From what I gather, it seems as though he's turning into a statue. I think siegfried may have stepped in to protect you, Diesel, but it appears the statue still got you.

REVIEW: Prince of Persia 7572 Quest Against Time
Ricecracker replied to Svelte's topic in LEGO Licensed
It's not that I'm not interested in the set; in fact I'm quite interested in it. I also understand the licensing mark-up. I just think there're better sets at the same price point. -
REVIEW: Prince of Persia 7572 Quest Against Time
Ricecracker replied to Svelte's topic in LEGO Licensed
Very nice review, Svelte! I'm loving all of that new colour brick. I refuse to call it Medium Dark Flesh, and I still don't like any of the Nougats. Anyway, I think you've really shed light (har, har) on this set, and while I think it has some amazing parts, I won't be getting this ($70 CAD!?) unless it's on a heavy discount. -
Check out the John Deere website for all of their vehicles/attachments. Check out the websites of other tractor manufacturers, too.

I'll see how I feel on Thursday when the sets come out

A Good-Looking Solution to Monster Wheels
Ricecracker replied to Still Raindrop's topic in LEGO Town
I agree, this is definitely a great combo. In fact, I'm using this on a car I'm building right now. Very true, especially when working on trucks; the larger tires fit perfectly over 2x2 round bricks and plates, for instance. -
Yes, but it's from Denmark . I just got back from TRU at Yonge and Eglinton, they don't have any on the shelves, but they have them in the back. They'll be put out on Thursday.

Again, you'll find everything out in the sign-up thread. Well, not everything . -
I saw this on flickr this morning and it was instantly recognizable. It looks great! I especially love the fact that the trailer dumps, and the fig the compliments it is spot-on. I can't wait to the the other tractor and the rest of the barn.
-
And one Sheik Amar is gone! There're still five of each of the other figs.
-
Hey everyone! I got five copies of the new PoP set Ostrich Race for the parts, but I'm not interested in the figs. I'm looking to sell them. Here are the prices I'm asking for: Sheik Amar - $4.50 x4 Ostrich Rider NO LEGS! - $4.00 x5 Dastan - Shirtless - $8.00 x5 Dastan and Sheik Amar have reversible heads. Shipping is $2.50 to Canada, $3.50 to the U.S.A. and $5.75 International for any amount of figures. This is in bubble-wrapped envelopes and usually takes about 1-2 weeks Internationally, though it's taken as little as three days. Local pick-up is OK, too. All of my prices are in USD, and payment in PayPal.

I just came back from Italy. Apparently all of the snow had melted just days before we arrived! While they don't necessarily scream Spring, I do think they give off the vibe I associate with Spring.

Yes, Mommy -
Here we have the new colour compared to (from top; clockwise) Dark Orange, Sand Blue, Orange, Sand Green and Dark Tan. After looking at it for the past week, and with the comparison above, I think I'm going to call it Sand Dark Orange. I know, this is the third name I've given it, but this time I'm sticking to it . Why am I calling it this, you ask? Simple. -I agree with Rick, it definitely does deserve the Sand prefix. -I'm not using Nougat because I don't think it actually looks like Nougat. Plus it'd be confusing to add a new colour base. -It's obviously closer to Dark Orange than Orange, so it needs the Dark prefix as well. Therefore, this colour is, to me at least, Sand Dark Orange

OLD Mafia and Mystery Games Index
Ricecracker replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
We're glad you're all excited to play! Originally, it was going to be Lost themed, but we've decided that a more generic island themed game would work out better. That's one of the reasons we decided on a name change. -

Get ready! We're coming to town. -
Can anyone see if they're carrying knapsacks or bags, either? It wouldn't hurt to go through those either.
-
Great review, as usual! One thing though; are you sure that the camels are actually made in China? The ostriches from Ostrich Race came in the same style individual bags, yet the box says the parts were made in Denmark, Hungary and Czech Republic. It doesn't matter much to me where they're from, I'm just wondering.
-
I'm surprised you haven't frontpaged it, too So all you come here to do is bash me? Nah, the heads are fairly sturdy - I just checked them. Another oddity I've found is whether or not the heads of the ostriches are attached. Both of them on this set were, but out of the five other copies I got, two had both their heads on, two had both off, and one had one of each.
-
I can't tell you for sure, seeing as I don't own Kit, but I believe it is. From what I've heard, it's the only LEGO brand store in Denmark. I'll do that soon. Yes. The two whips actually seem to be made of different materials, and this one appears to be slightly less flexible.

Many of them are, but this forum is for Lego, not grammar .

*I'd like to gently pull out the tooth that was just put in, then feel inside where it was to see if there's anything there*

Thanks! The tools don't actually fit into the compartments, but nobody needs to know that . The subject is a quarter of my gifted tech course, called Integrated Enrichment Study. Basically, you get to do whatever you like in that class for a quarter of the year and it's out of 25% overall. Obviously, I went with LEGO .
