  1. I will be popping in to my local Myer, but I think you will find that DJ's will probably be the only retailer to stock 10197, and it usually arrives November, like Green Grocer and Cafe Corner.
  2. I once read an excellent book on the virtues of a healthy breakfast. See below my good man. Ah a fine read indeed, full of righteous souls and foul things. I chasten to move so quickly but the thought of "Russian Roulette" is indeed frightening.... If you wish we can investigate Fatima's third secret this may lead us to an answer on the demon infestation that seems to permeate these foul mouthed servants. Or it could just be the sausage. Hmmm let me see if I have a book on raising the dead somewhere out back. Perhaps your plan isn't as fool proof as you believe. Hmmmm Cake or Death, its a tough choice indeed. These wenches do have me troubled, almost troubled enough to vote them off the island.
  3. Thanks guys for the comments, glad the nostalgia value is still out there.
  4. Simon rushes in to the gathering My apologies good people it appears the book I was reading, "A cure for Insomnia" worked better than I thought! Very true, I throw my vast resources of books, books and more books at the disposal of all and sundry. Wiser words have not been spoken, I will attempt to remain vigilant too, thought these old eyes aren't as good as they used to be. It seems someone needs to scrub up on social class structures and their place, I have a book on that. Indeed worrying times for us all, we need to root out these traitors as soon as possible, I can't shake the feeling that they mean to undermine all the good work of this treaty. Thank you Friar, in times like these I take heart that you are around to pray for us all. Quite, I have a book for that too. My thanks for digging up those manuscripts whilst I slept Hugh, truly you are a faithful servant to the king. Do you have any eggos? I remember reading a book about exquisite breakfast foods. What's a radio and why would it be active? It appears this young lass is speaking in shrill tongues, fortunately I have a book about that too. At this stage no clear suspect has emerged, though I would be curious as to the location of Betta maid.
  5. This is an interesting idea to harness the solar winds for space travel and an excellent MOC Siegfried. The sails look fantastic and the pod is very sleek and cool I really must try to build some space craft on day, perhaps an Earth Alliance Destroyer or Vorlon ship would be a good place to start.
  6. Taking me back to my days of playing Galaga. Still a great game. An Aussie is currently the world champion of this game too ;)
  7. Its not really any of your business either way JC1004. This topic is about ranks and the site is about discussing Lego so try your best to keep the discussion on topic rather than insinuating relationships between members.
  8. You have really achieved the feel of the Ewoks in this battle pack. The drums, cooking chicken and vehicle are great, good luck.
  9. Great creation Artizan, though I don't think it would sell as well as Stormtroopers or Clones it is a well rounded and designed set considering the part limitation. Good Luck.
  10. I am Simon, a Librarian. Please take the time to look around my splendid library, You are bound to find some lovely books on diplomacy and royal rule. Good day.
  11. Thanks Holodoc, I seem to recall a nice train station by you based on bricks only from 4954, so don't be too hard on yourself Thanks Klaus glad you liked the street vendor, that took a little fiddling to make it stand out from the station.
  12. I admire the work you have done on the Tri-900 and the hangar looks great too. Well done. I think my favourite part would be the red round bricks on the rear of the wings. Very nice.
  13. Ok here is the heads up for you JC. Check out this thread it should have most of the members figs you may want to build.
  14. Well done Klaus on a fun little design that isn't too pricey for what it is. I like the shape of the greenhouse and the colour scheme. Bravo.
  15. Awesome work Sly, The sloping rock face is great, as too is the bramble brush. I really like the haphazard ground design as well with the wedge plates. Some really great details on the inside as well. I would say the surprised prospector is the winner for me along with the covered wagon. Well done!
  16. Thank you for taking the time to review this great looking set and posting it on Eurobricks Looks to me like a nice set from the outside, however the interior isn't over the top, and as has been mentioned before the minifig selection is a bit meh. I may still end up getting this set in time, but am happy to wait for now. Welcome to EB too. Head on over to here to let us know a bit more about yourself too.
  17. the s is for stupidly is the latest title of mine, bestowed on me by Shadows. I mentioned ROFLS in chat the other day and then realized I didn't need the S, so quickly wrote " the s is for stupidly" as in Rolls on the floor stupidly......
  18. Awesome line up, looks like I will die day one then! Looking forward to some frivolity and murder most foul. MC2 On!
  19. Comments like these are insulting to the member in question, baby, as well as rude. This is an adult site, so please try to act like an adult even if you don't believe what another member is posting. Suffice to say baby perhaps has a friend who may or may not be privy to the catalogue of new sets to be released next wave. If it is true then baby is doing you all a favour by sharing this news. If it isn't true then baby will be discredited once the sets are officially announced. I know it is fun to postulate on what may or may not be released as we are all fans of Star Wars Lego here, but please reframe from insults in future.
  20. Well since you have emailed the person and joined up to the site as well, this thread probably doesn't need to be open anymore. I will close this down. But as a general rule to all who don't know, its probably ill advised to respond to this sort of thing if you aren't familiar with the emails origin. Cheers ISC
  21. Thanks a lot guys, glad you like it. Thanks Teddy. I see the point of the ballast colouring too.
  22. Well done again, just so many rich details to take in on this awesome creation. I really love the angling on this pic http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/einstein...nter_towers.jpg Great work on a massive undertaking. ISC.
  23. Looks like you are up to something Bonafang, perhaps its a recruitment drive! I knew all this time Sly Owl had a wooden leg! I even managed to spot myself in the mix, you got it down perfect too, thanks. So how long till this will be packed away?
  24. ENTERED Hi fellow EBers I would like to present my MOC for category three of the brilliant Train Tech competition. Zacthan Station Enjoy. Picture is a deeplink to the gallery on Flickr, though the Brickshelf gallery will have a few more pics when moderated in the next day. PS watch out for Arnie! Some really nice creations already, good luck to all the competitors!
  25. Happy Birthday to whoever is the real Bonaparte. The artist formally known as Bonaparte that is.....
