Thanks for these! I hope that means the instructions to the early 2010 sets will be up soon aswell. Oh, where have the times gone where you could find the pdf instructions already weeks before the release

From these pictures so far the big castle from the "good" and that tower from the "evil" faction are my favourites. They also look like they could have some nice interior inside the towers. at least i hope so

Ever heard anything of different opinions? I also didn't like the kk themes as whole, but i liked particular sets, and i'm sure there a re a lot of people that loved the whole theme. Still, i can't really find a lot of similarities to kk2 in these 2 new sets..it's back to human against human, which is awesome, and i also love the colour schemes. Can't wait to see these sets in reality.

My god. I already loves the latest castle line, but this is brilliant. My wallet is gonna ache next year!

These new kingdoms sets look absolutely beautiful..i want them all and i want them now! Look at that red roof of the corner tower of the castle!

Thanks for this review! I don't think i will buy this set. The front pieces of the helicopter still is a big thorne in my eye, and there might be alot of controls in the cockpit, but again like in the coast guard helicopter there is no interior at all in the middle section. Come on, they could have included at least some oxygen bottle or something like that!

REVIEW : 8075 Neptune Carrier
metalandi replied to daoudbazaar's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I will buy this for sure! First i ahd my doubts about this whole theme, but this set looks to be one of the best of the line. It looks great and of course the minifigs are outstanding, thanks for the review! -
I must admit, i'm not really sad about these news. I always considered this theme as "not really lego", so i'm even kinda happy that it's finally gone. Of course i apologize for all people that have liked it.

The sextant is available in dozens of other sets of the past. Mostly adventurers sets, and in current sets i think it also was available in one or more of the CC style buildings.
-
Not really, sir. The only similarity i can see is that it is also 8-wide, uses 2 4-wide windscreens and the same roof pieces. But the rest is totally different, first of all it got wheels, then they are smaller ones then the coast guard truck. also the overall design is different.

You didn't really get the purpose of Kirk's post, did you?
-
Sorry but this is old news. These pictures already have been posted some pages back.
-
Totally signed! With the building techniques nowadays i can see a lot of potencial if they re-introduce this theme.
-
What do you mean with lower quality figs? I always thought all (more or less recent) figures are the same quality. At least i never recognized differents in the quality of them.
-
Just a question, is anybody able to save the original size pictures (the size they have when they are zoomed in totally), or know how to do that?
-
Wow, they did a really good job on the lighting repair car i think! It's got alot of tools, looks great overall and did i mention that the cars have doors? I will for sure get this one!
-
What are you talking about? Just if they change the name it doesn't mean they don't continue the way they have been going since 3 years now. Although i have to admit that i'd love to see more civilian sets like the MMV set, i can see a lot of potencial in that, as you can see in moc's people have built, there are billions of possibilities for civil stuff, like shops, bakeries, handworker stores,.....gotta stop dreaming now

Well, since it's only a toy and the cannons don't have a weight of like a ton, i assume that actually isn't really a problem, right?
-
Just wanted to point out that pedro was a bit faster, he posted the link to the pictures earlier already and they are already beeing discussed
-
As it has been said before, no ship before ever had more cannons than 4, so it is totally alright for me. Put 2 on each side or 4 on one and none at the other, i think it is enough,.
-
No. It's looking perfect.

A possible return of the Adventure ?
metalandi replied to yellost's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I don't think that has anything to do with the adventurers theme, as it just says something about adventures on that box, not "AdventureRs" in that. Also, i can absolutely not see a return of the theme with the indiana jones line running and a new, similar line in prince of persia coming up. -
Thanks for the link to these better pictures, pedro! I have mixed feelings about the theme, still. At one hand, the new minifigs and parts are really awesome, but on the othetr hand the vehicles look kind auninspired, the playability seems very low to me, and i also can't make out really a lot of accesoires in these sets. also, it's all over again machines against monsters. Why do divers in a theme called atlantis just fight against monsters instead of searching after the fairytale city atlantis? I was hoping we'd get sets with some cool ruin buildings, and what else that has to do with atlantis. That is only the case in ONE of these sets. I hope, if the line continues, we'll get some sets with more underwater buildings too, instead of only the old monsters fighting stuff!
-
guess that means it will be continued.

Thanks a lot for the new detailed pictures, Mr. Mandalorian! With every new picture i see i love this ship more Edit: Just one question: since there's no picture that shows it clearly, is there any interior inside the prison cell?
