  1. That sucks, better luck next time. Now I gotta try my luck with my local retail stores... -Tarfful EDIT: Looks like someone snagged 7665: AT-TE Walker! Let the hunting begin... good luck gentlemen and ladies.
  2. Looks like someone found my BrickShelf folder. All I did was take the pic that was given earlier and crop bits and pieces of it. My sentiments exactly... -Tarfful
  3. Whether he intended to or not, he still violated rule 10 for Bignettes entries, which means his entry should be disqualified. But hey, I'm not CC-007, and he's the one who seems to be running this show; so lets just wait for his say on the matter... -Tarfful, who in no way is trying to be unfair to or biased against Legorev.
  4. That is (simply put) a work of art. I'm going to bid, but I don't think I'll win seeing as it has 9 days left and it's already at $28. Oh well, it's worth a try... -Tarfful, who desperately wants a (BrickArms) Needler.
  5. I love the games even though I've never actually played one. I would buy the MS Anthology, but I sold my PSP last year. The reason I like the games is mainly because the artwork and atmosphere of them just has an enchanting effect on me. And all the sweet mechas and vehicles are just plain pure-wicked-awesomeness! So you might refer to me as an "MS fan from afar". I think you mean the Slug Gunner... because I'm in a good mood here's a pic of your beloved MS vehicle: And some sweet avatars: (Feel free to use them.) And some other miscellaneous MS avatars (just for fun): Now where's my "eternal love"? -Tarfful, who thinks he used way too many emoticons in that post. *insert random emoticon here to prove my point*
  6. Hello and welcome to Eurobricks, I hope you enjoy your stay here with us. On a related note, is there a specific sub-theme of Castle that you like most? -Tarfful
  7. Hello and welcome to EuroBricks, I hope you enjoy you stay here with us. On a related note, under themes you like you put "Space", does that include Star Wars? -Tarfful
  8. Thank you for that excellent review Starwars4j, it's much appreciated! On another note, Armothe do you have any plans for ever making the Space Marine Armor (aka MJOLNIR Armor) available in purple? -Tarfful
  9. Hello and welcome to EuroBricks, I hope you enjoy your stay here with us. On another note, shouldn't this be moved to the "Hello, my name is..." forum? -Tarfful
  10. First off, I'd like to thank everyone that posted a picture and thus helped clear the confusion that seems to be surrounding this thread. I'd also like to say that this is a very happy and momentous occasion for Pirate fans everywhere, seeing as this (basically) marks the return of the Pirate line. The pirate fig that is shown is exquisite and very detailed, TLG has once again outdone themselves. The only downside to all this jubilation (at least to me anyway ) is that now I will have to somehow find a way to fit yet another theme into my already overcrowded LEGO budget. On a related note, does anyone have a better pic of the second pirate fig? Actually there is both a minifig with CW Obi-Wan hair and orange Mutt hair. See: I was waiting for someone to bring that point up. -Tarfful, who will be very disappointed if all this turns out to be is some kind of elaborate hoax. P.S. New Pirate theme ON!
  11. Hello and welcome to EuroBricks, I hope you enjoy your stay here with us. Do you like the PT or OT better? And, what other themes are you into besides SW? Tarfful
  12. Welcome to EuroBricks, I hoe you enjoy your stay. Oh, and as many other members have already asked, what themes are you into Daniel? Tarfful
  13. The TCW's intructions on TLG's website is nothing new. Tarfful
  14. We usually watch a lot of movies, so instead of just one I have a list of movies that I've seen over the last week. -Jumper, WTH is up with Samuel L. Jackson's hair?! -Teen Wolf, nothing spectacular but it was alright. -Big, a definite classic! -The Nightmare Before Christmas, one of Tim Burtons greatest achievements. -The Terminator, classic '80's special effects=laughs all around. -Edward Scissorhands, a great film anyway you put it. -Corpse Bride, good but not great. -Wall-E, an instant classic with a great message for everybody. -Be Kind Rewind, simply hilarious. That's about it. Tarfful
  15. What were you expecting? I think he's supposed to be a caricature of the guy who made the comic. Tarfful EDIT: 400th post!
  16. Simply stunning, the work you put into this model really shows Walter. The curved wings and all the greebles really add a touch of authenticity to your model. On another note, I never knew the UCS TIE windshield was that expensive! Tarfful, who thinks that you should have the title "TIE Connoisseur".
  17. Great work (as usual) Walter! Your model represents the Predator almost perfectly. Are you going to ever build it in real bricks? I always thought the Predator was one of the more abstract TIE's. It always reminded me of nothing so much as a gnat with over-sized wings. Tarfful
  18. I know they're not 100% accurate, but he's not a pilot if he has a fin. Tarfful, who can't wait for July 26th. EDIT: If anyone could provide me with a pic of TLG's Phase 1 Clone Pilot I would be very grateful.
  19. That Lewis gun and Brodie helmet will be infinitely useful in WWI trench MOC's. I can't wait until they are released, which probably won't be for a while. Tarfful, who thinks he could spend a small fortune on just buying stuff from BrickArms.
  20. He's not a Pilot! He still has a bloody friggin' fin! If you watch the trailer for SW: TCW, you should see that all the Phase 1 Pilots have no fins. Phase 1 Pilot-TLG's Phase 1 Pilot poser- Link (I had to use a link because this website won't allow .bmp extensions.) Tarfful, who knows that this has been discussed many times before, but doesn't care.
  21. I saw this over on FBTB, and I thought that I'd share it with you all over here. What do you guys think... funny, not funny, stupid, hilarious, or something else entirely? Tarfful
  22. Yes, it is a great bignette. There's one problem though, according to rule ten for Vignette Entries, it will be disqualified as legorevolution's entry was previously entered in a contest over on Cabbage (CABG). This is just a reminder of the fact that we should always read the rules before we submit our entries. On another note, CloneMe you need to work on your grammar. I took the liberty of correcting your mistakes in the quote above, hope that helps. Tarfful
  23. My dog Gable. He's the biggest Golden Retriever/Yellow Lab mix I've ever seen. Tarfful
  24. Sounds fun, although I'm probably active on too many forums as it is. Tarfful, who is seriously considering joining. (That is if you will allow a "Eternal n00b" to join your ranks. )
  25. Yeah, I did. Also, Dieno are you saying that I'm just "some poor schmuck"? On another note, pass the cheese please! -Tarfful Some Poor Schmuck
