Just a heads up really. Following on from 4000010 Lego House in Billund, they will be doing 4000011 Nyiregyhaza Factory in Hungary. Meant to be out 2014. And 4000012 will be the inside tour set for 2014.

I know for sure the torso exists and it comes with tan hands as I own three of them, got through a reliable source. It is exactly the same print as the one in the video. The new legs in the video look good too, but I haven't seen those yet. As for the set, that is still speculation but he will be coming in something.

We'll be getting a new Palpatine in the microfighters range. I presume with a micro imperial shuttle. This is the torso - note the tan hands... I am hoping for a new tan head to go with it.

Showing off my extremely big minifig collection
MAB replied to Vee's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Even dead minifigs still count. This may also be appropriate for your Italian roots ... -
I don't believe they are meant to be available any more. I tried 4-6 weeks ago, in Sheffield and Manchester and got the reply that the head office had said that PAB was not to be sold that way any more.

They look great. Are the faces from the duplo engine, with their bottoms cut off? If so, how do you attach them?

LEGO Collectable Minifigure Accessories Wishlist
MAB replied to lifeinplastic's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Series 4 artist / painter had one. And it is in the new Parisian Restaurant too. -
If anyone in the UK missed out on the lego games BATMAN 50003 and LOTR 50011, someone on ebay and amazon has them at under retail - in large numbers too. £20 instead of £80 or whatever they are going for on BL. They also have their own website netpricedirect.co.uk They are the company that was behind the recent lego deals on groupon, so have history of getting large stocks of sets that have apparently disappeared from everywhere else.

Back printing on the legs is a little strange. Has the print gone inside the leg pieces?

Paid Membership with perks? Any interest?
MAB replied to Siegfried's topic in Forum Information and Help
I read a lot here, although comment little. I don't mind adverts as they are. What you could also do is have a simple amazon button on the front page, with an affiliate link to an amazon lego search or just amazon home page (if possible to the right country page for each user). Or if not, a link to the US, UK, DE etc amazon sites. If I was going to buy something at amazon, I wouldn't mind coming here first, and clicking the link each time I am going to buy there anyway, especially if it helps keep the site running. -
I am a winner! And even better, my picture was chosen for the calendar for today. Thanks to copmike for arranging the competition. I got set E, the LOTR minifigures. Even though I have them all already, at least I avoided those turtles :-)

BrickWarriors - New Spartan Accessories!

Oh crap. That's going to bankrupt me. -
Nice review. It does look a bit average, apart from the Radagast figure. That cage would have been easy to escape from!

REVIEW: 71004 LEGO Minifigures – The LEGO Movie Series

That is a completely different head that he showed on the minifigure. It is not human one side / bot on the other.- 131 replies

I don't care that much for the Simpsons line, but I hope they continue with the numbered series - even if scaling back to one per year, along with one licensed series - and numbering back at series 12. For me, the Movie series is not Series 12, as there is no number on the box. Just like Team GB was skipped in numbering. Also, they do not appear under "Minifigures" theme in the lego.com shop. They are classed as Movie merchandise instead. To me they are not even part of the CMF line, and my CMF collection is complete without needing to buy these (or the Simpsons).

LEGO Minifigures – The LEGO Movie Series Poll
MAB replied to WhiteFang's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I'll be going for Panda Guy, Larry the Barista and a couple of Shakespeare. The rest I'm not that impressed by, compared to regular CMF. It is such a shame they didn't have a separate beard and hat for Lincoln. That hat would have been perfect for steampunk MOCs. Now there is the dilemma whether to cut the beard off or not. And I prefer that this is called the Lego Movie Series rather than CMF series 12, as that is the official name. Calling it CMF series 12 will lead to problems later if they release the real series 12. Otherwise the CMF Series 11 could have been known as series 12 even though it had 11 on the packet if Team GB had been given a number (8 or 9, I cannot remember exactly when it was out in the CMF timeline).- 22 replies

Thanks for explaining how it works. Makes sense now. And congrats to the past winners.

Do you have a page / tutorial on what you use or how you turn your molding material into ABS?

BrickWarriors - New Roman Accessories!
MAB replied to Thrash's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Me too, the shields are very nicely done. I'm hoping for silver (same as the helmets) and bronze. -
Isn't it Arwen's hair? I can see the elf ears.

I have gone with a Super Heroes theme for my bauble. The hanging ring allows it to hang with string from a branch, otherwise there are 26 pieces. This can spin around like a baby's cot mobile, so I'm calling this the Bat Mobile!
