  1. I guess it depends on how long the content has gone for and whether it resurfaces again. It seems his fans believed the work published was his ... "Don't Delete Jimbricked. You are one of the best Lego LDD designers" (comment from the community tab under the poll about closing it). Although it turns out he wasn't doing it for himself ... "My point in this TOPIC isn't to promote my Channel, but rather an Opportunity for YOU!"
  2. And a poll about deleting his youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/Masterchef1376/community
  3. You are advertising them for sale - that is commercialization. And M7ROCK has submitted that project to IDEAS, so he is breaking their rules. The same with your casino and UP house.
  4. I do know the facts, you are selling instructions for an IDEAS submission. This is not allowed, as you agreed to the IDEAS rules. "However you may not sell building instructions" And come to think of it, M7ROCK is also breaking the IDEAS rules, since he has given permission for you to sell instructions. This IDEAS entry: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/af0d8727-3e81-4e3d-bc07-a73a013417f9 has instructions for sale here:
  5. He is also breaking the rules at LEGO IDEAS. One of their rules is ... You MAY NOT SELL ANYTHING related to your project. You may share photos and building instructions free of charge on your own website and online profiles. However you may not sell building instructions, custom kits, or anything related to your project. We will remove projects without notice if we learn you are commercializing content submitted to LEGO Ideas. On youtube he is advertising the sale of instructions for both the casino and UP house that he has entered at IDEAS: https://ideas.lego.com/profile/Jimbricked/projects#search/s:most_recent&scroll=399

  7. This one ...
  8. I'll join that team. Do you have any custom torso stickers so I can customise my own minifigure to declare my membership?
  9. There are quite a lot of other parts in that set too though.
  10. I think I still prefer Shelob. I know some people like the molded spider legs, but the great thing about Shelob was the number of points of articulation in her legs. You can get some great poses with those.
  11. OK, that would be a bit better. The Shelob set was £20, but was readily available for £10 in UK. Although the $14.99/£10.99 split doesn't seem right. £12.99 would make more sense - that is what the SW battle packs are this year ($14.99 / £12.99).
  12. This is a $20 set isn't it?
  13. I don't find the minecraft weapons at all useful as they are pixelated. Same with many of the prints on parts. Similarly, none of the animals are any more useful than those from Friends sets.
  14. Nabii has also said that they are interested in the future of Overwatch itself. So it may not be a stepping stone to WoW.
  15. The same as Nexo Knights should qualify as future fantasy then!
  16. Isn't it just a recolour of this one ...
  17. It is very similar to the Mirkwood Elf polybag tree.
  18. I thought LOTR was back for a minute! Although saying that, it does look rather similar to the Shelob set, just less of it.
  19. And remember that they are not necessarily going to make every figure.... LOTR, Hobbit, Simpsons, Scooby Doo, even characters like Goofy from Disney, loads of themes are never really complete.
  20. It probably also makes sense to try to keep hold of those kids that initially became interested in LEGO though Minecraft sets, as they are 5-6 years older now and think Minecraft is just for little kids and the theme is beneath them.
  21. Minecraft is still popular in the 8-12 year old age range, so maps on very well to LEGO's target audience. I'm guessing this one is more mid-teens and upwards based on the content. So maybe LEGO are targetting a slightly older age range. I don't think we'd see a CMF line for this one though. While the sets are fine being marketted to older teens upwards, I hope the CMFs don't go there. These have always been child friendly characters at pocket money prices. Plus is the overlap there between fans of Overwatch and LEGO?
  22. I'm glad it doesn't come with track. Adding, say, 4 pieces of straight track would increase the price by £5 (or Euro or Dollars). And it would be useless for most kids as you couldn't play with it on the track, just display it. They could of course supply enough curved track to make a circle, again probably another £15, but that is boring going round and round in a ring. Much better to leave it as a push along without track than to increase the price by including track. For those that want it to have track, well they can buy the extra track or use what they already have. They are standard train wheels so it will go on track just fine. For PF that tender will need to be extended to contain the battery box.
  23. It is one of those in-between themes - like Ninjago too - where LEGO has some (and possibly a major) say in characters and storylines, but it is licensed between LEGO and Warner Bros.
