Nice entry! You have included lots of detail, and plenty of gore. The cannonball hitting the wall is fantastic and the pirate being eaten by the shark is nice and gruesome. Here are a few improvements you could make: 1) On the underside, you have 4 or 5 different colors being used. You should perhaps try to make it just one color, like gray, to give it a smoother look. 2) Personally, I think it looks a bit cramped. Maybe take out 1 or 2 minifigs to make it a bit easier to see all of the nice details. 3) Like some others have said, add some more angry/scared heads if you have them. 4) I would suggest that you put blue tiles on the water to give a bit smoother appearance. Very good work though!

This is the best thread I have read in a long time! That's really amazing though...

I would definitely be interested, but if you already have enough people, I don't mind just watching the magic. -
That's absolutely fantastic SlyOwl! I love the swim fin roof and all of the other details are amazing as well. Great MOC!

This is a very creative idea! A few pointers: 1) On the sand in front, I think it would look nice to have yellow tiles there for a smoother look. 2) Give us some more blood! Perhaps some on the Governor's head under the knife and on the upside down man with the sword in his gut. You could use a red plume maybe. 3) I too, would like to see some more pictures, such as a side and back view, so we can see what's going on there. Other than those minor points, this is a great entry! (By the way welcome to Eurobricks! Feel free to introduce yourself in this forum.

This is a really great small entry Olog! It looks so nice and smooth with the tiles and I love the rammed-in door. One thing I would recommend, is to put some small brown pieces, such as round 1 x 1s or lightsaber bars, to make it look like some debris fell on the floor when the wood cracked. Nice work!

I believe it's this piece.

Oh, I can't wait to see these entries! I love the rules.

Happy (one day late) birthday! Have a great (yesterday) day!

This is certainly plenty gruesome! A few bits of advice: 1) As this is your large entry, make it bigger! Perhaps make an ocean and a beach, as this will also make the MOC a bit less cluttered. 2) On the tower, you could make it a bit larger and that way you'll be able to add more detail and make it look overall better. 3) Once it's larger, you should maybe add a few more plants and animals. 4) If you make a beach or ocean, you could make a small boat of imperials trying to keep the peace. I think this will turn out to be a very good entry!

I forgot to say Happy birthday to you as well Brainbox! So here it is! Happy Birthday!

I like this very much! The water and sand look great tiled like that, and the idea is quite funny! One small improvement you could make is: Like Guss said, there is nothing very evil about your MOC. I think the Pirate holding a knife and lunging toward the rat would be a nice touch. Good work though!

I think it only comes with two. The extra one probably slipped in from another set. Sorry for any confusion!

Sea Wars! (AND Medium WIP PTV entry!)

This is a creative entry, but it could use some work. Here are a few pointers. 1) You should resize your images, as the contest rules state that the pictures need to be at the most 800 x 600 pixels. The rules also say that there should be a maximum of 6 pictures per entry. You can find a resizing tutorial here 2) I like the SNOT water, but feel it would look better if the pieces weren't placed as unevenly as they are right now. I think a little randomness is nice, but not too much. 3) On your Centennial Falcon (which is a really nice pun by the way ), I feel that some of the pieces are placed a bit sporadically. You could perhaps try to smooth it out a bit with some slopes or tiles, and not having so many parts jut out from the sides. I actually quite like your use of the white slope for the sail, especially since you don't have an alternative. It's very creative. 4)I would replace the Imperial's helmets with a more piratey hat, such as a shako, bicorn or tricorn. However, I certainly like your dock, as it has a really good smooth, yet uneven look to it. I think with a few improvements, you can make this a great entry! -

I would certainly like to be a part of this. It is a very good idea! I was wondering this as well... -
I must say that Castle is looking very promising for next year!

I believe he said dark red.

I just noticed something... Is that the skeleton of a horse I see? That's a nice little detail!

Really nice (and funny) MOC! Your car has excellent details and I love the flying letters and wig. The look on the mailman's face is priceless. Great work!

This is looking really nice Guss! I really like your little buildings and the ship is looking lovely. For the shallower water, instead of light blue you could intersperse some white plates together with the blue to give a good effect. I'm excited to see and comment on the finished product!
-
This set is fantastic! So many new figs and molds, and new cows! The detail on the buildings is absolutely superb and the price is Thanks for the news!

Great work I scream Clone! The buried soldier is hilarious, and I think the SNOT water looks great. I also think that the curving trees look good. Perhaps like Newright said, you could add some white or light blue plates interspersed with blue next to the shoreline for added detail. But it still looks great!

That's looking wonderful DNL! The little storehouse is great and I love the detail on the wall next to the water. I agree with Zorro though that the cannon looks a bit large compared to the rest of it. Perhaps shorten it a brick or so? But that's just a minor detail. Looking good!
