It does the job nicely! But did yer ever build anything on top of that? Aye, something new would be nice... but if that set photo on the box art is final, the set does not appear to have any new pieces, printed or moulded. Even the minifigs torso has been reused since Barracuda Bay and will be reused again in the upcoming Pirate Adventure Ride set.

I was thinking about this commercial the other day since it was the September of 93 when the Pirates Ahoy Expo came to my town. This commercial was playing for a couple of months prior to the expo and never I have been so excited in all my life! Oh the anticipation! However, I seem to recall an alternate version of the final line of dialogue: "Low and behold, there was the gold, it was immense in size!" Did this alternate version exist or is this the Mandela effect taking place? Perhaps I'm confusing it with the final line of text in the souvenir book.

@legokorea_official on Instagram has provided us with a glimpse of the upcoming Adventure Ride series which will be available as a gift with purchase. This promotion is due to launch 29 September 2022 in South Korea, but is yet known whether these sets will be available to the rest of the world.
