I bidded on Build Your Own Harbour 6186 on eBay. The bid started at 8 euro. I bidded exactly 8 euro and not a cent more. But some others were so eager to get that set that it was sold for incredible 34.50 euro!! That's crazy! Normally you get this set for 15 euro in various shops and at S@H!! And there were even several cheaper eBay offers of the same set!

You always get an automatic response first, declaring that TLC has received your mail. After some days you get a response dealing with your problem. If you don't get a response concerning your problem, then check your post box frequently. Always when I don't get a reply, they send me the criticised pieces for free. If they don't answer to your complaint, new pices are under way. If you are really concerned that it's toxic because it smells, phone them.

I've voted for original! I particularly love the sets of the 80s and early 90s.... and I miss the old colours, especially for castle sets.

I've just bought Basic Bricks 5574 for only 6 euro!! It was a special offer! This is now the second special offer I've bought in that super market within a short time! The other special offer was Public Works 5611 for only 1 euro. I think it's worth checking the toy section there once in a while!

I can remember having heard about the colour change, but I didn't own a set with the new colours. So I thought, "It can't be so bad. They're exaggerating!" Then I bought a set of switches (4531) for my 9V trains and it happened to be bley switches. I thought, "Oh no! It's really so bad!" But I've become used to the new colours, but I think I'll never ever forgive TLC for selling old gray and bley tracks in the same boxes. I just don't want to have rails in different colours. The switches (plus the two curves that came with them) are the only 9V railway tracks I have that are bley. I prefer buying the old track boxes. With those I can be sure that the tracks are in old gray. Anyway, bley is fine for me, and I think that especially light bley is a good addition to tan. With light bley and tan you can build many good buildings.

Maybe the new train line will be released in autumn. So it might be a bit too early for leaked pictures. Maybe we'll have them in early or late spring. Who knows! But even though I'll be sticking to 9V forever, I'm also eagerly waiting for news on the new trains. I hope that they are going to release some cool train buildings and waggons. Those I could easily use in combination with my beloved 9V stuff.

Well, some things would no longer be dealt with; the discussions on newly released sets would cease and sooner or later all sets would be reviewed. But people could still moc and share their mocs with the other users. The forum activitiy might cease a bit, but I don't think eurobricks would stop existing, at least not for a longer period of time. If LEGO wasn't produced anymore, we would have to switch to Mega Bloks or Playmobil. Preferably the latter!! *just kidding*
