Yep, and disappointment rises in my eyes when i see it. I think it's almost as plain and simple as it can possibly get I really expected more, since there is quite a lot of space inside it. Also i don't really know why there is a keyboard between 2 yellow plates and a fish besides it. How come they can PACK the new hogwarts castle with as much interior as possible, and at this set there is a big lack of it?

Tell me what, I'm dying right here! But it's quite enjoyable watching the pictures from the other themes aswell, as they are really awesome pictures. Shouldn't be too long now though that he comes to castle.

Man, i gotta stay up all night until there are HQ pics of the castle sets. FTBT is uploading such a massive amount of pictures, it takes forever

Actually i think what was displayed will be more the real thing than what you see on the box design. The boy designs are still the preliminary ones while i think the actual sets displayed are more like what they will look really.

It may not be very big, but it surely looks impressive.

The wizard is dark green as sure as the sun goes down at night...the beard has been changed from white to black which is great. That way it makes an awesome contrast to the fantasy era wizard which is light blue and has a white beard. I assume the new wizard is supposed to belong to the dragon faction.

As a castle fan i definitely need the new hogwarts castle. I didn't like the look of the previous ones very much, but i think the new one looks brilliant. Just look at all the accesoires and interior!

Just looking at the new pictures..all i can say i f***ing want these sets and i want them NOW! I'm already dream of the new castle, i seriously think it's the most real looking castle TLG has ever produced. I love the look of the front gate, the portcullis looks like a real one! Btw. has anyone seen the new hogwarts castle? I think i might have got to get that aswell, though i'm not into harry potter normally. but the design and interior of is is simpy awesome. There also is a picture in which you can see the wizard impulse set, it seems the look of the fig has been changed:

I just thought, that it's kinda odd there never was a king in any castle sets until the mid-90's, though a few castles even jad "king" in its name. Does anyone know why that is? I find that pretty interesting.

Klaus-Dieter, i like your idea with the exclusive set! But unfortunately i don't think we'll already get another exclusive castle set as we already had MMV last year But you never know... Anyhow, you shouldn't have posted that picture of this beautiful tournament set, ever since i saw it first i wanted it, but, if you even see it for sale somewhere, it's always hugely on the pricey side Now i can't stop thinking of it anymore once again!

i agree, and design-wise i think the new theme fits perfectly to the fantasy sets. It's just a different color scheme, but looking at the buildings one could easily imagine that they're just 2 different kingdoms, but at the same time and in the same world.

something other...do you think the artwork of the calendar could be a hint on furure sets? I'm talking about possible civilian sets. Since they're already returning to human vs. human, i think it would be a great oppurtunity to finally introduce some proper civilian sets in the style of MMV (of course in the form of normal sets then, not exclusives)!

I just don't think they would use that old torso again after 15 years without making ANY change, with the new opportunities in design going on these days. I think that would be a huge step back, and therefor i highly doubt they will use a vintage fig again all of a sudden and make not a single change to it.

I'm not really sure if the calendar is real. I mean, everything on the box art is a drawing, and there is no way the merlin fig is returning, with the exact same look like 15 years ago. Maybe this is a joke, or a very raw thought of TLG on how it should look. I'm sure this will look a lot different in the final version.
