  1. Nice build! Only thing I might change is the tower roof. Looks a bit out of place. Keep the builds coming!
  2. Excellent work! Love the rocks and trees as they add a lot more to the landscape than the barren salt marshes I had been picturing. Also great description for the frogs!
  3. Thanks! Dr Seuss is awesome so thats a compliment. Thanks! Jungle is probably my favorite terrain to build. Thanks! I've been trying to achieve a unique building style and I'm thinking that I'm going to be going with this.
  4. Nice build! Keep them coming!
  5. Nice build and story!
  6. Nice! Just gotta love those giant mushrooms!
  7. Awesome! Perfect design except the part kabel mentioned!
  8. Lovely build! The footprints in the snow are great but the birds are the real eye catchers here. Reallly nice touch with the bird profiles and descriptions. I will need to add that to my guide.
  9. Congratz! I would totally sell it as I'm not a fan of chrome LEGO.
  10. Thanks DM! Thanks! This is just a small preview of what I have cooking up for my base on Gorr.... Thanks guys! Thanks! Your description gave me the idea for my description Thanks guys and gals!
  11. Day two has begun: Jungles of Gorr by Masa of Kaliphlin, on Flickr
  12. The second day of the Kaliphlin tour, we take you to the far south, beyond the Kaliphlin mainland to the island of Gorr. While the north-western half of this island is mostly a desert region, the largest and oldest jungles of Kaliphlin are located in the south eastern half. It is rumored that a lost civilization lies within a large primeval forest that still exists at the center of this jungle growth. We will not be setting foot on this island today as it can be quite a dangerous place for tourists. However you can get a good look at the jungles of Gorr from the deck of our ship. Jungles of Gorr by Masa of Kaliphlin, on Flickr JunglesofGorrback by Masa of Kaliphlin, on Flickr Look! You can even see one of the native jungle elves. If you ever do decide to come back and explore the jungles of Gorr, be sure to hire a jungle elf as your guide. The jungles are home to many an ancient monstrous creature and without a jungle elf to guide you, your chances of making it back out of the jungle alive are slim at best. Also a warning to those who plan to sail these waters. Whatever you do, do not sail around the southernmost tip of Gorr. The southern coast is called the Forbidden Coast for a reason. Everything that a sailor fears most lies just around that corner... everything from giant sea serpents to giant whirlpools. So be warned. That is it for today. We sure hope you enjoyed today's tour and prepare yourselves for tomorrow's!
  13. Great MOC! I really like the tower design and the birch tree!
  14. After the castle in Barqa was destroyed by the elementals, Gaius Kaleci, Mikel's trusted liegeman, moved the Kalores estate to a small outpost on Gorr. It is rumored that a large construction is presently being built there. So I am officially moving from Barqa to Aden's Gate. Aden's Gate by Masa of Kaliphlin, on Flickr
  15. You are required to pick a single guild but your characters could be friendly to any or all of the other guilds. And yes there are places in Kaliphlin where there isn't any "sand" required. Witherwoods would be one example. Also the Rakath mountain range would be another. Or even one of Kaliphlin's many jungles.
  16. Not really any particular city. Haven't played an MMORPG in years. Awesome! Masa is still keeping up apearances. Wonder which identity is actually him? Or are both identities his doubles? One thing is for sure Masa is there somewhere for sure because he would never miss such an opportunity to gather information and forge some more diplomatic relations.
  17. Very nice! Reminds me of a major city of an MMORPG game! Is it just me or did I spot both a Masa and a Mikel?
  18. Inside Kaliphlin by gid617, on Flickr Viewing is free of charge unless you are a spy in which case you must pay a veiwing fee of 1000 darics.
  19. Nice MOC! And nice technique for the pillow!
  20. Indeed very inspirational pics DM! Unfortunately I will not be building any part of the city for some time. My build time will be consumed by homebase and Ska's story arch. As for the wikia, please read the community portal concerning the changes.
  21. You have both Nocturnus and Kaliphlin flags. I haven't built too much in bley yet but that is the majority of my collection and is what my homebase is built with (still in progress). Your pieces sound like they would work perfectly in Kaliphlin's Witherwoods or even in some jungle on the coast.
  22. Agreed. they think they are so cool, they are icy. But really, the folks up in Mitgardia are really awesome and as friendly as they come.
  23. I'm looking for Exo-Force head templates. I checked the index but didn't see anything.
  24. As far as air supply, you could have a hollow tube extending from the top. The sub just couldn't dive too deep.
  25. Pretty cool! I like the simplicity of the design.
