Looking at the shelf picture it seems to me that the front end is slightly higher than the rear. Could it be possible that the third horizontal shock absorber be adjustable in length? I think I see some worm gear in the inner part of the spring. This should be an answer to the adjustable ride height ?

I am more positive this time. So far we got cars based on standard parts. I didn't see any interest In it. Just a big bunch of parts making you buy and buy more. At least this time we get an approche near to the high engineering of koeningsegg. I'll wait @kbalage's review to have a final opinion on it. But I think I could buy this one.

Generic Contest Discussion
steph77 replied to Jim's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Monster truck sound good to me too . Finally something i typically havent't build yet. Still not sure abourt the scale and functionalities. Should depand of the contest final rules. I will definitely be in if this pop out. Edit. Maybe we could take a member of the cartransporter gang and turn it into monster truck. Lots of choices and should be cool to see a bugatti monster jam... -
This front axle is exact the same that the one ibuild for the pneumatic contest. I have some doubt tlg use it because of non respect of stability building rules. This is more à moc technic than an official one. Wait and see... Edit. Except perhaps if they use 4.5 l axle with a stop that avoid the wheel to pop out the universal joint...

[MOC][WIP] John Deere 8R Tractor
steph77 replied to Jundis's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I understand the difficultiy of building the front hood. I struggle à lot with it too. Keep it as simple as possible and maybe swap the l motor for a mini one. Cada and buwizz offer that possibility. And they work very very well. -

I am still here @cortex31 send me a pm with a valid email and I'll try to send you the file. It is hopefully still stocked on my old computer. I'll have to revive it. -
Top project! I am curious in how you'll translate the boat in large scale. This is a quiet rare subject although I always find it interesting. Ps I have still à truck to build. It is on my 2026 list 😀

[MOC] 1:8 Porsche 911
steph77 replied to mihao's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
For me this is the best rendition to date if this magnificent car. Well done. On a side note I would have preferred a full manual model than a full rc but this is just my opinion. Well done again!- 16 replies
