did you buy any of them?
-
They're available here in austria, too. Maybe i'll purchase one or 2 of them in the next few hours. I do want all of them, but don't have enough mone at the moment i'm afraid.

The new coast guard sets are now available at Shop @ Home, check it out! http://shop.lego.com/ByTheme/Leaf.aspx?cn=...HQS=City_Banner

I've got a toys'r'us about an hour from here, maybe i'll go and check it out on tuesday (tomorrow is a free day here). is there any information available as if these sets are available in ALL tru shops in europe, or just in a few countries?

and the "cleavage" actually wouldn't be yellow, if it was the same torso as marions.
-
That's a shame, but maybe you'll find time to review at least the helicopter or the boat & tower. would be great!
-
According to the witch, i played a little with photoshop, and that came out: I know, not the best quality, but at least it's bigger. The face looks much more "witchy" than the one of the fright knights witch, and i love the dk. green torso
-
Wow, they are already out in europe?! i got to check out my stores asap. 105 € is pretty good for all sets i think!
-
I don't think this has been posted yet, recently a new, better picture of the advent calender showed up, note the redisigned torso of the female and the parts list on the side: Can'r figure out the parts list, though
-
These here: They're actually included in the dwarve's mine set, and i believe also in some others before where they were used for "children".
-
well, i think it's SO great that they did all possible to keep it secret, maybe produced in underground factory's that nobody knows about
-
That wouldn't be such a big problem either since we have the short legs, put on some new hair piece and torso and you have a hobbit

While i truely fell in love one more time with the older lego city sets, i thought, why not make a review of one of the, in my opinion greatest city sets of all time. Let's not talk too much, here we go! Set Nr.: 6395 Name: Victory Lap Racetrack Number of minifigs: 13 (!!) Number of pieces: unknown Release Year: 1988 Starting with the beautiful old Legoland box: Front: Back, with some cool alternative models: Inside: We continue with the great minifigs, which are not less than 13! I don't think there is any city set with more figures, is there? Civilians: Race Crew & Assistant Personnel: Drivers: All: Here's a overview of the whole set: The "Rescue Rig" (don't exactly know how to call it) with trailer: The score board & Traffic Lights, which would be one of the details i love the most about this set: The next sweet detail, the Camera + Cameraman! Of course we have a doc, if there is some kind of accident: The pit stop boxes, i love the small tool-holder with the axle and wheel behind it: The control room high above the racetrack: Ready to go?!! That was it all in all,all i can say is, if you see this set anywhere on ebay ore somewhere else, get it!

It basically was in great condition, overall no parts that looked used, they looked as if the ship was totally new. There were a few small parts missing, but that wasn't a problem at all, since they weren't special parts.
-
On my must-list already are all CG sets except the quad bike, im not sure about that one yet. Btw. does anybody know the exact release date of the sets? @lord santos: i'm sure they are hinting us one more time, in the past it has happened quite often that they put up new sets on S@H and a few minutes later they disappear again.
-
I didn't even know it will be released that soon..if that is true, wouldn't it bs possible that the instructions pop up sometime in the next weeks? I don't know when the new city sets are released, only that it's in summer, but even the instructions from them are released already...
-
I don't think these have been posted yet, if they have, punch me. The instructions for the other SW Mini sets are also online: 8028 8029
-
I think the most problem will be that i'll have no money by the end of the year cause so much cool stuff is coming out this year
-
Wow, i didn't even know there would be promo-sets. i love the coast guard boat!
-
Yeah, i was hoping for some more instrument down there, too. But anyway, they just look great, the design is superb. There's even a bed and a wash basin in the tower! And all that neat equipment! Edit: I just saw the wench of the helicopter is actually motorized! The rest of the interior is rather plain, but i can go with that. There seems to be a lot of building fun with that one!
-
I was just about to post these, too. I can't wait for these sets!
-
No, this is new to me i think. Have only seen the skeleton chariot & knight&catapult instructions yet. Thanks!
-
Nope, not that i would know. I think there's no poster in any new castle set.

Review: 7625 Indiana Jones - River Chase
metalandi replied to Wilhelm screamer's topic in LEGO Licensed
Great review, thanks! As i thought, amazon did send out my pre-ordered sets not until yesterday evening, so i should receive them (hopefully) on monday or tuesday. Can't wait for them! Btw., i wonder what's up with all these sticker leftovers in the indy sets..this hasn't been the case in any other set with stickers, right? -
That's exacltly what i think. I'm pretty sure there have been quite many doors that were painted in any colour and not just left wooden brown, back in the days.
