Slighty off topic but apparently in the new Vidiyo theme coming out this march there is a set called pirate. Yea the pirate does sound exciting,although if he's as colorful as the Llama then he won't fit in with the existing pirate sets.

But why are they so expensive though? 20€ for a set with less than 100 pieces is rather too much.

I see,so the delays are related to movie scheduling. I wonder though,could the same be applied to HP?Since the third FB movie was supposed to come out this year but now it has been delayed to next year.And since the summer set list for HP is rather large this time around could some of the sets be for FB 3?Meaning those sets are delayed as well?

Are JP and SC special occasions or are there other themes that are experiencing the same issues?

Why is that?Is it covid related?Either way it must suck for the SC fans.

Oh this definitely an easter egg and nothing more.Just a wink to the older fans and that's that.Lego has been doing this for quite some time for various older themes,for example there are countless Adventurers easter eggs in many themes.

The summer wave always has more sets when compeared to the winter wave,this is nothing new.But quantity doesn't equal quality,this summer wave could very well be full of boring remakes.

Unfortunately he doesn't have arm printing in this set. As for the new helmets I though they'll release during the spring.

Why would there be new sets from the game?As far as I am aware the game is just a reteling of all the movies,with no new characters or vehicles.

No there won't be. Lego of the current year has become too complacent and too lazy.Why make a new space theme,why take risks,why spend resourses for something original and creative when you can keep peddling the same old tiresome designs from an ancient movie?

It's not only the vehicles that are restricive,it's also the characters.With an original theme you get original characters but that's not the case with Ninjago,for the most part the only protagonists in this theme are the ninja themeselves.For example compare the ninja to the Monster Fighters group,the latter is far more unique and individualistic compeared to the ninja who have the same outfits with some exceptions such as colors and slight design changes.

Oh yea I completely forgot about the knight.Well I hope it becomes more widely available in the future.

Yea the rumored price is rather spicy and also,did anyone notice the new sword piece?I hope it gets introduced in other sets as well.

I just hope Ace doesn't wear an eyepatch just for show like Clutch does.

I hope Ace Speedman makes an appearance,he was my favourite Atlantis character.

Word is that the winter wave for JW has been canceled,along side Speed Champions and Architecture.Don't know how legit this info is.

I never brought a Bounty set in the past,mostly because they couldn't peak my interest.But now a submarine Bounty is rather interesting. I also wonder what type of enemies will there be.Probably similar to the ones from Atlantis.Just like last summers sets had enemies similar to the Castle Fantasy era enemies.

There are no legit leaks for any new Pirates sets coming out this year as of this moment.

You voiced all my grievances in one comment.I wouldn't have such a problem with Ninjago if it wasn't such a massive black hole that sucked all potential new themes into oblivion.Just imagine if we had a remake/reboot of Atlantis but no instead we're getting an underwater Ninjago wave I share your hope for more fresh action themes being born from the World Builder platform.
