  1. Damn straight. This makes sense to me (as does "all or nothing"), although I don't want to add to an argument against a rule that has already been in place. On another note, cool items Scubacarrot. Though I do have one suggestion: why not just make the flail a mace (an already existing weapon that is underused). A flail can be the same thing as a mace, I think, and that makes more sense than a whip. Just my two cents (and sorry CallMePie, I don't mean to try to take the weapon away from you ).
  2. YYYEEEEEAAAAAAHHHH!!! Neigh.
  3. Neigh. Anyone else notice how the water in the fountain defies gravity?
  4. I would just like to add one thing: why are you guys (not Sandy) acting like you have to fight from the front row if you're given a melee weapon with a special effect? You can always fight from the back row and simply give and take half damage...
  5. Another grain of rice - I have an impostor. From ISC. ...and updated.
  6. Well if, say, the Lullaby Wand could use its special ability through spell-casting... well it would be a very powerful item.
  7. Yay thanks Dragonator and Co.! Awesome skin and banner, apart from the white text. Ninja skills.
  8. Oh, and I would just like to say that I am suspicious of my dear husband, Ralphy, as well. Even though he's not following the bandwagon on this one he's not being of much help and is still attacking Casey... although I think we can all agree that he is significantly less suspicious after the events of yesterday and finding out that Petey was innocent. Neigh.
  9. Neigh. I don't think that the votes piling up signifies whether Carly is cultist or not. Obviously, there are scum on the voting list, but she could just as easily be a villager if voting patterns are all we're going on. Which they're not, I'm just saying that this won't tell us much at the moment. Obviously the Cultists are going along with everyone else on this one. Would they be doing anything differently? What point are you trying to make here?
  10. Neigh. I concur. The lying about following the day thread seems like the most substantial thing to go off of today. Besides, we can't be held responsible if someone doesn't bother to participate. Vote: Carly Cow (Tamamono)
  11. "They sound like interesting creatures eheh... what it must be like to fly. And my slumber... was from an odd machine created by someone from the Ji Pei. Those people can do unimaginable things hehe... They sent us into someone else's dream to retrieve an important and influential man. To be honest, I... I am not sure whether or not it was even a dream..."
  12. I haven't even realized this. Gimmie!
  13. We're working on it. The Rito are only loosely based on the ones from LoZ, but thanks for the suggestion. Would make a lot of sense with there being dragons in Dastan... I would be interested in such a party. Although Tesni is just an all around tank. She has some of the best SP artifacts and is generally one of the most powerful characters. Cronk can heal, too.
  14. Hybros simply stashed the coinpurse away beneath his cloak, and took a whiff of the unknown beverage Guts had poured. He still had poor memories of the last time he drank alcohol, on his first quest with Guts. He held the mug in his hands, but did not drink. Instead he addressed the others sitting at the table. "I am Hybros, pleased to meet your acquaintance eheh". He then turned and saw De'kra, who must have been hiding in the shadows. "De'kra, it is good to see you again. Dastan? Tell me more about these Rito creatures, eheh. And time... eheh, well time has been somewhat difficult to keep track of. I was asleep for a full month not too long ago."
  15. I also found Thothwick's class choice interesting. I am curious to see if he will break the stereotype (as he already is with his chivalrous personality), or if he will become corrupt.
  16. Hybros stepped into the Hall, looking around in the dimly lit room for other heroes. He spotted Guts, who looked grumpy as ever and was talking to an elf and another man. He hobbled over silently and tugged on Guts' coat. He pulled out his Mythril Shard. "Our discussions on the way back from the manor... are you still interested? Eheh..."
  17. Neigh. Mrrrrp? Except no cultist in their right mind would back their teammates up if they had been directly accused. I think Carly's discussions speak for themselves. Personally I find her to be very suspicious since yesterday, because of what other people have pointed out. I hate to just be a follower here, but this is what makes sense. I also haven't seen Pennie around today, maybe she can shed some light on our situation?
  18. Neigh, I believe that God had mentioned somewhere that these bottles given out won't be extremely consequential. I doubt they would contain something as extreme as a one-shot kill action.
  19. OOC: Sorry. I had counted on selling them so I removed them while I was editing my stats. Hybros accepts the 25 gold from the vendor, and now has a total of 1249 gold. Walking over to Anwyl's, he pulls out Zoot's Reaper. It had been a reliable weapon, but it could be made better. He places it on the counter and asks for it to be upgraded to WP: 15 while placing 290 gold on the counter. The blacksmith takes the weapon with a grunt, and begins pounding away. Meanwhile Hybros steps over to Portia's, to refill his stock of Grand Potions. He purchases 3 at the price 30 gold, and also picks out a Phoenix Essence for an additional 50 gold. He returns to Anwyl for his scythe before heading back to the hall with his remaining 879 gold.
  20. Well you know what they say, a murder a day keeps the mayor away. Welcome back Lazlo, if you look back on the archives I really did not mean what I said about lynching you.
  21. Well they would just have someone else do their dirty work, but yes, I am hoping that we didn't lose another innocent soul due to a killing on Wallace's part. Neigh.
  22. So what sound does an elephant make? Neigh! Well what are the chances that our vigilante caught a Cultist on the first try? And a bear trap doesn't seem like an MO of any killer, otherwise we would've seen someone attack Wallace in the pictures security tapes, no? Or am I missing something here? I'm not going to assume that killing is the only action that the Cultists have, but if we assume that's what Wallace was doing, then that's the only explanation that I can think of that doesn't deal with strange acts of god convoluted plans.
  23. OOC: Oops, I just removed them. They're both +1 HP artifacts. The helmet is headwear (you created it! ) and the cat is an accessory. Hybros pulls out the helmet and statuette, handing them to Fabian to inspect.
  24. On his way back from Guffington Manor, Hybros stopped at the marketplace after noticing a new shop had opened. With 1264 gold weighing him down, he headed over to Fabian's Fashion. Browsing his wares, Hybros eventually came upon a shiny amulet. The elf explained that it protected from curses. It would go well with the cursed gold armor that he wore. He threw Fabian 40 gold as he put on the Blessed Amulet underneath his cloak. "And ehm... I have this Helmet and this Cat Statuette that I have not found a use for, eheh... what do you say to 15 gold each?"
  25. Well, mixed results all around. I wonder how Wally died, but good riddance. Now as for the kill on Bristol, I am not sure if it was a scum or vigilante kill. We only had one "murder" tonight, so if we do have a vigilante maybe they are responsible for it. Bristol was "flying under the radar" yesterday, so maybe they got the wrong message and killed her. And I have a feeling that because Wallace was a Cultist, and there was only one kill last night, he tried to kill someone last night that was a Paranoid Bear Trap Owner. That is my theory.
