  1. I certainly do love all the speculation flying around here! I wonder how long it's going to take before we discover the truth behind these mini-figures.
  2. It would be great if you could get some higher resolution images and also ask the staff if these are official upcoming LEGO products. I'm also in the category of "not quite convinced yet", so before we start claiming "these are NEW Official Pirate LEGO mini-figures" we better get confirmation first. The torso designs do very much remind me of custom designs I've seen lately.
  3. 6264 Forbidden Cove, the second largest Islander set has plenty to offer, so today I'll begin by discussing the mini-figures. Forbidden Cove has an adequate number of mini-figures for it's size, though it's interesting to note that the significantly smaller King Kahuka's Throne had more. As some have already mentioned this set includes yet another Captain Ironhook mini-figure and yet another King Kahuka mini-figure. However, this time they've decided to let Kahuka go maskless, and it was theorised the mighty TalonCard in A Guide to the Pirates Mini-Figures Part IV this mini-figure may actually be just a prince and not Kahuka himself.
  4. Why thank you! I shall have this frontpaged on Classic-Pirates.com for you. I've watched the first 5 minutes and 40 seconds and you've certainly put a lot of work into this but the result is well worth it.
  5. Well laddie, I'm wondering and I think many are, are you ever going to release EB Pirates Episode III?
  6. Could we please get your permission to render a low-resolution version of your brickfilm to upload to the Classic-Pirates.com YouTube Channel? We'll give you full credit and link back to this thread.
  7. Until further notice my presence in the LEGO Pirate Forum will mainly be limited to the weekends, I may briefly log in during the week however. I also lack access to every other Eurobricks forum so I'm essentially "locked inside" the Pirate forum. These measures have been deemed necessary as attempting to keep up with every forum is consuming too much of my time and I'm not achieving enough in other areas of my work. I certainly could use self discipline and ignore the other forums, but this way I am forced to focus all my attention towards the Pirate Forum. If you need to contact me urgently during the week Email me using administrator@classic-pirates.com as I may not log in to check my Private Messages. Are there any questions or concerns?
  8. Feel free to write a review here Yunfang. We allow the occasional review of non LEGO products to give user an insight into what the competition brands are offering.

  10. Thanks for creating this wonderful set review Lord of Pies! I shall return upon the weekend and share my own thoughts on this set.
  11. Admiral Starwind! What a day this has been! Norrington has also recently made a return. How's things? Did you manage to find a suitable lassy for your voyages?
  12. Many congratulations on the success of your new forum! Would you like to have this Pirate Yoda smiley I made?
  13. My recommendation would be to start making modifications here and there then take some pictures and show us. This way we can see exactly what you're doing and then provide suggestions and feedback.
  14. Avast Swab!!! I've always wanted to write that but haven't really had the opportunity to use it in the proper context - come to think of it this occasion is still probably not the right context, but nevermind! Welcome to the LEGO Pirate Forum!
  15. How big do you reckon your Nautilus will be? You going for something mini, mini-figure scale or you really going to lash out and create a huge scale version?
  16. Norrington you old bugger! Where have you been? You haven't been sailing in these waters for quite some time! So you're going to attempt to build a Nautilus from LEGO?
  17. Definitely listen to what old Captain Green Hair has to say because he has constructed many fine vessels over the years. I'm wondering how much of the ship is made from actual LEGO - the sails are obviously not
  18. How did you want it to turn out Frostbite? What part of this splendid watercraft doesn't look as you intended? You got many Pirate Vignettes hidden away somewhere?
  19. June Newsletter is coming!!! CLICK HERE to subscribe!
  20. The mushrooms look quite good, but why are there mushrooms?
  21. So you cut the top off the hair piece to make it fit beneath the tricorn? If you didn't say anything then I probably wouldn't have noticed.
  22. So Batbrick, do you have any pirate sets yet or are you still awaiting to acquire your first?
  23. This chess set is showing quite a bit of imagination. Just to confirm, this is your creation, is it not CVSPIS CELIDVS?
  24. I nearly forgot to mention that I've acquired a MSIB 6260 Shipwreck Island! I've also acquired another used 6260 Shipwreck Island, Islander Catamaran and a Palm Hideout as well. I have a Saber Island and Forbidden Island coming but I may donate them as future prizes.
  25. Hi Panda, I can't help but notice that you write "pirate sets" as one word. I also noticed you wrote "legopiratesets" in the title of this thread so I've fixed that. It's no big deal, but I was just wondering why. Anyway, congratulations on getting 6260! Feel free to list all your sets in the Which official Pirate LEGO sets do you have? thread
