  1. yes, it looks so...but wait for reviews to see what other possible interesting parts are in new sets ...
  2. For start; as a member of Chevrolet family it looks much better than Corvette
  3. At the first sight looks way better than Ferrari and Porsche
  4. yes; that is something that i needed years ago...and i miss pontoons on wings (usually firefighting planes are hydroplanes and then need pontoons for stabilisation)
  5. i saw it few days ago on YouTube, but first impression was that model is very heavy (bending suspension arms on front axle). although there is nice paneling on model (gray cylinders would be better suited here IMHO)
  6. if this could be true; that sounds very interesting
  7. Perhaps my Christmas present could be a bargin (inside 50€ bargin) was this (with also more than handfull of beams, hanfull of gears etc)... and there was one IR receiver
  8. I see orange U530 every day on my way to work; but U4023/5023 is something else, since Unimogs are used here for street work ... somehow it is kund of evergreen IMHO. Friend of mine (who together with me had rebuild few old Mercedes cars has one 406 with 5.7l diesel... and years ago I stumbled on one with petrol M130 single carburetor engine (but engine was dead after several overhauling)... I have lots of plans, but time is not my friend...
  9. @Thirdwigg there is not a slightest reason not to help someone if I can; specially when I can't find time to upgrade my Fastrac to reduction hubs...and I have some ideas about Unimog...
  10. IMHO those are ordinary (already seen) parts... somehow i had a hope for black flip flop 7 studs long beam in Dalmatian Mutt
  11. Flip flop beam 7L in green could mean that we could expect some John Deere forestry or agriculture vehicle? Of course it can always be part of structure hidden inside chassis. (unfortunately) I have feeling that Dalmatian Mutt will have "ordinary" pieces only
  12. ...or deteriorate... and that's why only richness is what kind of person someone is. He could change his name to Rich whenever he wants
  13. Yes, it is (something like) 1:21 scale, which gives very limited choice what to build...telehandlers are not possible if you want motorized functions, etc...
  14. trucks, trucks...and whenever i hoped for tires that could enable mr to make 1:16.5 scaled MOCs (to fit perfectly with trucks based on ideal truck tire 62.4), i ended up disappointed with Lego tire choice... Simon, both truck and trailer are great
  15. Honestly propeller has less friction spinning through the air than wheels that are driving tractor that is supposed to pull something (at least)... I feel honored that you gentleman give me suggestions and share your experience.
  16. After testing I must say that only traditional way works; reduction gubs should be used as hubs like on 42099 set; so only way is to use like on axle that has angled suspension arms based on Pythagorean theorem
  17. No problem about sharing, now keep fingers crossed that it sustains some weight without braking apart... ...but actually all credits go to @vascolp
  18. so far i have relatively stiff part where this reduction hub is integrated. Only I have to put XL motor 1 stud outer so gears would not rub on XL motor housing ... I'll post images when i finish chassis and axles
  19. as you can see it fits perfectly; now i have to make chassis to test it
  20. it is one stud thick; if red 28 tooth differential doublebevel gear had kind of pinholes and not kind of hooks could be usefull (or that Lego redesigns old 40tooth gear to fit that 3 point pin connector)... perhaps it could be fitted ½ stud more inside? I'll try that later today just in case ... Thank you for your help
  21. I meant in addition to existing frame
  22. actually i would prefer that 5 x 7 frame has holes like this or that frame 5 x 7 has the same ball joint as above at one end
  23. Yes, to save space. This is idea also to save on reduction hubs since reduction hubs have 2 studs connectors that are taking same space as shocks
