  1. I'm just being courteous to those who wouldn't know where to look. Also I commented, not knowing that there was a page after the one I was looking at, and got Ninja'd by just2good. I must have been bewildered by the cheap Ninjago/LoC prices.
  2. That is a very fantastic base! I'd love to see a Lego version, but excellent, none the less.
  3. Just thought I'd tell you all that the instructions are available on Lego.com for the polys. The Mech is an orange team vehicle, sadly (wish it was another red vehicle!).
  4. So have we determined how many Speedorz we will be getting the first wave (only the $15 ones)? My intention is to buy every single Speedorz set as soon as they're out. Based on how well the Ninjago spinners did upon release tells me that LoC will probably be the same way.
  5. Thank you so much, just2good!
  6. Gorgeous! I absolutely love the curved side. All the water detailing is nice as well. Excellent job!
  7. Let me tell you a tale from long ago... My first internet outing where interacting with others was the prominent feature was Club Penguin. Being that I was a kid at the age of 11 (at the time) about to create a Penguin... Eventually I joined Lego Universe... I wrote a story about my minifigure's future after the Nexus War... and I fell in love with the name. It is now the username I use everywhere, and I just can't let it go! Brickset, Lego Universe, MLN, the list is quite long... Maybe one day I might be able to share that story with you all.
  8. Maybe if they developed beyond the series, they would have discovered that Dareth's unwillingness to admit that he isn't the best Sensei is keeping him from unlocking his true potential. Just thought I'd add that to my theory.
  9. ^What about Solomon Blaze? He is in two sets. Neither of them have another minifigure to accompany him (not including the robots).
  10. Oooh. I really like the stone supports on each of the buildings. It looks very realistic. It was a wonderful MOC. Great Job SK.
  11. Well we in the US all know how much money on LoC sets we will (at least) be spending next month... NEXT MONTH!! Acording to this, $75!
  12. Just to clarify. The minifigure in the Mini Chima set is named Equila Ewar (finally payed attention to the Chi Raider Box). Looks like its going to be an exciting month!
  13. I forgot to mention, count me in! Just gotta build one first.
  14. ^Its Azure from Alien Conquest (and Friends). Bought this set today, and I would like to confirm that all instructions are discolored as such. 6-8 year olds will be quite confused.
  15. Well, there may be a review about the Swarm Interceptor, but let me just say that, being that this is the largest less-than-$40 set that focuses on the Squaddies, it does not disappoint! When it separates, it is a small pod and a turret with a large stick poking out at the front. Glad I chose this guy first for the Squaddies. I will hopefully pick up the Space Swarmer sometime before the LoC and Ninjago sets realease... maybe. Bottom line. If this is a one wave and done series, it will be the first since Aqua Raiders that I will collect completely.
  16. I forgot to mention that I saw the Bug obliterator on display at the Lego Store. It's much, much bigger than I thought it would be . Also all the GS boxes are of a new reduced size . The $29 sets are now inside $19 size boxes. Both the Obliterator and the Vermin Vaporizer were in the exact same shaped box (Hobbit Bag End set is the same size as well) even though they have different price points. It will be very interesting to see how this plays out. From the get go, the box for the Swarm Interceptor looks too small for $20. You however can't rattle the contents very well. Very quiet Lego clinks when it shakes (I loved that sound )
  17. ^I'm starting to feel the same way about mine. Can't wait to see everyones final results!
  18. Wow this is a wonderful build. Its got very good detail in such a small area of space.
  19. I just picked up the Swarm Interceptor. I'll have my opinion up later tonight.
  20. I got me a very nice 2013 set from the Lego Store. The Galaxy Squad Swarm Interceptor. One thing that I can make clear right now is that the box sizes have been reduced exponentially. Still as sturdy as ever.
  21. When it comes to armies, I'm going to follow the same method I used with Ninjago. The named characters get the Golden Weapons, the extras I get, if they do not have a special head that looks like another character, will have normal colored weapons and amass in numbers throughout the year. To put it simply. I keep only one Scales form Ninjago with my minifig display, but I keep both Slithraas. However, only one Slithraa has a gold weapon, therefore, he, and not the other, shall be called Slithraa.
  22. ^That's what the mouthguard was for, since The Helmet of Shadows never had that in the show.
