  1. A lovely fort. The slopes on the corners give it a really unique feel. One thing I'm not a big fan of is the thickness of the walls, but it still looks fine. Great work!
  2. Some lovely looking deals there. I would like to get my hands on another BB's Bounty, so hopefully one of these will stay low...
  3. I love the usage of Brickbeard's torso for the regular soldiers with the shakos. That's a great idea. The ship has an interesting design as well, very original. Nice work, and I hope to see more MOCs from you in the future!
  4. Did you really just do that Guss? You're a dedicated thanker.
  5. Congratulations guys! Your entries were lovely. Nice work on another great contest Classic-Pirates! By the way, out of curiosity, who was 4th 5th and so on?
  6. Excellent! I almost always fly to Frankfurt when I visit my relatives in Germany, and now I can even pick up some bricks along the way. This year I'll be able to go to 2 LEGO stores in Germany, first in May to the Munich one, and then in September to Frankfurt. Thanks for the news Doc.
  7. What a unique idea! It's fascinating how well that Town Plan building fits into the pirate theme. I love the additions to the building that you've made. It would make a fun Cafe Corner style building in this form. Great work, and I hope to see more from you here!
  8. Lovely collection you have there! I can only imagine how much great stuff is in the containers.
  9. A secret event brewing in the innards of the Captain's Cabin....
  10. Wow, sounds like you found some good stuff! It seems you have gotten an excellent deal.
  11. Nice work everyone! Congratulations to Thrash and Etzel, along with all of the other contestants, there were many lovely entries. Thanks so much to the contest organizers, it was a great time. I'm very happy.
  12. Sorry to say the same thing as everyone else, but those are the loveliest stairs I've seen. The rest of it isn't too bad either.
  13. Holy moly that's a funky shape! I love it. The color combo is stunning, and the rounded sides are downright awesome. Top-notch ship.
  14. Really nice display you have there Matn! I love the Adventurers line as well, and I wish I had as nice of collection as you do.
  15. I only use different colors for the non-visible parts if I know that I'll need all of the main color as I can get. I used to keep almost all sets together, but now I take most apart including pirate sets. The pieces just stare at me and I think the main value of buying a set is to get the good pieces out of it. The only lines of sets I keep together at the moment are Star Wars, City and Indiana Jones, but who knows, I may take those apart too someday. Getting the great pieces from sets is always really fun for me.
  16. Who is this Eardbeeries you speak of?
  17. Looking superb Captain Green Hair! I love those minifig pants, they are very unique. Good work on the pump too. The combination of the new pearl dark grey cannons and the brown bases looks stunning. I hope TLG will make some more new bases in different colors. I eagerly await the next update.
  18. Welcome to Eurobricks! Have fun, and see you around.
  19. Really nice work SirNadroj. I love the angle on the lower section of the carriage, and the landscaping is great as well. Nice minifig combos as well.
  20. I noticed this on a few of mine as well, I think it's more of something that happens in the factory, as the lines were on some brand new minifigs. I don't believe it's a big problem....
  21. I always pronounced it Milla-coal. This thread is pretty interesting.
  22. Happy birthday buddy! Hope you have a fantastic day, and have some strawberry ice cream for me.
  23. Congratulations Hinckley! Great entries all around.
  24. I love it Hinckley. Has a great classic/modern twist to it, and is so nice dnd colorful. A+.
  25. Lovely MOC Greenie. The water is some of the best I've ever seen; I'm jealous of your trans-blue cheese collection. Good luck!
