For those looking to do renders, I'd recommend taking a look at this and this. With them, and some hard work, you can get scenes that look like this: Alchemist_SecretDoor_s5_real by Poochythegenius, on Flickr On a side note, for those wondering: the machine is processing a large batch of Elixir; this step combines Tonic and Remedy together (since they mix readily) and pumps it into an under-floor tank. The glass tank in the background contains Potion mixed with a solvent, allowing it to bind properly with the Remedy and Tonic (and also giving the mixture its golden-brown color); later, the machine would be used to combine both solutions into the final result (or it would have, if anyone was around to do so).

Arthur moves to I13, then checks I12 with his Magic Compass. If I12 is safe, he slides a Bone vertically up the column.

Arthur Moves forward to I15 and checks I14 with his Magic Compass, then if I14 is safe he moves to it and checks I13 with his Magic Compass, otherwise he stays in I15 and checks J14 with his Magic Compass.

You're thinking of Bleeding; Poison doesn't remove itself when the character is healed to full HP.

Problem is, Lilly is useless without the toys, and we need her to be able to hold her own in a fight. ...There, let's see if this method works.

"By all means," Arthur replies, frowning at how quickly his plan had fallen to pieces. Arthur then stands on I16, then uses his Magic Compass to determine if there are any mines in the same column.

"Lexie? We going to try this or not?" OOC: For the sake of moving forward, can we assume we try this from I16?

OOC: We only have a limited number of toys. Remembering a similar situation faced by another group of Heroes, Arthur calls out to Alexis. "Here! Borrow my Pickaxe, tie it to the end of one of your whips, stand on a safe tile and swing it in a circle! You should be able to clear a large area of tiles that way!"

Arthur, meanwhile, uses his own Magic Compass to check I16.

My vote goes to Barty.

Clearly you forgot to cover them before engaging in a grapple, so they became offended by the grappling rules.

OOC: Whip should have poison 10 on it, and Arthur should be down 8 additional Ether (for a total of 10 spent on two castings). Arthur exchanges a glance with Althior before turning to Alexis. "I suppose I'd be up for that if you're really set on it," Arthur says, counting out 1000 Gold for the Assassin. "Just as long as you're happy with your decision." "Before we go," Arthur adds, "we should provide Lilly with some supplies just in case we're incapacitated." Arthur hands Lilly three Remedies, three Grand Potions, a Smelling Salts, a Smoke Bomb, and a Stun Bomb. "You two should probably pitch in as well," he adds nonchalantly. "Please give my regards to this 'Unikitty' character," he says to Equestria, "he or she seems to choose their employees well."

More than one might think. For example, Doc made an Artifact way back (Robe of the Pongcanis Champion) that was suitable for Mages and Barbarians; nowadays, it should probably be suitable for Necromancers and Weather Mages (and similarly, my Dastanian variation upon it should probably account for those classes as well, though only if Doc adjusts his original). We've added a *lot* of Expert Classes recently, so there's quite a bit that could do with updating.

"Well, on the off chance that this is real, I suppose I'll have to go...Bright Polish," Arthur says, handing over 100 gold to Equestria and immediately applying the polish to his Shadeaux Cloak. He hesitates a moment. "What you said, about having given up on my dreams...what did you mean by that?" Something about what the unicorn-woman had said to him had clearly affected him, broken through his haze of perceived insanity. Giving up on my dreams...why does that sound so true? Perhaps out of old habit, the Weather Mage finds himself fingering a Scroll. Seeing it is his Scroll of Poisoning, he smiles wistfully and casts it twice on Alexis' Cat O' Nine Tails.

No, and no. There is one weapon in the game that allows spells to be dual-cast, but that's it, and it's separate from normal dual-strike.
-
"Hmm...that's a bit expensive even for me. Would you possibly be able to provide a Mercutio's Blessing instead? Or failing that, a Bright Polish?"

Hybros was 7, not Jess, and I got mine from Skrall on 53.

Sentinel/Guardian Angel, maybe? I mean, I'm opposed to the idea, but that's what comes to mind.

We're all overpowered; hell, Arthur is overpowered in at least five different classes he has access to and at least two that he doesn't. Though I will admit, it is fun to be overpowered in a different way than usual; I'd forgotten what it was like to actually hit this hard.

Yeah, I have to agree; I may be biased, but all of us who got Playthings really earned them through long-term gameplay and character investment. IF by some crazy chance one last one is dropped, it should go to one of us who invested in the original storyline, like Dyric or Atramor or Skrall. (Although personally, I'd rather have that "spot" of a Plaything replaced with some sort of event that makes all of the existing Plaything weapons stronger--but then again, I'm definitely biased there. )

"...well, this has already been a day for crazy things. And it's probably not real anyway, so...how much for some Crimson Haze?"
