  1. Yeah there should be a Age Limit on the Box AND a Health Warning.... AND the boxes should only be displayed in a non-see through cover on the top shelf of the Toy Shop.... AND they should only be available via a Doctors Prescription....
  2. Ditto! I like the cloisters of that alternate arrangement and you definitely need to make it with hinges so it can become a Transformer Mission!
  3. Sure! We'd love to here about your experiences building this fantastic MOC. Finish it then write up a post that covers things like How did you find the build? Were the instructions complete? What detours did you take? Your experiences with the multiple Bricklink Orders?, etc. I think you'll find that there are people here who are genuinely interested in what you did (and some who may be a little bit green with envy!)
  4. Dracula's Castle!
  5. That is really well done and instantly recognizable as the Vermeer. Good grief though eight thousand pieces? It's massive! ...and the Dream Room with a minifig scale painting is also praise worthy. Thank you for sharing it with us!
  6. I like the detailing you put into the building's facades - it adds so much character, and your town is definitely a busy, bustling place. I do like the stuff you've got going on on the sidewalks/pavement, but you appear to have a serious traffic problem. Perhaps in the next town hall meeting your citizens could discuss building a circonvallazione (Bypass)?
  7. NNNNOOOOO!!! I really like the decayed Abbey - it looks like its seen several centuries worth of abuse and neglect and the proportions and design are well done... But a word of warning - once you go down the grungey MOC path there's little hope for you.... Thank you much! Your locker room shower scene looks perfectly grimey... I love it.
  8. Lego is for everyone. The only difference between the ages may be how much money is spent on the addiction.
  9. All hail Flobnomdob! I like these - they're definitely got a malevolent look to them. The eyes (as mentioned above) are effective. You should definitely consider trying to build the bodies.
  10. Good looking Buffalo... #That'sSomethingIThoughtI'dNeverSay
  11. Thanks! I'll bookmark it but according to the site my closest PAB wall (Overland Park, Kansas City, Mo) is currently emptier than my bank account.
  12. Really effective vig! It's definitely got the feel that if you look away for a second it'll be gone the next - it's delicately poised.
  13. It's going to be a largish structure, so I don't think the chapel roof is too high, but if you're concerned you may wish to consider raising the roof line of the two side-wings - they're five high at the lowest and seven high at their tallest. They could easily come up a row or two and still give you the differentiation you want. Have you thought about using the roof technique of the Modular Palace Theatre with the 1x1 Round (part 3062)? That could look spectacular against the white walls - and give you the colour variations you going to need - and the other thing maybe to grunge it up a bit with decaying plaster and cracks and missing bits dotted around. Good luck with it and keep us posted with your progress.
  14. Welcome to the Forums Hernando! I'm sure you'll find plenty in here to amuse and inspire you.
  15. Let me be the first to congratulate you. I suppose you now want to be called Count RaincloudDustin from now on then?
  16. The complex junctions you've got on the roof are exceptionally well executed. And the fact that you used 4000 cheese slopes just boggles my mind!
  17. So, what do you have in mind for the rear of the building? Is it going to be a continuation of the front style?, a rework of the office block?, or something else entirely? Either way - keep us posted!
  18. It's a bit of a late entry for the Gas Station Competition we had in this forum isn't it? But, as always with your Art Deco builds LT, it's really well done.
  19. Nicely done, not too sure about the brick built flag though. They always look '8-bit' But can't wait to see the interior you've got planned. Thanks for sharing it with us!

  21. Overland Park? You're going to be close to the Lego Store then! (I'm about 90 miles south of you) Welcome to the Forums.
  22. What a great way to make an entrance with your first post! I like this a lot. There's so much detail and it's obvious considerable thought has gone into the MOC. You've got tremendous texture to the cliffs and if I was to have one minor observation it would be that the ground level really does look very flat in comparison - perhaps you might consider some elevation changes between the Tavern, the Mill and the other area.
  23. That is a beast of an engine! Excellent detailing and proportions and really well executed. For a second I though the front facing image (Image 3#) was a picture of the real engine for comparison purposes. Tip of the hat!
  24. Hmmm, good topic. 1. BL the remaining Modulars 2. Finally get my storage/parts inventory under control 3. Be commissioned to build a Modular for a local Company in town 4. Attend and Participate in one of the major Conventions 5. Discover a way to write off Brick purchases as a legitimate Tax deductible item Oh and... 6. Continue to post/contribute to eurobricks until Lightning Tiger posts his 100,000 post and we rename the site Tigerbricks
