Some people have speculated that the set will drop in November since it's the series anniversary month.Fingers crossed we'll see leaks start dropping soon. Also I recently found out that there will be a Sesame Street movie in 2022.Maybe then Lego will have a good excuse to reuse the molds in new sets or a cmf.

Potential LEGO Scooby-Doo comeback in 2020?
Pulp Detective replied to MatthewRC's topic in LEGO Licensed
Phew nice to know it's fake.If Lego wants to make another spooky theme then I'd prefer a Universal Monsters theme instead.- 87 replies

Yeah my thoughts exactly. If we ever get a black and white set it'll be probably a D2C set.

I would hate it if the muppets ended up being microfigures instead of minifigures. The premise of minifigure muppets is the prime reason as why I'm looking forward to this set.

Harry Potter 2020 - Rumors & Discussion
Pulp Detective replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
I'm assuming that there will be HP sets for as long as there are Fantastic Beasts movies coming out,the third one is slated to come out next year. There is also the factor of sales but from what I can see there is no issue in that department, since by the third year we already have another D2C set and another cmf.Meaning that Lego has faith in this theme. -
It would be a shame if Lego doesn't utilize the medium short legs for the characters in this sets.Bert and Ernie for an example are perfect for those legs.

LEGO Hidden Side 2020

If I recall correctly a user previously mentioned that there will be Halloween centric episode later this year. -
I found this link on the Harry Potter thread. If you look at the poster that's located above the box you will spot the Frankenstein brickheadz. While I don't understand French the poster obviously refers about those sets releasing on September 1st. Which means that the Frankenstein brickheadz is closer than we thought. https://www.icloud.com/photos/#0472L3fqzbEQH3sklt9XhlF7g

Huh really? A recent post from #Legoleaks on Instagram claims it's around 150 dollars. Where did the 119.99 rumor came from any way?
-
How expensive do you guys think this set will be? Hopefully it's bellow the 200€ price range.
-
That's great news!

Yet anoter 200+ euro set?! Lego really needs to cut the production of these by 50%.By the end of the year there will be atleast 8 of those sets for this year alone.Hey Lego how about you spend your money on sets that most people can afford?

Marvel Superheroes 2020 - Rumors & Discussion
Pulp Detective replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
I'm well aware what I suggested will never happen. As you said it'll be a big loss of profit and Lego needs to capitalize on those super hero movies by making tie in sets. -
LEGO Monkie Kid 2020

Currently we don't know anything about future waves. But I don't think this is the end for MK just yet, well unless the current sets flopped extremely hard. My prediction is we'll see more of MK this january. -
Next year is the 35th anniversary of Zelda.Based on this tweet there is going to be alot of merch including toys. And it makes you think, since this year is the 35th anniversary for Mario we ended up with Lego sets. Now what if we get Zelda sets next year?

LEGO Hidden Side 2020

If only it was affordable I'd consider buying it But 230 euro for a Lego set is too much. -

I just finished building the Demon Bull King.I don't think you can appreciate his size until you see him up close in real life, he really is enormous. I also love the color scheme, the blend of black and metallic grey with purple and dark pink is amazing. And on top of all of that you have neon orange which gives over all a retro vibe.Purple is one my favorite colors and you don't see it being used often when it comes to Lego sets.So I'm glad that it's prominent in this set. And the minifigures are of course amazing. With Princess Iron Fan stealing the show. -
LEGO Hidden Side 2020
Pulp Detective replied to Digger of Bricks's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Yeaaaah not a big fan of this set in all honestly. If it was just an old decrepid castle I would love it but the whole "Hidden Side" feel to it with the trans-blue color pieces and black tentacles poking out of the walls give me a bad taste to my mouth. -
I'm more curious about the non-Legacy sets.Who will be the villain this time around and what about the setting?

LEGO Hidden Side 2020
Pulp Detective replied to Digger of Bricks's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
In the coming months we'll see if we get another wave or not.Just gotta wait for those leaks. Honestly though this theme peaked in its first wave. Afterwards it's been going downhill,I'm not expecting the 4th wave (if we ever get it) to be any good. -
I hope we get Hazel the witch. And if we do get her I hope she is a normal minifigure with no crazy molded headpiece.

That's where I'm leaning as well.I highly doubt that someone working at customer service knows the future plans of the company.
