I like to all round kooky feel of the forest and action in and around the water. The tower has me somewhat perplexed. I feel the use of blue tiles and certain curved bricks etc actually make it look like a futuristic tower rather than a Medieval tower. Good work though.

I dropped into my one and only Target. Even though sales don't start for a while there was no sign of MMVillage or Pirates there.

I believe there is two reasons why Steve Witt was so blunt. 1. The are no Elves sets coming out. 2. To make everyone stop asking and distract us from Forestmen themed sets. I would love to see Forestmen again, or Elves, it just doesn't seem that we will get Elves for now, so maybe the direct blunt answer was a distraction, to put and end to the rumours and lead us away from any further speculation of Forestmen. According to Stash2sixx from Brickworld, no one asked about Forestmen when Elves were rejected so bluntly (Obv all in shock)

I still think the XXL box is a great deal, all those 2 x 2s etc can be used for internal strengthening of mountains etc (for my MOCs anyway) If I wasn't saving my hard earned to go to Brickworld 2010, I would get one for sure.

Here is the easy answer for you when using Brickshelf. You must pick the image off the first page. It opens on its own to a new page with advertising. Click on the image again till its on a blank white page on its own. Then copy that address from the toolbar and wrap in these tags [img=www.blablah] The other way is to go to the last possible page and right click on the image. If using Firefox, you can choose 'copy image location'. For IE choose 'properties' and copy the address there. Wrap either in the img tags and you have a winner. The short answer is that sites will host the images dynamically (for some reason that a smarter person can explain) but they give you access to the static address as well (mentioned in above description) See how you go. Doh, should have resized them first, sorry.

More likely that people saw the new sets and bought without knowing about upcoming sales.

A really nice creation, the only thing that looks out of place is the palm tree growing on concrete/stone, perhaps some brown or green plates around it would make it fit the landscape a bit better. Well done.

Someone is gouging the price on this set. Its $63 on sale, 79 afterwards. S@H has it as 129. I know TLC runs these sets at a loss to hook young kids, so they are probably pricing it on S@H for break even/profit. I def will get this as well as some SW stuff too. $14 BPs seem juicy if any left.

Loads of awesome buildings and vehicles Guss! Just beautiful. If I may offer some tips it would be to make the base and supports that hold the water tower thicker, as the top looks too big for the base. I think the wyrm/tentacle thing in the road would look much fiercer if it were in multiples attacking people in various stages of combat. Kind of like a Hydra
