  1. What are you even talking about, you're really not making sense, Helen. Derek, wouldn't your best move to have told your identity anyway? Would have cleared a lot of suspicion.
  2. No... What I said was that actually the only ones I could think of being a role if roles would be related to identities is that if people are an evil dwarf or evil knight they would be the protector. I then wondered if that was enough to warrant NOT giving out the identities. I think it's not. But I'm not convinced. You were late before when you didn't seem to grasp what was clearly said in thread. Now, I'm tired of keeping you up to date while you seem to have little will to keep up to date.
  3. You keep being continuously late with what you say. Other than the shields from the Evil knight and Evil Dwarf, I couldn't think of anything else. I've said this before. I don't see your issue.
  4. I'm not contradicting myself at all. It was a good idea, until someone told me the roles could maybe be derived from the identities, after which I got more doubts. There is no contradiction. My views change. I can walk you through every change of heart I had about the situation, if it would please the lady? Or I can set your hair on fire.
  5. Keep up you drunk wench, apparantly in the previous game roles COULD be derived from identities. A detective was a cop or something. This seems much more difficult, but do you want to take a chance that an Evil Knight or an Evil Dwarf that have shields is not a protector? Actually, do we want to take that chance? I don't know on second thought. I kind of do now.
  6. So basically what you are saying Bleeb is, that Derek could have a regular evil character which is technically not a monster. I believe if this were the case he would have told us this by now. He too had plenty of oppertunity and reason to look back and see that there were a gangster and an evil knight among the Monsters of this previous situation, so that something that he had which classified as evil but no monster, would still fit the description. I don't think it flies. If Derek comes out and says something along the lines of: Oh yeah, I was the Gangster all along, I for one would be extremely sceptical. And in the person A, person B situation, person A would be the person to be burned lynched, of course. I don't think we should share our alter ego's either, as someone had said, roles CAN apparantly sometimes be derived from the identities if this is the same as previous situation, and we don't want to give a roadmap to the scum, no matter how blurred it may be.
  7. Guts takes a grand potion, same BO.
  8. Seems pretty straight forward. I have yet to see a reason why townies would NOT have a monster. Vote: Derek Polanes (Darth Potato) Burn, burn, burn the scum!
  9. Hm. Our identities are our roles, and I could be wrong, but is there a discernible link with our identities and our roles? (i.e. could you derive a role from an identity, I think not?) I burn stuff. What can you burn and has to do with identification, identification the direct link to finding out logical ways to discover scum? Cards burn. Yay Identification cards. What do identifcation cards have to do with our roles and identities? Very little
  10. Because apparantly some people are stuck in times far from this one and have got some sort of massive jetlag which causes them to be slow. The statement I made was NOT asking people for their identification. It was harmless roleplaying. There's nothing much to be said about itHow to win a a mafia game, get their real identities (=allegiance). Only after some clarification and some long hard looks did I remember we have actual secret identities. While I did say I wouldn't be asking for them. I started thinking about it, and figured, hey, why not? What's the downsides and upsides. Downsides: Seems too good to be true, doesn't it? All we got to do is get everyone to say their secret identity, there aren't THAT many different Monsters. So there must be some way to prevent that from happening. Well. In a previous situation, where there was a certain council and group of monsters, there was seemingly no way to cause it to downfall. Scum having lists of true identities belonging to certain actual roles would be dumb, and there's nothing really else I can even think of in this trend. Another downside would be that if the scum CAN succesfully dodge the bullet, or the scum by some off chance have actual monsters as their secret identities, then there's a good chance we would be focussing on the wrong people. The upsides would be that it's a good chance to get possible scum. Scum will be forced to claim something. Some will maybe lay back to wait with claiming something until later, there's a few plays that can be made by the town to even increase the chance of nailing scum, will leave that up to you to figure out. Maybe the scum will be forced to make dodgy claims and we could pick it apart. On the significant chance that this IS too good to be true and I am missing something, I will hang back with claiming to see what people think. So... thoughts?
  11. Art thou even serious?
  12. The true identities thing didn't even cross my mind until well after that. I said identification cards because that's what people use in the world to identify themselves with. To clarify, I'm not (at this point. ) asking anyone of their true identities. And everyone knows the prime quality of cards. They are swell, for burning.
  13. Oh, I see. I wouldn't know, I wasn't there. I was probably off burning stuff, or people. No thanks, damp witch-huts in a forest don't burn nearly as well as you'd think.
  14. I don't get it?
  15. I'm sorry, could you clarify what you mean by this statement? Good idea, money makes excellent kindling. Say, how flammable is a dried up starfish?
  16. We should ask everyone for their identification cards. And then burn them. The cards. Or the people. Either way works.
  17. Your hair looks so... full of product... Sweet, flammable, product... You look kind of cold? Mind if I warm your scalp up just a little?
  18. Guts uses Grand Potion on Haldor. Battle order: Guts Dyric Alexandre Alexis Thormanil Haldor
  19. Guts repeats. Same battle order with Thormanil and Dyric switched.
  20. Guts attacks the Roc, back row.
  21. I'm Sally, Orphan, Pyromaniac, among other things. Let's have a blaze of a time, all!
  22. Guts continues to attack the Roc (twice now). Same battle order.
  23. Guts repeats his attack, same battle order.
  24. Guts attacks the Roc, back row. Battle order: Alexis Dyric Thormanil Guts Alexandre Haldor
