Nice scene, I like your bamboo trees and the arch looks great I agree with Ska's suggestion about the water though

Approaching the Elves of the Northwest Mountains
soccerkid6 replied to Str0ngbad's topic in Guilds of Historica
Lovely build Str0ngbad! The snow scape is excellent and I like your bush design Great mosaic too. I think if you made the door all reddish brown it would stand out as the door better. Another very minor suggestion is to make the crenelations match the pattern of the arches: by putting them only on the tan 2x2 slopes they would match the arches and the sand green slopes would be always in between the crenelations. I do like the color scheme and it is definitely 'cool' to see the new arches put to use -

Thanks Infernum, it won't be long before you see the whole thing Thanks kabel, and I'm looking forward to your layout, from the hints you've given it sounds like it will be impressive -

Thanks, I like using those palm leaves for pine trees, I think Mark of Falworth inspired my brother to try that design -
You definitely captured the ruined feel well I especially like the archer slits and growth on the tower. Perhaps you could add a fig or two?

Inside Kaliphlin Day 8- Okatowan Gardens

So beautiful The micro-scale Japanese styled building looks perfect as does the water and use of the half boulders on the banks. Seeing all these gorgeous Kaliphlin locations make me want to do a Kaliphlin MOC -

Werewolves returns - The Caves of Nocturnus
soccerkid6 replied to Hersbrucker's topic in Guilds of Historica
Great to have the werewolves back Tremendous build, I love the wooden bridges and the rockwork throughout is top-notch The numerous cave entrances in the cliff look great as well Are those dwarves lost? -
I can't believe how well you got the numerous angled pieces in this to fit together The wings are sweet and I love the pieces you used for the cockpit

Built by my 11 year old brother. There is a full interior in the tower and the door/trapdoor work. Kendrick continued on with his journey the next day and passes by a small watchtower: He has really appreciated all the encouraging/helpful feedback so far

I use bricklink rather than buy sets, though I haven't made many orders this year as my collection has gotten to be pretty decent @jeroenaa: Sounds cool, hope you can get a camera soon I did get my bricklink order yesterday and got a fair bit done on the build. I shouldn't have any trouble finishing before the end of June so it earns free build points -
Inside Kaliphlin Day 7- Arkbri Falls
soccerkid6 replied to Erynlasgalen's topic in Guilds of Historica
Gorgeous I like this even better than your swamp scene. The waterfall is superb! I love how you angled some of the stacks of rounds and the bit pouring over the rock Tremendous rockwork too, and the olive leaves with those spiky plants look great (I may borrow that design) Great to see some free builds from you -
Nice little outpost, I like the gold accents, and the trading stand is excellent I think a little roof over the wall would be a nice addition
