depicts his fear of the dentist very effectively!
  14. I've ordered from Christo many times. He's based in South Africa, and he's an awesome printer. Have a look at the Iron Man and Whiplash in my post here. That's the type of stuff he has to offer. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=47511 Not only does he custom print on the figs; he also casts his own headpieces as well!
  15. This made me laugh. I can visually feel his urgency to jump into the water! Great Work!
  16. Wow. Amazing. Great idea for making a working ski lift!
  17. I love the tram! I also enjoy how you made the entire scene so "cozy". The building exterior is gorgeous as well!
  18. Great work! I have a quick question. All my decals are made in Photoshop as jpegs. How would I convert them from those pixelated images into what you have? Or do I need to re-design them entirely in Illustrator?
  19. It seems so many people have this set already. It won't be available for order on S@H here in Canada until January 1, 2011. Hope someone reviews it soon!
  20. awesome work dude. how do you get such a sharp, clear image? My decals are sometimes heavily pixelated.
  21. It might be another fig... since it doesn't say "Harry Fig"... It's merely a Harry silhouette, with the captions "Mystery Minifigure"
  22. OH! ED-209 you're back! Great return with these beautiful decals! Love you're work!
  23. I certainly hope that we'll get the new dog mold for a Grim in the Knight Bus set.
  24. Centaurs are definitely cool; but I also hope to see unicorns, as it was quite a prominent feature of Harry's first journey into the Forbidden Forest.
