  1. Since the 2HY2022 catalogue from Taiwan is on lego.com, I'll just post the screenshot here for anyone wandering.
  2. Since the 2HY2022 catalogue from Taiwan is on lego.com, I'll just post the screenshot here for anyone wandering. This beast should have received a full page on it's own.
  3. Here's the Studio file, with the above mentioned modifications, but there are still 10 parts too many. Forest_hideout_gwp.io
  4. Found these instructions from @tile.n.dye: https://www.instagram.com/p/CeOVFWVoFME/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link They show an almost identical build to the official version of the set, but the part count is off. Edit2: I think it's pretty accurate, but replace 28x 85080 with 4x 78594 (Panel 2x2x5 Corner Wall) and 8x 87620 Facet Bricks 2x2.
  5. P.S. Addshot has his own video on YT and even though Target is supposed to sell these starting October 1st, the official release will be as usual 3 month earlier (July 1st) on lego.com with VIP early release on June 28th.
  6. Yeah, the typical LEGO thing to make everything more colorful than it needs to be, even though it's a display set for adults, kicks in again. The original submission was very elegant and realistic looking and I loved it, whereas this just looks messy and childish. The instruments are out of proportions and the musicians look weird with those giant grey ball-joints for a neck. Even the sleek, decorated cherry wood stage was ruined to an ugly bland black and tan block with studs sticking out randomly, even though the figures cannot be placed on different spots.
  7. Shush. No one should even think about such outrageous ideas again. It's bad enough with the current VIP system let alone with exclusive GWP's to RLUG/RLOC members only on AFOL Appreciation Day.
  8. Because the leaked BriQ Foundation image from a week ago is also from the official set, it's just showing a different angle of the set. Most likely taken from the 360° rendering or backside of the box.
  9. Yes, saw it on PB, but they claim June 15 till 22.
  10. All of my pics are snippets from the SWC LEGO panel that can be seen online, otherwise I wouldn't post them here. I know the rules on leaks. Anyway, I'll just post the video link (start at 1h:02m for Andor set) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqcv2RJ83nE
  11. I forgot that the upcoming Omega minifigure was also revealed:
  12. You're welcome. But not sure if the Darth Vader is only promoting the Summer Vacation Special, because it doesn't fit the Holiday theme of the calendars. And apparently that rendering image will appear just like that on the new type of "sustainable" instruction booklet.
  13. Coming August 5th on Disney+. The real beach-ball is just cringe.
  14. From the upcoming Advent Calendar: <snip>
  15. Thank you so much@1980-Something-Space-Guy@danthand everyone who is supporting me. I really do wish we get such a compact orrery as a set because it doesn't need it's own shelf. A purple Classic Spaceman or any other new color would just be a bonus.
  16. The Andor set 75338 "Ambush on Ferrix" will contain the Mobile Tac-Pod Shuttle, a sand colored speeder bike and Cassian Andor, Luthen Rael and Syril Karn. 679 pieces, 70€, August 1st.
  17. Hi resolution images of the BD-1 are also out: https://www.promobricks.de/lego-75335-bd-1/144697/
  18. Not sure if this is the right spot to post this, but there is a contest on LEGO Ideas for the next GWP and amongst the 15 finalists my submission also made it to the crowd-voting phase. If you like such GWP's and would like it to come closer to reality, be sure to cast a vote: https://ideas.lego.com/challenges/91c1198d-ec7e-4cfa-9724-1c039739d8ff
  19. Some more detailed pics in the techlug.fr review if anyone is interested. I do wonder why the designers chose the blue 12T+20T gears in a visible location for the steering, when bevel gears would have also been fine. https://www.techlug.fr/review-lego-technic/42143/ferrari-daytona-sp3-42143-uwe-wabra-2022
  20. Not really. The knob gears work at any angle of engagement while bevel gears only work at 90° or face-to-face.
  21. That would be neat. The newest tracked bulldozer from CaDA is driven that way although still having 2 RC motors. Still, very ingenious solution that I didn't see in any LEGO set.
  22. Did anyone else see what creations are behind Uwe's desk? Is it just me, or would a white Ferrari have looked cooler in the 1:8 collection especially next to the red CaDA model?
  23. Maybe they were designed for the massive Liebherr crane, ergo the yellow color.
  24. Ok, sorry. I see from the size of the 20T bevel gear that it has to have a bigger module.
