Just to say. Smash Bros does not have any confirmed DLC. Amiibo is currently all that we have that can be regarded as "extra content." There was a yesterday.I'm loving how buying Bayonetta 2 off the eShop costs only a penny less... That's some sale, if I do say so myself.

Let me take another shot... The off color being a trans color makes most of the Ultra Agents' vehicles seem TRON-like. I'm also not sure where the phrase "Bad to the Bone" comes from, but that little nod on the back Terabyte's torso ("Bad to the Code"). Perchance is Max Burns a nod to the Max minifig that's on all of the Lego Club promos?

Latest Chima Purchases ?
PenPlays replied to Peasantseverywhere's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Managed to snag Sky Launch, Bat Strike and the Stinger Duel Speedorz sets on discount at the Lego Store. Seeing a they're sold out now on S@H, I can't help but feel I got a good deal. -
The skin possibilities have risen exponentially! Each character is getting eight skins/recolors. We know Villager's alts and Samus' alts in full: The fact that there are eight alts makes the Bowser Jr./Koopaling swaps leak more plausible. This means that one character could potentially have eight different voices/voice actors. This also opens up the chance of being able to play eight variants of Robin (or "Avatar" if you Fire Emblem fans prefer) as he has plenty of variations. There are also different skins such as: -American Flag stylized Little Mac and Mario -Dark Link and Dark Zelda -Boxer-short Shulk (his other alts are recolors of his normal garb) -"Justin Bailey" Zero Suit Samus -As well as plenty of color swaps! We are just about a week out now from the Japanese release. Those of us in the US still have about a month of waiting left.

Apparently Shigeru Miyamoto's prototypes and Splatoon are part of a new development center consisting of young Nintendo developers. They're somewhat of an idea group led by Miyamoto himself. You can read more about Nintendo Garage here.

In case none of you have been checking, there is a wonderful selection of soundtrack samples available on the Smash website. It usually updates between Tuesday-Wednesday. Sadly, only one more selection may be added, due to the games release in Japan in 10 days.

Well Infearno may be an off reference to Dr. Inferno from the original Agents line, but that's ones a little iffy. Solomon Blaze was also a member of the Blue Squad in Galaxy Squad. Other than that, none really come to mind. There's no doubt that there's something that I'm overlooking, as I've only really accounted for one that can actually be proven.

Code Geass: "Dear Japanese, could you die please?"
PenPlays replied to Sunder's topic in Special LEGO Themes
You realize, now, that this is the scene that everyone here is going to look up... and be severely spoiled. That plot twist with her nearly made me cry. Excellent reproduction of her. I've always loved Euphy as a character both in design and over all character. This captures it surprisingly well. -
A link for those of us who are curious? Please?

Since Fire and Ice will be continuing into next year. I wouldn't be surpirsed if they were purposely pushed back. I mean there are no Speedorz in the LoC 2015 set list. Also remember that there is no official proof that they are canceled. I wouldn't get too disappointed yet. There is still hope.

As a reminder, there was no new Ninja announced at SDCC, just someone (or someones or something) else that has elemental powers. Nothing specifically. Thus the Ninja (the ones that we know and love) discover that they are not the only ones who know Spinjitzu.

What with Flinx having a set next year titled "The Ultimate Phoenix," I have a feeling that Chima is trying to create their own Lloyd Garmadon (little kid that children appeal to that will eventually become a main character and the savior of the world.

2015 The LEGO Movie rumors and discussion
PenPlays replied to just2good's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I'm pretty sure you mean that challenge where Lego Fans were asked to build something into something else, and film a character/minifigure making it happen? If you recall after Wyldstyle encourages the people of Bricksburg to be creative, it shows Lord Business watching the top four winners of that competition. It's a bit hard to tell as the Movie itself is animated far too similar to stop motion. -
It's been a while since I last posted, so mind the the double post. "Trial by Fire" was the first episode of the season that I really enjoyed. All in all, a great episode.

That would be really interesting. The area seems rather large. It would be fitting for a base of operations.

Here's some bits of news. Super Smash Bros. for 3DS will be available for download on the eShop at midnight on October 3rd. Whether game stores will be having midnight events depends on the area you are in, and the game store's decision on the matter Nearly all Amiibo are in the top 20 electronic devices on Amazon. Despite this, Wii-Fit Trainer, Marth, and Villager are all unavailable for pre-order currently. I've already pre-ordered Kirby, Mario and Yoshi (originally my brother and I had decided on Villager, but that fell through for the time being). Check out this very nice collection of Games of Past, Present, and Future Wii U Games:

You mean to tell me that I've had access to a complete Pythor staff for all this time!?! (I wonder how that slipped past me) Why is it that when I read "Drillex," Skrillex comes to mind. Crossing my fingers for dubstep weapons.

I think (as well a some of you probably) would agree that it is high time for a full on discussion thread solely devoted to anything Nintendo. Discussions can include (but aren't limited to) new software and console news, personal experiences and suggestions for games, etc. Sharing 3DS friend codes is also a wonderful idea. NOTE: Plenty of discussion on Super Smash Bros. has already gone underway here. Feel free to leave more intense Super Smash Bros. discussing there.

I have a feeling that the complete final roster (which we still don't have complete confirmation of) will round out at an even multiple of 12, and they decided that Pit (being a lesser known character) and Zelda (Link is already representing the Zelda franchise in the first wave) would be better suited for a later wave. Also having these two Amiibo delayed further proves that there will be more Smash-specific Amiibo.
-
They should have fired that guy a long time ago, and maybe sue him for jeopardizing the company. Returning Veteran leak confirmation!! In the video that I above, if you pause exactly when it hits the 0:57 mark, in the window with Pikachu in it, you will briefly see a "Character Off-screen notification" on the right that shows Ganondorf. In another video, it reveals that All-Star mode is played by entering a door that is marked by the time period certain characters were revealed (i.e. When you reach the 1991 door, you will fight Yoshi and Sonic.)

And if Nintendo suing the leaker wasn't enough proof... Shulk from Xenoblade Chronicles was announced today during a very eventful Japanese Nintendo Direct. Notice how the render is identical to the one featured in the leaked character roster. Alongside the reveal of the *New* 3DS and the *New* 3DS XL (releasing early next year in Europe and the US), it was revealed that these New 3DSes have a better CPU similar to the Wii's. Knowing that, Xenoblade Chronicles is being ported to the *New* 3DS. To revolutionize the handheld version of Smash for 3DS, the *New* 3DS features a c-stick, which, like Melee and Brawl, can be used for quick Smash-attacks. Amazon also has Pre-Orders up for both games, the 3DS guide, the Smash Bros. styled Gamecube Controllers, the Gamecube Controller adapter, and the first series of twelve Amiibo. Originally there were 14 revealed. Pre-orders exclude Pit and Zelda. Although is in Japanese, there is plenty of new info (and leak confirmation).Lastly, if you all thought the Zero Suit Samus alternate skin was showing too much skin...

Keep in mind that we aren't exactly getting the four Serpentine Tribes all over again. In total, there have been five Serpentine tribes revealed in the show. Each one with their own characteristics: Hypnobrai-Hypnotism Fangpyre-Anything they byte becomes a snake Constrictai-Super strength Venomari-Venom spray that has hallucinogenic properties Anacondrai-Invisibility All but the Anacondrai have any development, as they were originally thought to be dead, besides their leader, Pythor. Pythor called the shots once Lloyd Garmadon had freed all of the tribes. Likewise, Pythor is the only Anacondrai-anything that we've gotten in an official set. Due to the fact that the Anacondrai do not have any abilities like the Fangpyre (that we know of) it is very unlikely that we are going to get the old lime green vehicles. Pythor has shown signs of high intelligence compared to the other snakes, meaning that as a whole, the Anacondrai may be smart enough to manufacture their own vehicles. TL;DR: There are several things that point out that having the Anacondrai as villains could turn out to be very different compared to 2012's "Rise of the Snakes!" So here's hoping that we get some very purple heavy vehicles next year. It's about time too! Even though there are signs that say otherwise...

*cough* Flying Phoenix Fire Temple *cough* This is Tormak, by the way. It seems that a variant of him is included in the set Tormak's Shadow Blazer.

We have no clear information as to what Laval and Cragger's ages are. If they are following the growth/age pattern of their animal counterparts, Laval is around three years old (the adult age of a lion), whereas Cragger could be anywhere between four and six years old (the latter being the age a crocodile is considered an adult). However, the writers/designers may be mixing the characteristics of what both their animal and human ages would consider appropriate for that age. It's also important to note that nearly all animals love to play around, even in their adult lives. This simply could be the way Chima decides to cover that area of their lives.

Unless I'm over-reacting over your basic $90-$130 set, "Direkt Braucher" translates to "Direct Consumer" in English, meaning that this could be a Direct to Consumer (D2C) set based off Ninjago. It says DB on the list Sci provided, but that in it of itself may already have been translated from German, meaning that my assumption would be meaningless
