    A big meh from me. 80016:Looks like a mess And I find it funny that the only exclusive figure in this set is a generic construction worker 80015:The vehicle looks hideous,especially those wheels The bad guy vehicle is no different,the only good things out of this set are the MK face print that thus far was only available in the two most expensive sets and the horn demons which look really cool. 80016:I was looking foward seeing the spider queen and now that I did I find her design disappointing Overall I'll be skipping this wave.If this is the direction of this theme then color me disappointed.I see no improvments from the previous wave.There are still no cheaper and easily accessible sets it seems Lego is insistant on releasing overpriced sets and I hope this bites them in the megablocks.And finally even though the setting of this theme is different the design of the sets makes this theme yet another Ninjago clone.

    The first wave released worldwide simultaneously,so I highly doubt that Lego will change it's approach.Especially since this a Lego store exclusive theme.

    We don't know yet when those sets come out even though a leaker claims they come out this month,guess we'll have to wait and see if he's right.

    I hope he's right,since those new sets appear to act as a supplementary wave to the first one instead a proper second wave.

    Thanks for the link! After reading the descriptions of those sets I'm really exicted for 80014 and 80015 mostly because they include new villains such as the spider queen and the horn demons.

    Huh unexpected,I also looked at the lego shop but can't find them.Does it say when they come out?

    Do we have any idea how good are the sales? I love this series and I don't want it to face the same fate like LOTR and the Hobbit.

    This is pretty much a 40 minute commercial.It feels like the animation team looked at the sets and decided to make the movie around them.That's more evident when you look at the bare bones plot and the shallow characterization,I mean the character descriptions on the official Lego site gives more of an insight to the characters rather the show itself.

    If there is a second wave when do you guys think it'll come out?Winter next year or spring like it was this year?

    And it's a shame really since this theme has potential but it's getting squandered by all those weird decisions on Legos part.

    I agree with everything you said.I should also add that this theme being a Lego store exclusive is a detriment for its success,it limits the exposure of this theme significantly.

    I wasn't talking about a massive lore dump, just small bits and pieces sprinkled here and there.

    Watched it.It's pretty much a 40 minute ad for the sets and nothing else.I was expecting this to be like the Ninjago show,with an expanded lore and some decent characters.The setting is ripe with potential considering that it's based on the 'Journey to the West" and acts as sequel of sorts.

    Ooh new villains.The bull demon is the main villain of this wave I wonder who will be the next big bad.

    My question is how badly will the virus impact production for future sets.Are we gonna get new sets next january as always or will there be a delay?

    I dunno 100€ for the bull is too much I reckon,if it was 70 or 80 € that would be acceptable.

    The bull is my favourite set out of the whole wave and I've been contemplating buying it but I haven't yet mostly because it's rather pricey.

    Have you guys gotten any sets thus far? If yes what are your impressions? As for me I'm currently waiting for the bike set to arrive.

    Is he the same designer who designed the school bus?Because there is a Bionicle reference in that set as well.

    I'd rather not have this theme become Chima 2.0 but be it's own thing. Maybe Lego will make the villains sci-fi oriented just so MK can separate itself from Chima. After all the characters of Chima are anthropomorphic,unlike the villains from JttW where they look like animals but in reality they are just demons.
