What the heck?! Now that's really strange....it seems they are megablocking up something with the exchange curses at s@h. It's the same with the death star which costs exactly as much euros as it costs dollars in the USA.

How much is it in pounds? Anyway, i just ordered it along with the helicopter. i just must have these sets

That looks indeed interesting..as far as i know there is a kinda similar torso already, but with different color patterns. There could also be one with a green "Latzhose" (what's that in englisch?), but i'm not sure.

I also eperience problems with it since a while, firefox keeps megablocking up when i open them. Simply try to right click and "save as" on the download link, then you should be able to look at it on the computer itself

I don't care how much, but i need at least one RIGHT NOW! The interior is kinda similar than the one from the coast guard tower set, but i love that there are also 2 chairs on the ground level, and the medical instrument is different, too. The rail system from the helicopter to the tower also is lovely kinda reminds me of that:

I think the idea with the garage and the C-130 would be great! As a child i always loved to play with mechanics themed sets, as for example this one: But since there were so less sets out there, i built my own big garage then, with this set as start/inspiration. In the army i had to do a lot with C-130's, and this definitely could be a win if they make it right!

I just compared the prices of the chess set between the US and austria, and there i recognized something kinda weird...in the US it costs 199,99 Dollars, but here in Austria you have to pay the SAME price but in Euros. That's very strange, cause 199,99 $ would be only 127 €. Isn't it supposed to be the same price all over the world?

The main thing i expect is that they go on with the great quality models as like the new police HQ. The constructive quality has really stepped up the last few years it's a lot of fun to build all these new sets. Otherwise i don't really know what to expect. But i do hope they will bring back some more civilian sets, ans a bit less police/fire and so on stuff. Not that it's not good the sets are great but i personally think there are too less civil themed sets nowadays.

I got just one question on the side..has anybody got a picture from the "original" twilight that appears in clone wars? i can't find pictures of it anywhere and it would be nice to compare it with the lego version.

Yeah, i like the idea of comparing older sets with newer ones keep it up! But what exactly do you mean with the color diffeence of the yellow bricks? They're not SO different though the older ones are a bit bleeched out.

The right one looks like it could be the backside of the 8636 Deep Sea Quest Box, but i'm not sure.

Unfortunately, i had the hope it would be shown at brickworld, also for the coast guard platform, but nothing... But i have the feeling we'll get some amazing tlittle things in the calendar, cause TLG really stepped up the quality of the castle sets lately. I'm already dreaming 'bout the chess set
