LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 10 Discussion
TrumpetKing replied to CM4Sci's topic in Special LEGO Themes
That's what I have been saying, JeagerEX, but this entire time, you have been denying me, saying that the LEGO store told you it would be in April. I'm not sure if you noticed, but I never once thought it would be released in April until WF's review came out. And we don't know for sure TRU will have them in April. It is likely, but lately TRU's haven't been getting them any earlier than the LEGO stores.- 1,076 replies

It says it isn't available in stores yet, but he got them on his hands, so he likely bought them from Hungary.... And I called the LEGO Store today, they said they should be out in May, so I was right.- 1,076 replies

I think there is a similar topic in this forum. I haven't seen it in a while, but I remember there being one. I personally am not a big fan of the Fire Brigade, I don't own it, but I just find it a bit bland for my tastes personally, so I would go for Grand Emporium, which looks beautiful, but I will tell you that it has a repetitive build, apparently. I plan on picking it up this Summer. If you are looking into delving far in collecting them, go for the Fire Brigade, because that one should be removed from shelves very soon.

I'm actually still intrigued to see how Finding Dory will be done. I think the movie that really needs a sequel, perhaps in a couple years though, is The Incredibles. That movie was left really open for a sequel at the end, IMHO.- 279 replies

This topic sounds a bit vague. I get the point of it, but perhaps you could be a bit more clear as to why you are posting the topic. Have you had a similar experience? It would be nice to have a bit of background information. Anyways, no, I have not given up and regretted a purchase choice.

North and South America. EDIT: Ninja'd by Brickington. Curse you!!! So, you joined to reveal your anger about the Chima theme (yet you say you're a Cragger fan ), so you'll be mad if the site changed its name? Doesn't really make sense..... (Just know that I'm poking fun at you. ) -
Lego Collectible Minifigures by Nationality
TrumpetKing replied to Itaria No Shintaku's topic in Special LEGO Themes
And how on Earth did you come to this decision? I hate to be rude, but other than her outfit being Japan's national colors, there is no implication at all! Just because her colors are Japan's, doesn't mean she is from Japan. Once again, I hate to be rude, but if that logic was followed, then the Series 1 Cheerleader would be from Greece or Finland! I think the general idea is that cheerleaders have become a bit of symbolism for the United States. -

Paint the Seagull from S10....... I almost commented on how you're Canadian but then stopped and thought "Wait, that's in North America". Seems legit. -

I'm sorry, what? Do you mean to say that citizens of Hamburg will get a hamburger piece first, or were you picking on my capitalization of "hamburger"? -

TrumpetKing replied to Shadows's topic in Forum Information and Help
It will be different, and I'll probably have a hard name getting used to the change (especially in name), but I really think it is a fair idea, and that ultimately it is the right thing to do. And really, the only thing that willbe entirely different is the name, and the discussion, slightly. -

Nevermind, I see that anything clicked under the Ameribricks page just takes us back here, so the changes will be merged over time, correct? -

The release date shouldn't be confusing. Official TLG release is May. Other stores might, and only might, have them in mid to late April.- 1,076 replies

Weird. My Mermaid has a hair that is a similar color to Luna's. In the picture it looks like the Trendsetter has hair that is more similar in color to the Mermaid, but in the real-life photo, it seems more similar to the Hollywood Starlet's.- 1,076 replies

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 10 Discussion
TrumpetKing replied to CM4Sci's topic in Special LEGO Themes
As for the blonde, I'm not sure that they changed the color, but it is strange that they are both intended to be "Cool Yellow". Both Hogwarts Express (2010 variant) and CMF 1 wwere released in the same year, and Luna Lovegood's hair is a different shade than the CMF Cheerleader's hair. Another thing worth note is that the Mermaid and Hollywood Starlet's hairs are both intended to be Cool Yellow, but the Hollywood Starlet's hair appears to be more along the lines of the Cheerleader, while the Mermaid's is more along the lines of Luna Lovegood's... So you hope they don't say it will come out March 31st instead of April 1st? I doubt that would be believable, especially since the official release is May, but it is likely that other retailers will have them in late April, as it has bee=n stated several times before. TLG never said that it would be released April 1st. TLG has a pattern and schedule, and May will be TLG's official release of CMF 10. Besides, March 31st is Easter. I don't think they would play a trick on us on a holiday.... I don't know if they have before, though. Plus there wouldn't be enough time to get some for our Easter Baskets as a "surprise" for the morning.- 1,076 replies

Oh, I get it! I've been a little slow with understanding jokes lately, I didn't understand yours at first either. Thank you, Amset-Rah.

No, I don't think it is. The pictures are too big if they exceed a 640x420 pixel(?) size. EDIT: Other than the Gangnam style, I don't think I quite get it. And I don't know that I quite understand that either. Woud you care to explain it for me? Thanks.
