Not to poke at your build, mccoyed, but I do think that for the future it would make more sense to define spying as you putting yourself directly in contact with the other corp as you try to damage them. Listening in of course is the classic example, but stealing information, sneaking into a base/ship/anything belonging to another corp, etc. would also work. All three of your first ones fit that category perfectly. The other two, I'm not so sure about. Does fighting off an ambush really classify as spying? It strikes me as more like the opposite, you're fighting off their spies, unless, and this may have been the case in your build, you were already in a position where you were trying to gather information from them and on their territory - in which case of course the spy act is that you were there, not that you fought them off. For your other build - and don't take this wrongly please, I have no problem with it counting this time around - I'm not sure that it should generally count unless the worm was an Octan partisan. How are you directly damaging Octan? You're retrieving information, but not from Octan, as far as I can tell. Here's my concern - if gathering any sort of information classifies as espionage/spying, then literally anything counts as spying! All you have to do is open your eyes, and you're gathering information! Or not even that, if you just use your sense of touch, or hearing, or... taste... well, whatever. If you ask me, that kind of gives the spy jobs a bit of an advantage, don't you think?

Notice how we don't have to appeal to the people with free handouts (which, coming from the government, are good for nothing but lowering morale), because we are the people. Ulandus is just trying to reright all the wrongs the Desert King did to them.

@EpsilonEta, that's a good point, if you need 30 points more than the other corp(s), then why are we even discussing 1? Wouldn't that make the entire discussion rather a moot point? What's the likelihood that one corp got a whole 30 extra before the next corp came back with 40, all in the same week?

Very nice interior, that table looks great! I must admit though, my first impression upon seeing Infernum was, "That's Infernum?!"

Just to clarify, there is of course nothing wrong with last minute entries! But it's also nice to see the entries spread out a bit, so I don't have to scroll through a whole three pages Monday morning!

1. No. I'm not completely sold on this vote, but I do want to see some incentive for early posts (other than just, more time on top) and less posts at the very last minute. That incentive could perhaps be offered some other way however. 2. Yes. What are the current rules on losing control, if going down to 0 doesn't do it and if having less domination points than a rival is unimportant? I can't tell how on earth a planet is able to switch hands ATM. Shouldn't whatever corp has more Domination points ipso facto control the planet? In which case the above question is practically unnecessary too, as it's merely a question of how many times each corp gets the bonus (that could be rather sneaky, actually). 3. No. Doesn't make much sense at all to me! Maybe - and I'm not sure I would favor this - but maybe you should not be allowed to build on adjacent planets if the planet they are adjacent to is not connected to the home planet, but otherwise I don't see what sense it makes to lock away planets like that!

All Ulandus wants is representation in the High Council. At least that's all I support of Ulandus, and since I am Ulandus... No Taxation Without Representation! And pardon me, what is the difference between monarchy and dictatorship? Notice how it's the Nocturnians who are sticking up for their twin the Desert King. I joined Kaliphlin because it was Kaliphlin. If I had wanted to join Nocturnus, I would have! Well, it doesn't matter a whole lot, we'll figure out a way to get rid of the undesirable ruling body. Or else I'm seceding and going to form my own guild! Besides of course, don't count your chickens before they hatch guys, much less should I count someone else's chickens, there are still three categories left! Amen to that!

Dwarf is because of participation in Challenge III.
