Set Number/Name: 30061 Attack Wagon Theme: Castle/Kingdoms Year Released: 2010 Pieces Count: 37 (not sure though, counted them myself) Minifigures: 1 Price: 9,50 € from Bricklink Wow, i think this is a premiere! It's the first time i get to review a brand new set that almost nobody has yet! Someone posted a link to a Bricklink seller last week, so of course i couldn't withstand and just bought one straight off. I must say i already love this new theme though it's not even out yet, but now let's go straight to the pictures! The Polybag: The instructions: The minifig: Most likely the most interesting of this set. Gotta love that torso and helmet! The torso also has some nice back printing. I'm not sure if the head is new too, but there are so many heads it's not easy to keep on track. Overall shots of the wagon itself: The completed set: As you can see the set also comes with some good accesoires, like 3 spears, a sword, and a telescope piece with fire. Spare parts: Not much to say here, a dark green cheese piece and a "viking helmet horn" piece. I don't really know if something like that really existed in the medieval age, and i also don't know what it would be used for (maybe someone can enlighten me?), but overall this is a really nice little set. It should have been released as a normal impulse set rather than just a promo i think. Hope you enjoyed the review and pictures, can't wait to see what you all think about the set.

The back of the instruction shows the assambling of the fig and the last step of assebling the wagon, and small pictures from 5 other kingdoms sets. Nothing too exciting there.

Alright, after a few tries i think it looks pretty good

I just pulled the attack wagon set out of my mailbox! Gonna do the review tomorrow, cause i don't have enough light anymore today to take pictures.

I ever wanted it since i saw it first, and still want it. Overall i hate KK2, but i always think this would look great as a fortress for the skeleton faction of the fantasy castle line, if you change some details and put on different figs. That's actually why i want it, cause the skeletons don't have a proper base.

Yay, my order has been shipped! Can't wait to get my hands on a NEW kingdoms set already

Don't think there is any info yet. To be on the safe side i ordered one off bricklink, if they get available somewhere else near to me i can still get a few.

Could you provide a picture of yours so we can decide if you are overly picky or not?

Printings can always be a bit off their position, not a big deal to me. I guess there is a bit of a tolerance in the printing machine (don't know exactly how the machine looks like that does that) so the torso fits into it when it's beeing printed. I wouldn't even call this a quality issue

Me neither, but somehow i have to manage to get those. I got together all the sets since 2007 except last year's 3 sets, which, why ever, never surfaced on shelves around here...

These look great! And the attack wagon reminds me of this one:

The sword and crown are definitely chrome gold. You can see that in other pictures pretty good.

I just pray to god it will be. The new robin hood minifig makes me want that so much

This is only the first wave of sets we have seen yet, man. I'm sure there will be more later, just like it was with the fantasy line.

Review: 5988 Pharaoh's Forbidden Ruins
metalandi replied to ZO6's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I'm so envious, you got that set sealed and new! I always wanted that one, and i still want it I love the vehicles of the adventurers theme, and the whole feel to it, and there's a mass of accessoires in these sets aswell. -
A Knight does not HAVE to have a lance. And i think there will be more knights on horses in future sets, though we will never get like 4 horse knights in one set anymore ever, i guess.

It seems so, and i see that as absolute positive. I really hated the flick-fire stuff...mostly because it is as unreal as it gets, i mean orcs and stuff is fantasy like it is written in books and so, but what the hell should flick-fire missiles be?

This thread IS about the 2010 sets. Thanks for the link, but i believe these have been seen already.
