  1. If you're not a Frozen fan, the Ice Castle is also a good fit for the Ice Queen minifigure from the CMF Series 16. She can work as the Snow Queen from the fairy tale. There are quite a few fairy tale characters from the CMF series that would work really well with the Disney figures if they had flesh skin tones, which thankfully isn't an issue for the Ice Queen.
  2. If the Hogsmeade Station is based off of the first movie, I wonder if they might include Hagrid with his boats?
  3. I hope this Wendy minidoll means that the Peter Pan set will for sure be a minifigure set so we can finally get a Wendy minifigure. She's long overdue.
  4. For the Lego Diagon Alley set, Quality Quidditch Supplies is that bright pink color even though it isn't accurate at all to how the shop really looks. My guess is Lego would just use the inaccurate pink color for Cinderella's castle.
  5. A reboot of the HP series does not speak well for the longevity of this theme. I was hoping HP would become a permanent Lego staple like SW, but if in a few years there is a new reboot, will Lego keep making sets for the original movies? I hope so anyway.
  6. Professor Sprout was a strange choice for that set as well. But that was her minifigure debut, so I guess it can be excused especially since she was long overdue.
  7. Luna was a student for an entire year at Hogwarts during the events of the Chamber of Secrets. Narcissa was in the Forbidden Forest waiting with Voldemort and Bellatrix for most of the Battle of Hogwarts. They don't even go to the castle until the next morning when Voldemort thinks Harry is dead. And she's only there at the entrance of the courtyard up until Harry wakes up and then she leaves. There's a huge difference in contexts there. And once more, Narcissa doesn't even fight at the Battle of Hogwarts. Lucius would also make as little sense as Narcissa for that matter.
  8. Raya is also an official Disney Princess now although I've barely seen any merchandise for her. All of the princesses you listed have princes except for Merida so I don't know if they'd include her in the castle set if she doesn't have a companion. The minidoll set has no confirmed characters so far. I don't think there's been enough interest in it lol. I was hoping for the Jolly Roger as well but it really wouldn't work at the size of the Up house. And if it was the full Jolly Roger, I'm guessing we would get more minifigures. Perhaps it'll be a mini Jolly Roger like the flying ships used in the Peter Pan ride at the parks? As long as we get a proper Wendy minifigure based on her animated version, I'll be fine with whatever. I wonder if maybe the Sleeping Beauty castle isn't considered iconic enough. Most people associate Disney with the Cinderella castle especially since it's the one used in the opening for every movie. The Sleeping Beauty castle, besides being way too small for most people's expectations, is also only at the original Disneyland. The Cinderella castle is at the Florida park and also the Tokyo park. After seeing how they made Aurora in the CMF series and how Snow White looks in the prototype image for the cottage set, I have very low expectations for a proper Cinderella. Both hair color and dress color unfortunately. I wish the Snow White we get will be one that looks like like your avatar pic, particularly color scheme wise, but the prototype image seems to suggest she'll have the same bright colors used in the BrickHeadz set.
  9. If there are no villains in the castle set, that means Gaston will be in another set. The only thing I can think of is a set for Belle's village that would feature both Belle and Gaston, meaning we could get a ballgown Belle in the castle set and a blue dress Belle in a village set.
  10. Not for the actual battle part. The set is called the Battle of Hogwarts after all and we don't even know if the courtyard is going to be represented. By that logic, there are about hundreds of other characters who were "also there" but had more significant roles.
  11. She was a student in that time period though and one of Ginny's peers. Not to mention she was a Ravenclaw and so was Lockhart and the set heavily emphasized his class. Narcissa was never an official Death Eater and never actually fought in the Battle of Hogwarts.
  12. Narcissa doesn't really fight in the Battle of Hogwarts though. Her most significant scene is in the Forbidden Forest and then when she calls for Draco to come join her and Lucius when the Malfoys leave. I feel like they might reuse Bellatrix and Neville.
  13. I'm so glad for the minifigure confirmation. I just hope they give Cinderella and the prince accurate colors and that she's not a blonde in blue and he doesn't have brown hair in blue.
  14. The leaker who saw the set with the minifigures says he only remembers Cinderella and her prince specifically.
  15. Another reason this could very likely be the Cinderella Castle again is that Lego treated the Death Star set very similarly. It was on shelf for much longer than an ordinary set due to its popularity and price but as soon as it retired, they almost immediately re-released it as a "new" version which only had minimal changes but with a much higher price if I remember correctly. It does seem very strange that they would make a new set featuring those exact same two characters. I was considering picking up the Disney train just for the new Tinker Bell wings but now I guess I should hold off and wait for this set instead. I'm glad we're finally getting a Wendy but they really should have thought about including Michael and John as well. In fact, I'd rather have seen them than another Tinker Bell.
  16. Thank you for confirming. I am a little surprised there aren't more minifigures than that. I hope whatever castle section is included is significant enough and not just empty rooms.
  17. The Sleeping Beauty castle doesn't have a clock which means this is probably an updated version of the Cinderella Castle.
  18. Beast in the X-Mansion prototype had a labcoat on so his inclusion in the CMF series could be specifically to make a version of him without the labcoat. However, I agree with others that I'd rather see more X-Men characters included besides the usual staple we've seen. Jean, Iceman, Angel, Rogue, Gambit, Psylocke, etc. In the 90s comics, Storm's outfit was actually a metallic black. The shading used to make it look shiny meant it appeared silver or white and when the TAS debuted, they portrayed her specifically in pure white which is why most people associate Storm wearing white in that costume now. Her 90s costume was a variant of her 80s costume from the Outback X-Men era which was specifically black. Her lightning bolt earrings are a trademark staple of her 90s look, especially in TAS, so I do hope she gets a new hairpiece that can include the earrings.
  19. I wonder if they'd include characters like Lupin and Tonks in the BoH set, since even though they do die we never actually see them die onscreen.
  20. The castle better not be minidolls. I hope we can see Cinderella and her prince and Belle and the Beast. I doubt Snow White would be included though which is a shame since this might be the only opportunity for her prince to be included. A human Ariel with Eric would be lovely as well as Jasmine in a purple dress with Aladdin in his Prince Ali garb. And if we could get Aurora in blue along with Prince Phillip in his formal outfit (not the forest outfit from the dragon set), I would be very pleased. Rapunzel and Flynn are popular enough as well that I could expect to see them included. @bRICKbRAT didn't you mention earlier that we can expect to see Belle and Gaston included in a set? I wonder if the castle set is the one that will feature them unless they're included with the buildable Lumiere and Cogsworth sets. Perhaps a BATB minifigure included alongside each buildable character? I wonder what the Peter Pan set will depict? The Darlings' nursery? I'm just glad we can expect a proper Wendy minifigure but I do hope the leaker isn't mixing this set up with that ghastly minidoll set based on the live-action remake since it seems too good to be true that we'd get another Peter Pan set so soon that could make up for the sins of the first.
  21. Very annoying that they're remaking WWW. I hope Gringotts at least includes either the Leaky Cauldron or Borgin and Burkes but now it seems like this Gringotts may not even be compatible with the D2C Diagon Alley.
  22. I understand now. The images weren't blurry but they were small so they require zooming in. And the medieval market in particular has an image that is very wide but with little height so it's the blurriest in comparison when you zoom in.
  23. What leaked pictures are you referring to that are blurry?
  24. I remember hearing someone say that the courtyard set had an easter egg referencing the book so I'm assuming that's a reference to the office with the Firebolt being Flitwick's. The set is too empty to have anything else that could be an easter egg. Thanks for confirming. I know the early sets had more random stuff that didn't necessarily connect to anything specific so that makes sense.
  25. Is the office with the locked up Firebolt in the Hogwarts Courtyard: Sirius' Rescue supposed to be a reference to Flitwick's office from the book where Sirius was locked up? Also in the Fluffy Encounter set, is the top tower turret's interior supposed to represent the Divination classroom or the Ancient Runes classroom?
