Cardinal Brick

A nice set I quite like the 'Kraken' but I disagree with you on the brick built issue I think the brick built creatures in the Aquaraiderssets would inhance this one. Regardless I look forward to getting my hands on this set though I have no idea when I will be able to.

Excellent review and it looks a great set, however I'm not sure I like the cannon and it's carriage it seems much to big to me, could you perhaps post a picture of the old Wild West one against the new one?

Intresting, though from what I remember (it's been a while) the range of the old cannons easily covered my living room so even 60% of that is quite good. I wonder though if the European spring will be any diffrent?

Sound excellent I'm loving the agents line even though I didn't expect to and I have high hope of next year, relly liking the sound of Robo Attack - maybe one giant robot that looks like our evil genius?

Doesn't sound to back though the only ones that have got me really intrested in are Ambush In Cairo I hope it's much larger than though though a stall and a few bit wont be to bad. Fighter Plane Attack also intrest me though I want to wait and see what it looks like.

I'm sure we're seeing 5 maybe they just aren't for general release? All three sound good thoughI'm really looking forward to the Troll castle, though I'm still holding out hope for a crown knights ship at some point. Further I think there will be another advent calendar as they sold out before we even statred November!

Eight castle battle packs, I've also ordered four copies f 7979 at only a mildy inflated price, I'm glad I paid before the exchange rate got even worse.

They say January but it seems to me every year that I've looked there are quite a few products that are out before Christmas, I asume one reason could be that some children are given money so Lego gives them something new to spend it on.

A very good reivew, you've got alot of detail in there I must say. This is a great set though part of me is slightly more impressed with the other Falcon castle with its brick built jail. Though that hasn't stopped me from picking up two more of these I got the latest one for £13.50.

A nice review I really like this set infact I've bought three of them so far. UsernameMDM there are still a few at Bluewater in the UK so manybe a local Lego store if you're near one.

Personally I’ve never paid as much as that for shipping and if the letter says 7 bucks and you can’t seem to find 21 bucks worth of packaging I would query it, it seems a bit like the fee avoidance postage costs on ebay to me. PS I thought you could get out of a bricklink order if postage costs were unreasonable?

FIrstly thanks for the review of this set that I never picked up. I like where Lego seem to have been trying to go with this set but sadly I think they failed in the end, I could do with a roof and a few more refinement and it might be quite good.

Excellent, thanks for posting pictures of the set so quickly. I'm undecided about the island I think I'll need to have it in my hands before I make a decission but it looks quite good.

I don’t put to much faith in release dates any more so much stuff arrive totally at random (normally before the proper date) at my local Lego store for me to think about them. It’s great to hear that sales were above expectations as it means more years of pirates.

Excellent MOC, I like the fact the land at the top has soil and then rock, nice work.

It's a great MOC in my opinion, though I'm sure I've seen the decals for sale somewhere.

Might it not be increased costs in producing limited edition re-releases that account for some of that? As for Times Square NY you're just paying for the location like Hamleys in London

I'd like to have a look at the booklet that comes with it before making my mind up but the price is very high
