    Just called S@H orders that were placed before the 'out of stock' message appeared and that got a confirmation e-mail will be sent in the next few days. Mine got through already. The guy on the phone said orders got in like crazy!

    My concerns deals with Lego's stance towards quality issues regarding color. In the past Lego was happy to replace parts that did not have the right color. Yesterday, I called Lego about a broken part in 42009 and also mentioned some yellow parts looked almost orange. Their response: we cannot guarantee the correct color when different batches of parts are produced. This is a change in policy; they no longer apologize for it and basically say: it can happens, live with it...

    42009 is amazing!!! But man do they have issues with the yellows! Beams 2x4 L-Shape, liftarm thin 1x3, axle joiner perpendicular, tile 1x6 and plate 1x6 almost look orange... And some of my light bley 13 beams are almost old grey Similar issues with other people?

    All we know about 2014 so far is from Comicon, so I agree with the post above. Asking for news will not generate news. (I feel like a moderator, also considering my reply in yet another 41999 topic, but posts like these make the forum a mess!)

    Call me stupid, but I still don't get it. Take a 5x7 frame and put in a differential. Using two tan axles won't make a difference. They are not stuck inside the frame and can be pulled out easily. Ijust built 42008 and of the 4 tan axle used I don't see a reason why not to use regular axles...

    The way the front window (or lack thereof) is attached (or actually it is completely loose) is pretty lame...

    The part is used extensively in 42009 and to a lesser extend in 42008 and I am not sure it serves a purpose not present in other parts. The dark bley axle 4 with stop prevents gears from sliding off axles. Can anyone point me the exact benefits of the tan axle? Like, 42009's B Model starts with the tan axle and a 20t Double Bevel gear. This might as well have been a regular 4 axle right?

    Well Rebrickable is all wrong with 42009 and to a lesser extend 42008. Most parts, especially the beams, are all put in Light Bluish Grey and hardly any Dark Bluish Grey
