  1. Book four of Legend of Korra is looking absolutely amazing! Why is October 3rd the day so many amazing things are coming out!
  2. I can confirm this from the European version of the November Lego Store Calendar. No news on the US yet. Or is that what you meant by "magazine."
  3. Been a while since we've had a healthy leak report. This one is a doozy! Now why would I point his leak out specifically, you ask? Well... Tonight's Pic of the Day everyone! For those who don't know, this stage, called "Gamer," is based off of 9-Volt's minigame in Game & Wario.
  4. No concrete date as of yet. It won't be during October, however. The Lego Store Calendars usually say when new episodes will air (if the premier is during that month). If it will be airing in November, we should know by Wednesday/Thursday of next week. I, personally, don't think that it will be airing in December as that's too close to Christmas, as well as a brand new wave of sets. Besides, they need to find someway to promote the Battle of Ninjago City set before the Christmas shopping season begins.
  5. I'm pretty sure it's just you. Unless you mean as a mother-like/son relationship. She's just overly cautious with an ancient Phoenix child. Imagine if that were you. Sir Fangar has quite the obsession:
  6. At least one episode hasn't been put on VK. There are only nineteen of the twenty total episodes.
  7. Nothing directly (besides Panthar). There does appear to be some plot development going on that will lead well into the 2015 wave, however.
  8. I'm at the caboose of the Hype Train... Oh my! The mask looks absolutely amazing. The wait is going to be legendary for 2015! It is very rare and practically unheard of getting pre-orders on items on Lego.com (there are rare exceptions, last one to come to mind was the UCS Millennium Falcon). Lego wouldn't probably start shipping the sets until the street date. In other words, if the Bionicle street date is January 1st (this is hypothetical, mind you), Lego will start shipping orders from the Lego Shop website that day (they won't arrive that day). Toys R Us will undoubtedly have them on the shelves, and available for purchase at least two weeks beforehand (usually it's a whole month before). Lego Brand Stores will follow suit. There may be some smaller stores that will break the street date as well. I've always considered ordering from the online Lego Shop as my last resort for making purchases, since I have plenty of stores that stock Lego nearby.
  9. All you had to do was search for it. "Nindroids" is discussed here. The Ninjago Battles thread is nearly four years old. Posting in a topic that old now is usually frowned upon. Someone would need to be very dedicated to do that. They would require capture cards as well, as both the DS & 3DS aren't screenshot->internet friendly. Also, very few of us here play those games in general, and usually those of us who do, play during off times. None of us have the resources for every single build, so the likelihood of getting all of those renders is very minimal. I suppose that's a better request on a forum that focuses on info like that, or maybe you could do it yourself!
  10. You can find them here. Animeflavor is the original source, however.
  11. Here's a round up of some news that may be of interest: -The Super Smash Bros. 3DS demo will be live for all 3DS owners on Friday -Hyrule Warriors will be receiving an excellent amount of DLC in the next five months alone! Some basic info can be found here* -Some of developer Next Level Games' concept work for several scrapped Nintendo games have surfaced, including a 3DS Metroid title**, and a three-quel/new entry to the Mario Striker's Series that focuses around Volleyball, fittingly called "Mario Spikers" -Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric (Wii U) has been bumped up to November 11th, and will now release alongside it's 3DS counterpart, Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal *The US will be getting a "Season Pass" much like Mario Kart 8. **Despite the article saying the scrapped game was a rumor, it was later confirmed to have been in development with an official comment. You can view it here.
  12. If there was anything worth re-posting now... it would undoubtedly be .This is how we all feel. Any thoughts on how Lego will handle this reveal? One vague image? A video? A concrete release date? I personally think we will see the former of the three. However, I'd absolutely love to be proven wrong.
  13. All we have is images. We have no concrete prices at the moment (in the US). Spoiler much?
  14. Yes. I have at least several times. It's a placeholder for a Beaver (notice the wrench)*. *If you aren't acquainted with the show, they love to fix things, hence the wrench.
  15. So apparently there has been confusion as to who exactly the Titanium Ninja is. Due to the last two episodes of Rebooted not being previously aired in English, it's little known information. Unless of course if you were to watch a pretty good quality version of episodes and 34 right now...
  16. The Hype Train reaches it's destination, sure, but that's when we board the hype rocket, and the astronomical journey to 2015 begins. Lego seems to have skipped "3" in their picture countdown on their social media pages. "2" went up today... are we seriously that close to having our hopes and dreams confirmed to be true!
  17. Even then, those things will probably be outmoded by the end of next year. If you look on Jay's Electro-mech (and several Ultra Agents, Star Wars and Chima sets, I might add) the "Bad Cop Gun" (the stud gun) has a counterpart that features a stud and tube plate grafted in it. TL;DR- There's a new stud-gun that connects like a plate onto bricks without the use of a hinge.
  18. By the looks of it we have a total eight Anacondrai (both "cultists" and actual snakes) -Sleeveless, Skull wearing cultist with purple pants -Mohawk cultist -Tendril Skull cultist -Armored, sleeveless, cultist -Armored Anacondrai -Random character with a hair bun (whether this character is actually affiliated remains to be seen) -Un-armored Anacondrai -Sleeveless, Skull wearing cultist with dark red pants -Pythor That's a pretty decent sized group if I do say so myself. Yes, but she was possessed by the Overlord/Dark Matter at that point. It isn't for certain if he temporarily unlocked the Spinjitzu powers that she's had all along, or gave her Spinjitzu due to her being one of his lackeys.
  19. Got the Sykor Poly today. He's my first Saber-tooth Tiger, and I have to say, I'm glad he was the first. His designs are excellent! I set it side by side with the Worriz Bike, and it got me thinking about the old impulse sets like these, that included instructions for you to combine them all, back in the early 2000's (late '90's maybe?) Out of curiosity, has the Gorzan's Walker Poly or the Spider Crawler Poly ended up in the US yet?
  20. When I came to this revelation, I was disappointed that I would have to spend thirty-five precious dollars to have a complete collection of Snake Staffs. Glad we'll probably getting an extra in Mobile Ninja HQ. Now lets not jump to conclusions here. Arcturus could very well have been the misconceived Serpentine on the painting in the Ninjago Museum in the episode "Child's Play." Either way, we don't have any confirmation as to who this is at the moment. I'd love for that reference to Arcturus to be a teaser though. Perfect forshadowing.
  21. I've just noticed that on the top of the box art for the Titanium dragon, the minifig in all black is fighting alongside the new Anacondrai character.
  22. Omega was simply a plot device created in the event that Clutch Powers would get more movies. The tendrils also match the head of Kranxx from Space Police 3. Whether he was used as a stand in, or if he's Omega or not remains to be seen. He's not this guy though.
  23. I don't think Ninjago and Chima have anything similar in regards to canon. In one of the more recent episodes of Chima, Fluminox explains exactly how Cavora floats. It's more magic than it is gravity. It just adds to the whole mystic feel of Chima. The only thing regarding a story canon that we've gotten in recent years is the Lego Movie and it's many worlds, and Ninjago/Clutch Powers, as Clutch was mentioned in the former as a bit of an Easter Egg. However both of these canons show no evidence in sharing the same story. This is also more of a discussion thread than a Fanon sharing site. If there's anything I've learned from sharing a conflicting fanon with other fanon, verbal war usually breaks out. Not to mention that over-intellectuals in the matter may crush your dreams. (I've had this happen more than once, if I may say so myself...) This kind of info you have here is perfect for the Lego Fanon Wiki. Now, back on topic. After seeing the 2015 set images, it looks like
  24. It looks that our Anacondrai friends are snake skull wearing people, unless of course, the display unit is just as preliminary as the minifigs are. Thoughts (And let me be clear when I say, Zane is in one of these sets...): Jungle Trap: About as silly as Ninja Ambush from 2011. Will need to find this one on sale when it comes out. Lava Falls: Aww. Nice memories are coming back from playing with Boulder Ambush from Knights Kingdom (2) when I was younger. Interesting feature, but it's not that exciting either. Jay's Electro Mech: We finally have mechs for every Ninja! It appears to have an interesting wing function. Lloyd's Jungle Raider: The buggy itself is quite nice. It looks like it has weapon storage, which is nice. I'm really hoping that there is consistent variations between the particular style of Anacondrai contained in this set. Anacondrai Crusher: This one seems to be a real let down. It's a two-wheeler, stone-colored snake car. It's like a fatter Overborg Attack but with less metal-looking stuff. I'm gonna need a sale to buy this guy. Anacondrai Copter Attack: It definitely appears to be a swamp jet of some sort. I'm liking the nontraditional style of having the cockpit on the side. But just who the heck is this yellow ninja? Boulder Blaster: Despite having the name of a Power Miners set, I really like this set. Very interesting look. It's function looks like it will be delicate, especially around the middle. Titanium Dragon: "Let's put as many of these wing pieces onto one set as we possibly can!" I can just hear the designers saying that. It's too hard to say much about this set, as the angle is just really odd. Sure it's got a brick-built face, but there's so much to be desired here. The minifigs are a must have! I'm just a little curious as to who the minifig in black is. The Anacondrai Temple: This isn't the first Ninjago Temple that I've glared at oddly. I think that, much like the Temple of Light, I'll need to see this set in the flesh before I get it. It is good looking aesthetically, and includes a very interesting looking Serpentine minifig. Mobile Ninja Base: This is very clearly a Nya vehicle. It's unlike any other mobile base I've seen. It seems to have several functions that involve transforming the vehicle (my favorite kind of set function). There are just so many reasons to get his set. Looks, the minifigs, white Pythor. This one is gonna be hard to resist when it finally hits the shelves. I'm kinda sad that we're back to red boxes. Not that much of a problem though. We certainly have some mysteries that are unsolved story-wise. It also looks like we're back to having multiple Ninja variants (sleeveless and masked)!
