  1. Good point Bonaparte. But when I forget to dot my I's or start my sentence with a capital... I won't be editing it... I think you're half right, but when I say this I don't mean this insultingly at all. Remember Eurobricks is less formal than school, but more formal than Roblox. Which would you rather be stuck in? I'd be in the middle. As long as you use good grammer and good wrting skills you're good, right? As long as you dont use too many typos or smileys. For an example, you'd probably prefer the sentence above compared to this: i think ur half rite but wen i say this i dont mean this insoltunhly atall!. remember eurobricks is less formal than skool but more formal then ROBLOX WHICH WULD U RATHER BE STUCK IN????????? Id be in the MIDDLE as long as u use god gramer an GOOD WRTIN SKILLS ur good rite? lol as long as u dont use 2 many typos or smileys So I'm basically saying is that laid-backiness should be allowed but not to chatroom extent.
  2. It's weird. But I just can't get myself to buy the Rebel Base. It's perfect for me... I loved the Battle of Hoth, dearly. It comes with a Rare Snowspeeder, a cool-looking though small base, exclusive figs, and some really cool things like turrets, probe droids and a bacta tank to top it off. If I'm buying that, I may as well buy the Motorized AT-AT. Easily my favourite Star Wars vehicle, this behemoth of a set looks like a must buy to me, even at that high price. Finally the AT-ST, to get another Imperial for Hoth. Cool set, I've been meaning to buy this as well as the base and the AT-AT. It's 250$ in total. Better than my original plan of buying the Kashyyk sets for 380$ . Nearly double the pieces too mate. Also, I don't have to buy that giant Death Star, cool as it is, to be satisfied. I know I can afford this, it comes with rare figures so I know they'll have worth, and plus it's an amazing army-builder... an AT-AT vs. my cousin's MTT... doesn't make sense but... man would that be an awesome battle. Somehow, however, I can't buy this. You know why? Because I should have bought it last year. I don't know why, I just have a problem with buying something that came out DIRECTLY last year. However, I have absolutely no problem buying something a bit older, like in 2005. What's up with that? If I don't get over the strange habit soon I'll go make a dumb buy again. I'd buy this year's sets if I really liked them, however, I'm not a fan of the CW movie so far and the sets do nothing for me. However, the Hoth stuff does. Maybe it's because it's already been reviewes, bought and thrown in the bin by people, while the CW stuff is very new and this stuff is fairly old. Maybe it's the feeling that "I'm buying last years stuff that everyone already has", or "I should be buying the newer stuff". I keep trying and trying but it's honestly hopeless. Can someone please figure me out and maybe share a time that they've ever felt like this? Thank you very much.
  3. Nice Sandy. Yeah, it's good that the chambering sorted out the problem.
  4. You're at home, bored, wishing you didn't screw up at the meeting at work today. Or, fall on your latest MOC of the Great Pyramid of Giza. Ouch. You turn on the TV and "Honey I Shrunk The Kids" is on. You think about what life would be like if you were so small... small enough to fit into a LEGO set... *yawn*... you feel tired. You fall asleep at the boring B-Rated movie and embrace the couch. You wake up, suddenly realizing... you have just shrunk! To the size of a LEGO figure! It's scary at first, but you get used to it. You find your way around the house, however, nothing seems to suit your size perfectly. But then you remember. That set I bought would make the perfect home! Climbing the shelf, you smile proudly upon your set... one which seems even more appealing now that it is your home. If you could live in one of your LEGO sets (ones you will buy in the future too), at mini-fig size, which one would it be? I'd live in the Mustafar Set. No kidding. I'm going to pick up for the holidays. Living in a playset is like living in a mousetrap, but hey, it's oddly designed and I'd be happy knowing my lightsaber glows ( ). I'd sleep on that floating platform and probably sizzle to death long before I can complain. Plus, there's an elevated platform and a garbage can (which takes out the trash on its own when you pull the lever at the bottom. For eats? I dunno, Obi-Wan meat. Come on, he would have died anyways. Also, if I'm ever bored, I can attempt to have a lightsaber duel involving either me or Obi-Wan falling into the lava. Also, I've got SOME walls at least to protect me from any oncoming lava rocks. Not that they don't purposely fall down on me. Unfortunately, me being a LUL Anakin, I'd have a bit of trouble moving and if I ever wanted to take my head off (?) I'd have a bit of trouble. What about you?
  5. So how's your friend?
  6. Question: What about Ultimate Space Battle for 175$?
  7. Better than last time, and it was funnier. There's been a fairly important improvement here, and it'll defenitely continue across these comics. It's defenitely good enough to satisfy my humour, and even if some people called it "racist" just because they wanted a reason to complain... I don't mind. Do a Canadian like me, please, I'd love to see that. If you've seen Canadian Bacon with John Candy, you'll learn to laugh at yourself... ah well nevermind I'm getting off topic.
  8. Rather, is 80$ the new 10$? Prices aside, I think we get a fair enough dea and it's worth the buy. I just wished that we'd get cheaper sets still, other than the way of the battle pack. You know what that's like. The V-Wing is more important than you may think... actually, it's the last 10$ non BP set available. Kind of saddening, huh. But hey, we have a hobby and we fuel it.
  9. Glorious vehicle. Must buy at 100, maybe even 140 seeing as so many other sets have been jacked up price-wise.
  10. Good... but you said that you thought that Cody was orange, but he turned out to be orange?
  11. I wish I could do this. Looks very nice, very cool without question. Lots of realism and meat to your ship, all those neat white sails and tens of hundreds... of thousands of cannons. I'm sure that could sink ISLANDS. That's saying something, seeing as Islands don't sink. Professional job!

  13. Grievous, or an MTT. I'm betting on dementors. Remember in the movie, how things start to freeze? How would compressed gas do in extreme cold anyways? And what about the flimsy droids? It's like freezing a skeleton. Plus, the soul-sucking thing... it's bound to at least pop the head off their thin neck!
  14. The Joker... weird? But yeah, I really like your comics. One problem though is that they're pretty tough to read. It's hard to find where to start end and just move on, maybe if you do some more you could add in arrows to direct us.
  15. Try to learn from Other MOC's too. You could always buy some of the other old-time vehicle sets (Jungle Chase, Race for the Treasure, etc.) if you have 30-40 bucks to bail out.
  16. Well, that makes you about as useful as one of the 1,662 who also have it... But we can still use Elmo in a Chicken Suit.
  17. Looks like I'll have to give him the Ctrl-Alt-Esc treatment... "And write. Can you?"
  18. Super awesome, I really like this. I imagine that haunting music for Naboo in the background and a shrieking Jar-Jar being turned to mulch under the MTT... Keep it up... I actually happen to love plants and can't wait for Kashyyk.
  19. No... I mean how much you willing to part with that for?
  20. Are the Kashyyk sets worth buying now? I had the cheapest two and I really loved them both, but now they're in pieces and/or missing. In case you have no idea what I'm talking about: -Clone Scout Walker -Wookie Attack -Wookie Catamaran -Clone Turbo Tank Prices have gone up. The Scout Walker is 30$. The Wookie Attack is 100$. The Catamaran (I wanted to pick this up badly but didn't manage to get it) is now a whopping 150$. The Clone Turbo Tank is still 100$. In total, that's 380$. I don't want to spend more than 200$ on LEGO, that's the most I've ever spent you see. That's what stopped me from getting the Death Star, but I DO love those Kashyyk sets. Maybe just maybe it's the LUL's. I actually like them, all of them, and have no complaints. I like Army Building, but I'm not sure what side to be on. If I get the Death Star, it's Stormtroopers. If I get the Kashyyk, Clones. If I get the Torrent, Clones. But that's not what matters. I don't want to sound rude AT ALL, and trust me, I try my best not to be... but I'm not that huge a LEGO fan. Trust me, I really love LEGO and all, but I'd never chuck out 500 dollars. 380 is still extremely high but THAT I can actually afford. That's what stops me from getting the Ultimate Space Battle... it's 200 bucks. I want it, so do many other people. But of course, I can't get it. So, what do you think? I should shut up and just get the sets (and more guilt) already? Or, should I look ahead and buy CW sets? (which I don't know if I really like that much). I also like the Lightsaber Duel, so that's an option, too.
  21. Can't wait my friend!
  22. Very good guide, but what's with the ??? beside Hawke's name? Something I missed?
  23. More Clones in sets first of all. Secondly, a new ARC-170. Missed out on the old one.
