  1. We will see; i a about week-time we can get some info so it is not so far away. IMHO it makes sense to have same type of tire, but LEGO is full of compromises, so you never know. Let's stick to what we now.
  2. But balloons are not best industry tire representation IMHO. Perhaps new 68.7 x 27 (new Batmobile front tire) at the front and 94.3 x 38 (Unimog tire) at the rear is the plausible ... Some Chinese company has bought backhoe program from them (if I'm not mistaking)
  3. But Volvo backhoe have smaller tires at the front and I'm probably not optimistic enough to believe that LEGO will introduce another size tractor tire... Air codename could refer to pneumatic system...
  4. This is the most challenging Lego project that I ever saw. There is no word of praise that can keep up with your project.
  5. 68.7 x 27 would be even better, but most likely 49.5 based on price
  6. Well timespan should fit; 2014 42030 2016 42053 2018 42081 and 2020 42113 Perhaps "Flamingo" could indicate colors?
  7. Then you have to play with it Just in front of you and not run after it... Looking forward to see it made in real bricks
  8. What I like is simplicity of your models; I can really envy you on this solution. My models started simple and then I decide co complicate... How is the receiver signal quality during testing when placed "beind" the wheel?
  9. If I didn't know any better I would have thought that you are infected with Duplo
  10. animation is perfect now
  11. @Beck I suggest you to use new 7 x 11 frames to make axle more stiffer (and simpler)
  12. kind of BMW GS 1200 Successor would'n be bad at all (specially when there is new R1800). As I wrote few days ago Nuremberg toy fair is just in 8 days, so we will find something more very soon. I hope that this comment will not offend anyone, but sometimes google translator sounds like Tarzan
  13. cool animation, perhaps a bit to fast
  14. I know, I have translated it before my comment but added some speculations stuff...
  15. Cool, now you are on the right path to infect your kid with Technic
  16. Well it sounds to me more like a wish...perhaps front tires would be new 68.7 x 27? Nuremberg toy fair is just around a corner so very soon we will be more cleaver about this set...
  17. Looking forward to see tender, but I suppose you will use green panels 5 x 11 on red chassis, but the most important thing is that - "My son is very happy with it, so challenge passed."
  18. I think you nailed shape Looking forward to see your development. I know what it means having no time or being constantly distracted ...
  19. For one evening job to make this I can only take my hut off
  20. @suffocation chain is not usually the best idea, example is steering in beautiful telehandler made by @functionalTechnic that I use as "idea spender" for my telehandler, but got sticker so probably red 16 or blue 20 gear with clutch would be better solution. I agree with @M_longer that it is not much of a set and to expensive even for parts pack...
  21. You can put battery box in tender...and for front wheels use drive use this part https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=87408&idColor=11#T=C&C=11 Idea is really cool how to integrate technic and duplo Like here https://pin.it/pzlwbgkkklz5gj
  22. I think you can use pair of 11 x 5 frames (placed vertically on each side) to make stiffer construction carrying tracks
