MOC Home Sweet Home (built for Creator Contest)
Captain Settle replied to oirad 72's topic in LEGO Town
Nice work! I like the fireplace and the roof technique, but I don't really like the huge spider on the wall. -
I only keep fantastic sets together, others will stay till I need parts for a MOC, and impulse sets break as soon as I need to store them.

The LEGO Movie Video Game Discussion
Captain Settle replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
Good to see them expanding on the film, but I don't play LEGO games anymore. Why play a game about LEGO when you could be building actual LEGO? -
The Flash! I don't care about the set, it's really just him I care about, so I'll probably get him off Ebay, as I already have the Batmobile, and one Batman vehicle is enough for me.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Captain Settle replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
I bought the Town Hall as my first modular, as it seems to be the best stand alone model. I love the interior,it's definitely the best in the line, and I also love the pillars at the front. -
I searched on Google for reviews of Avengers sets. I found them, wanted to join in discussions, so I signed up The funny thing is, only about ten of my posts are in the licensed forum!

When did your collection reach critical mass?
Captain Settle replied to Arigomi's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I doubt I will ever think I've got enough LEGO. When ever I see a set I like and can afford, I will get it. When ever I want to build a new MOC I will order more pieces. It's that simple. -
"The Dark Ages" - How long were you away from Lego?
Captain Settle replied to Duck's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I had a one year dark age when I was 10. I'm glad to say I've been building LEGO ever since. -
Legostar Galatica and Bricks of the Dead. I used to read Space the comic but that's not being updated.

I finished reading LOTR. I'm hoping on reading My Life in Tights Next. Will I finally find out if Adam West wore a girdle?

What was the last movie you watched?
Captain Settle replied to EbonHawk's topic in Culture & Multimedia
The Big Lebowski. I guess it's a bit below average at best, I really don't see how it got so famous. -
I'm pretty much at Skipton, North Yorkshire, England.

Wow, you must have bought a lot of expensive sets. I've just bought lots of parts of Bricklink.
