Now for my latest MOC, Japanese Garden. It is relaxing garden filled with flowers and trees, plus a soothing waterfall. Thanks, and enjoy! Flickr Page Thanks!

Something like that happened to me once. I got a lightsaber blade piece stuck inside a 1x1 cone. Never did get it out.... Good luck getting it out!

That's a wonderful MOC Hippotam! The SNOT water blends really nicely with the sand. And it has so many great little details. Great work!

Normally we start getting prelim pics of the summer sets around January or February it seems. And then clear pics come at the New York Toy Fair. So sit tight and start getting excited about the early year sets first! I'm very excited to build my clone army and fill up those empty seats in the current sets. The TIE Advanced with the new Darth Vader looks nice as well and I can finally get Yoda and Mace Windu minifigs. Hopefully they don't look too animated. Now, to wait 3 more months...

Somehow, I think the current one is better. The old man with glasses has a nice surprised look to him. I really like the details behind the man. Is the torso a custom decal? Nice MOC Sir Nadroj!

Should Lego Bring in Super Monument sets more often?
Erdbeereis replied to VBBN's topic in LEGO Town
That's a gigantic building! I think I would like to see more of these sets, but I probably wouldn't buy them. Mainly because I don't like spending hundreds of dollars on a set that I will just look at. However I do like seeing reviews of large sets so I voted yes. I'll just let others spend the money -
Go right ahead!

Really nice MOC Newright! The water is very good looking and so is the dock. Great work!

I see you are living up to your title Shoc! If you really want me to, I'll edit my post...

I got mine off Ebay as well. But the ones I got were completely covered in dust. After a long cleaning session, they were fine though. The reason for the semi-strange colors was that I wanted something different than all of the other pirate ships. You can pretend that these are the real "Jolly Rodgers".

Thanks Guys! Mister Phes: I didn't realize how many set names I had combined! I knew it sounded like Black Seas Barracuda but didn't think about the other ones. I appreciate all of the feedback!

This is a really nice entry JimButcher! It has many nice details. I especially like the ants on the floor. The spider web is also a nice touch. I can't really think of any criticism to make on this, except like the others have said about the brick wall. But that's really not a big problem. Great work!

1)Unfortunately, I don't have more, otherwise I would have. 2)I was going to add this, but the ones I had were far too short (I didn't have the longer version) and they didn't match up well. 3)What do you mean with the sails? Thanks for the feedback guys!
-
Yes, I made the sails myself.

64c THIS IS NOT A PTV ENTRY Hello! Here is my first pirate ship MOC, the Red Seas Renegade. I have been wanting to make a ship for a while now, and finally found the time to do it. It's certainly not as good as some of the other ones on classic pirates, but I like it nonetheless. My favorite feature of the MOC, is the retractable anchor. I attached an anchor to a power functions winch, so it can be dropped, and then pulled back in. This is a blurry pic of the inside of the captain's quarters. It was rather dark in there. Power functions winch for the anchor. My custom cannon. I really don't like the yellow window frames, but I didn't have a better option at the time. Flickr Page Thanks!

EB News Reviews: 7979 Castle Advent Calender 2008
Erdbeereis replied to WhiteFang's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Thanks for the review WhiteFang! This is certainly a great set. It's really nice that we get 3 exclusive figs. The maiden, jester and witch are great figs with detailed torsos. Is the jester's head a new print? I don't recall seeing it before... It's a nice one though. It reminds me of the scared head but a happy version. I can't wait for mine to arrive from Germany! Thank goodness I have relatives there. I wouldn't want to miss out on this nice calendar! -

Wow, that's looking amazing! The tree with the vines hanging down is wonderful, and so is your rickety bridge. I really look forward to seeing the finished product!

Happy birthday Mr. Tiber! Have a great day!

Great review Brickster! I really love this set. The little fishing boat is really nice, especially that printed flag. As for the submarine, the colors are good and those porthole windows are nice. With the bubble cockpit it has a nice scientific look to it. But my favorite part by far, is the underwater lab. It has so many small details that add so much to the set. The X-ray machine is really innovative. It reming me a bit of the mission projector in the new agents truck. This great set gets a 5 from me and so does the entire divers theme. Thanks for the reviews of them Brickster!
