  1. I don't know if you guys noticed but for the drive train in the front of 9398, LEGO used a grey or bley 20t bevel gear.
  2. True, forgot all about those springs. But if there is a gearbox, then how is it going to work with a progressive spring?
  3. It may just be a linear actuator (I don't know if its mini or normal).
  4. So, at its least, 9398 will contain 12 20t tan bevel gears!! I love the tan 20t bevel gears, but, it looks low in other gears.
  5. @Nockawa, because he is trying to reverse-engineer 9398, and it uses two l-motors, similarly the same size as m-motors (also similar in speed).
  6. Yah, also the portal axle assemblies have 12t/20t gear reduction in them. One thing I just found out. It is likely that there are two l-motors and a servo motor because looking at the video, there is a part when the front wheels turn but the rear wheels stay put. It looks like there is an independent motor for each axle, or the differentials are acting up (I think separate motors). Look at the video, and focus @ 0:37.
  7. I know I'm crazy, but I actually kind of like the colors!
  8. True, I hate stickers also. But no stickers on this crawler would make this thing look ugly because the stickers on the doors show the transition to white. And a question, does anybody see the battery box for this thing?!
  9. I knew it, I noticed and posted about this piece! It first appeared on the first prototype of the Unimog (8110).
  10. @BobBongo1895, those are some next-level photos you got there. They look realer than real life. Anyways, the trailer is awesome. It looks so "complete" and "finished." But those dually 56x26 Balloon tires in the rear of the trailer look a little "un-real," I would prefer dually 62.4x20 wheels in the rear. Still love it the trailer.
  11. That Unimog is just beautiful . Anyways, you would need a lot of construction to prevent that bed from bending. 8109 does slide and tip.
  12. Does anybody think 9398 will come with a fake engine? And slightly off-topic, do pins in the new engine cylinders (the one with no slits) stay compressed in the hole or do they "click" in place?
  13. Holy lego its huge, and perfect, and huge!!
  14. Some dude already has 9397. And other dude has other video. NO NUMBERS (on bags)!!!
  15. What, so now there is a huge and powerful (slow) motor and two servo motors?
  16. A big plus is the black rims! And does anyone see any springs for the suspension? What type are they going to be?
  17. You can't really see the bed, that's why. From the preliminary picture, you could see part of the bed and it is white.
  18. Anyways, here is a picture of the Technic line up by Huw Anybody who has the prelims, look closely at both pictures and look at the white, there is no difference. Wait till my BS is public, I have the original preliminary pics on it.
  19. True (about the rear bed), the only thing that throws people off is they think the rear of 9398 preliminary is LBG, its actually white so comparing the two pictures, there is a equal amount of white on both of them.
  20. Wait, what do you mean the roof is white? it doesn't look white in the toy fair or the preliminaries.
  21. I don't get it, what are you guys talking about? The preliminary images showed 9398 having a black-orange front and a black-white rear. Wait till my BS is public and take a look for your self, the preliminary box clearly shows a black-white-orange truck in the top-right corner.
  22. There's a bit of red showing behind the green tractor. It kind of resembles 8284.
  23. The helicopter is huge! Look at is compared to 9397 and 9394. What sucks is it is not motorized, but it can be with 8293. EDIT: Oh, and also it looks like they redesigned the nose of the helicopter a bit, it just looks different from the preliminary pictures.
  24. Why is it that my turntable for 8053 is smoother than my turntable for 6752? And yeah, the turntable for 8421 is pretty stiff, especially the one in 8419.
  25. Now somebody needs to re-create 8466. That would be very awesome (with all the new colored gears and parts).
