  1. I really like The Office and Monk.
  2. I may actually be able to get this! On S@H I switched the country to Germany and had it shipped to my relative's house (they will ship it to the U.S.) and it seemed to work! Just an idea if any of you have a friend or relative in Europe. Hopefully it works.
  3. Yay! Another raffle I'm definitely in!
  4. A nice review of a great small set! The set is pretty good I think. Radia is quite the fig with all of that purple... The design of the cruiser is nice. It's a very different shape than you usually see. I would give this set a 4. Thanks for the review!
  5. After seeing this I'm even more disappointed that we won't get this set in the U.S. Ah well, you can't have everything... Thanks for the pictures though!
  6. Welcome to Eurobricks Jeff S! I personally will wait and see whether this set come out to the public next year. It definitely is a great looking set though!
  7. Welcome to Eurobricks Klonoa! I'm sure you will enjoy it here.
  8. Got mine 2 days ago as well. It's nice to see the Clone Wars sets as well as the Volcano Base in there.
  9. Have a great day! Hope to see you around sometime!
  10. It's hard to say... I think if the older 4 wide cars and trucks were as well-designed as the new 6 wide ones, I might prefer those.
  11. Thanks for the review Adam! I quite like this set. Sure the ring may be just a large hunk of technic pieces. But it looks great, and when you add a relatively well-designed starfighter plus a lovely Kit Fisto fig, you get a pretty solid set. It earns a 4 from me.
  12. A great review of in my opinion a sub-par set. While some parts of it look nice, others such as the trailer look doownright bad. Hippie girl's face is bizzare! That has to be the most lopsided smile I have ever seen. The instruction manual has a very strange look to it as well. It's like a real picture... I would have to give this set a 2. Thanks for the nice review!
  13. Very nice The stripes are excellently done without taking away too much of the set's original look. Great MOC!
  14. Actually, it does. The back part of the truck with the panel hinges up, so that when you want the truck to dump, it doesn't get in the way.
  15. What would we do without the trucks of LEGOland to clean up our town? Well, I didn't want to find out, so I bought this set straight away! 7991 Recycle Truck Set Info Set Name: 7991 Recycle Truck Released: 2007 Theme: City Price: USD 14.99-GBP 12.99-EUR 14.95 Pieces: 206 Minifigs: 1 Review Time! Leading off, the box The front shows the recycle man loading up... The trash can? One thing here is really bizarre. On LEGO S@H and everywhere else, it says that this set is called Recycle Truck. Which makes sense as it has a recycle logo on the truck. However, on my box, it says the set is called Garbage Truck Has this happened to anyone else? Or is it just me... Here is the back of the box which shows some of the things you can do with this set. The Bags With this set you get 3 bags which are numbered. And do you see what I see? Yes, that's right, the DSS is in a bag so it doesn't get bent! Why TLG doesn't do this more often is beyond me... Bag #1 The set comes with a very nice selection of pieces. A large number of these are orange. Manual Silly me, I forgot to take a picture of the front of the manual. The picture is the same as on the front of the box. The back shows some of the 2007 city sets in a nice little scene. And inside. Minifig Here is the friendly garbage/recycle man. He looks nice but with the same head as so many other city figs before him. Come on TLG! Give us some new heads! The Sticker Sheet The stickers actually are pretty decent as far as stickers go. I like the recycle sign. After Bag #1 This is where we stand after the first bag is built. Bag # 2 The parts contained in the second bag. More nice orange pieces here. Extra Parts Some nice 1x1 slopes and 1x1 round plates. Everything Built Now that everything is built, let's check it out! The design of the set is very nice and the color scheme looks great. When you see it, you immediately know what it is. The back has a droid arm that acts as a handle to dump the trash/recycling in the truck. It's simple, but works well. Here you can see the dumping mechanism. It works by a sliding technic beam with a stopper On top of the truck you can store the worker's cart. This works really well. I think though that the top of the truck overall looks a bit jumbled up with a few too many different colors. The bottom. Trash dumping time! This is a good feature of the set. A very well built SNOT front section. This looks fantastic with the grills and number plate sticker. Someone has left a big mess on the street... Brickshelf Folder Ratings! Price: 10/10 (For $15 this is a very good deal at 206 pieces) Parts: 9/10 (Lots of orange) Design 9/10 (A very well designed set. Especially the front) Playability 9/10 (The trash dumper is fun and the added broom and cart make for good play value) Build: 8/10 (Simple, but stayed interesting) Overall:45/50 Brickset LEGO S@H Bricklink Peeron Taking out the trash... Summary This is a great small set for the price with fun features, nice colors and good design. I would certainly recommend this set, no matter what it's really called Thanks, and happy building!
  16. A large Bricklink order to finish my Latest MOC, a japanese style garden. Lots of flowers and other plant parts, plus dark bley slopes for rocks. Oh, and 300 Trans-Clear 1x2 plates... Now to patiently wait for it to arrive.
  17. Thanks for the nice review WhiteFang! I quite like this set. The front looks a bit bare, but for a small set like this, it doesn't really matter. This set gets a 4 from me as well.
  18. This is a really nice small set I think. It fascinates me that those are actual printed parts. That's something we don't see too often anymore. The figures are very good, although I must say I like the name Hippie Dude better than Snap Lockitt. Does anyone know why the Brickster has one blue hand? Thanks for the great review!
  19. It certainly is nice to have more variety in your figs. I wish TLG would come out with even more new ones than they do now. That's why I always like when new themes come out. There is nothing as frustrating as having an army of clone astronauts or knights...
  20. Yes, I have Pleanty as well
  21. I personally have plenty of regular smileys. Even if they were to be not produced anymore (which would be a shame) I would still have more than enough.
  22. Happity happy birthday to yooooou! Have a great day!
  23. Like WhiteFang I too only remember this line in computer game form. I used to love that game! I actually have never seen a review for an xtreme stunts set, so this was nice to see. As for the set, I think it looks pretty good. I really like the hippie guy. The windboard thing is nice as well, but looks a bit strange somehow. I give this set a solid 3 out of 5. Thanks for the nice review!
  24. I guess I got mine because I am now a teacher in the reviewer's academy and my username Erdbeereis, means strawberry ice cream in German. I quite like it!
  25. Today I was the referee for 3 football (aka soccer) games, played golf and worked a little on my newest MOC.
