Yeah, I was definitely planning on Evoker (and I have a really cool summons I think you'll all enjoy ), but I was just re-reading Sorcerer and it sounds pretty good, what with the money, confusion, and mirror damage. I think I probably will go with Evoker, though.

Althior, Shouldn't you be electrifying the other catapult? Arasmyth

At hearing Althior's shout, Arasmyth twists at the last moment and discharges the built up Wind energy in his staff at the river in the form of a deep blue Lightning bolt.

Hmmm, Flipz, do you think Arasmyth should go down the path of the Evoker or Sorcerer? It's a very tough decision, and I'm imposing the rule that I won't change Advanced Class at all once I reach Level 15 so it's very difficult to choose. On another note, I'll be leaving Friday on business and won't be back 'till Monday or Tuesday, so you can control Arasmyth in Quest 17.

Arasmyth drops the controls of the Hwacha, and begins twirling his staff like a fan at high speed. I glows a rich blue and expels a mighty gust of wind at Archer B.

Wheeling the Hwacha around to face the oncoming elves, Arasmyth fires it at the group approaching him from the forest (West).

It's interesting that the NRG Kai vs. Chokun "Weapons Pack" contains blades and shields like a booster pack - Kai has a pair of fire shields and what looks like chrome silver kunai!!!, while Chokun has the transparent snake blades and some rock pieces. Also interesting is that Bytar contains the exact same shields and chains as Kendo Cole, but in a different color. I wonder if he will have the card Rock Force or a different card?

IC: Arasmyth found Althior talking to Arthur, waited for a gap in their conversation, and quickly interjected "Ah, Althior, could you spare one of the horses we've obtained? I don't think they'd be of much use in the fort, what with all the narrow doorways ( ), and I think I have a good use for one."

Arasmyth is milling around when he is struck by inspiration. He goes to the party's supply of... supplies and gets a very long beam and a wide cylinder, as well as a large chunk of wood and a very long piece of rope. He uses nails to affix the cylinder to the long beam so it can rotate, then borrows a knife or sword from someone and whittles the chunk of wood into a large hook and a crank. He attaches the crank to the cylinder and ties the hook to the rope. He then cuts a groove in the end of the long beam, and winds the rope along the makeshift spool and through the groove, to create an improvised crane. "If some of you barbarian chaps could help me move this up to the siege engine mount and put the catapult somewhere else, we could use this device to pick up and smash Elven siege engines with the hook, then tie a weight or rock to it and swing it about to smash footsoldiers." OOC: I got this idea from a book I read on Archimedes, he used a crane like this to literally lift Roman ships out of the water and destroy them when Alexendria was under siege.

I love your character, he's hilarious, but I'm pretty sure Christianity is non-existent in this world, so words like 'hell' and symbols like the cross would have no meaning. Of course, as this is a fictional world, it's possible that such a religion exists somewhere outside Eubric, where the most popular god and goddesses are the likes of Ennoc and Sylvania.

Considering we were a primarily male party, with our only female as an ancient foreign race, that makes the special somewhat disturbing.

I'm pretty sure Grof was a girl, as her special caused the Enamored effect. :P Plus, the Atlantis Guardian head is relatively feminine compared to the Fantasy Era Orc heads.

OOC: Can I shoot to the top of the wall from the floor, or is the angle too steep? If so: Craning his neck at his fleeing foe, the smell of ozone fills the air as Arasmyth fires a pair of Lightning bolts at the Scout. OOC: If not: Arasmyth sighs as his foe escapes, then downs a potion and does nothing on his second turn.
