Mafia School: A Bedtime Story - Day Three
Kadabra replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Hello all, sorry for not being here. I'm Little Red, the Good Guy Cop. Aladdin is a Bad Guy. You're probably wondering why I'm role claiming, but my previous player told Aladdin the scum in a PM Iwas apparentsleepers talking and revealed my role to Aladdin, so I have nothing to lose by role claiming and you have today's lynch for sure. I'm going to die tonight because Cindy was the Doctor and the Scum know I'm a cop, but at least you've got 1/4 scum for sure. -
"What you're speaking ofisknownas a barter system. It still exists in some realms, especially poorer ones, but a monetary system is superior in most ways and as such has been adopted by most modern civilizations."

For Quest 17, I'd say Althior was the Hero, I was Lancer-ish when I was active, Arthur was the Smart Guy, Xander the Big Guy, Isabella the Chick, William was also Lancer-ish, and Helm was the Sixth Ranger.

"Never said it was. However, it is undeniably one of the elements most known to affect its bearer aversely."

Thanks! I look forward to playing, it's a new experience for me.

Arasmyth sees the glistening purple gem in the young mage's hand. "An Amethyst." he states bluntly. "Be careful, boy. Dark magic is powerful, but not to be trifled with. It's been known to do strange things to people... And not of the good sort."
-
Oooh, can't wait! Your analyses are always excellent!

"Just a group of mutineers. They'll be sorted out shortly. And we did a far better job than some sort of - what are you supposed to be, anyway? Pirate? Shaman? Witch doctor?"
-
Sweet!

Ooh, ooh, pick me! Just got back from a business trip and U'll be able to check in every day for sure. I've been following this one, and it got me interested in Mafia. I've also been browsing the Mafiascum wiki, so I don't think I'm too ill-informed.

Arasmyth walks over to Althior, whom he has now been on two Quests with. The elder mage - or was it Sage, now? - had just completed a transaction with a shady looking character with dreadlocks and very Draidan garb. "Who's the hippy?" he mutters out of the corner of his mouth, eying the other man warily as he observes the staff he had purchased.
-
"Well, no point in me hanging on to it of the young blood out there need it. Since you're a friend, you can have it free." Arasmyth bundles up the cloak and tosses it to Arthur. " Put it to good use, and I look forward to Questing with you again soon!"

Arasmyth buys: 2 Grand Tonics, 1 Aquamarine. 248 - 160=88. He sells one Skeleton Decoy and onePotion. 88+12=100. He upgrades his staff to WP 5 and buys one Scroll of Blindness. He know has 0 gold.

The doors to the Hall burst open in a dramatic thunderclap as a dark silhouette of a robed figure appears obscured by storm clouds crackling with Lightning. "Hello, chaps!" calls Arasmyth, walking in jovially. "Everyone was coming in all dramatically, somI felt I had to get in on the fun. He strolls over to the QuestBoard, noticing the three open Quests. "Well, it seems my latest allies have gotten themselves into a spot 'o trouble in Dastan. Haven't been that way since the time with the lightning dragon and the frying pans... I wonder if that merman ever fully recovered. Anyway, I'll sign up for Quests 31 and and 29. Also, I've got a Robe of Magi available to sell if anyone wants to buy it."

I loved the Quest, Doc, but like the others stated already, O feel the waits between battles were too long, But it was otherwise outstanding. I feel bad that this horrid thing called real life reared it's ugly head and got me near the end, and I feel that I need to make a more active attempt to post frequently. I definitely want to be on another Quest of yours, so I hope I'll be picked for Quest 31!

"Luke, go for the other Onager! If I hit D, it will be destroyed, so focus on taking out the other one, it only has 5 health left!" -
OOC: Wrong thread, thought this was Lion's Share. Oops.

A thunderclap is heard as the Onager is destroyed and melted into a smoking mass of rubble. Arasmyth turns his attention to Onager D and repeats his attack. "I love the smell of ozone in the morning!" he calls out as he once more charges his staff. -

"Right, saving ammo for later! I'll use Lightning on Onager C!" Arasmyth calls out, then begins to channel his Ether into his staff, building up static electricity. "You know, I wonder why the siege engine worked better while I was drunk. I guess it's just another of life's unfathomable mysteries. "
